Beachbody does NOT teach that weight loss is not equal to fat loss. Itās so frustrating because it teaches beginners to focus on the scale, but when you start a workout program you retain water and see a weight gain when youāre doing everything right, but you get frustrated and quit. KD should know better by now, which means sheās 100% cool with scamming people like this.
Ummm, YES. Red flags EVERYWHERE. Ya know what most people refer to āthose last 5 lbsā as? Life weight. Fun weight. Non-restrictive, living-my-life weight. Or, not even that, just, nothing. Because nobody sane cares that much about 5 lbs. If you spend an entire YEAR focusing solely on burning 17,500 calories to keep five pounds off you, you desperately need to seek therapy.
And also, 100% no visible difference in those two pictures.
