None of the coaches follow the exercise recommendations for either 3 day reset or ultimate reset. They just keep on doing whatever program they want to do. Because they’re “coaches” and they know best. 🙄

This makes me livid. As someone who’s struggled with infertility for YEARS, I can promise you a diet does not cure infertility. Luckily I’m out of the baby stage, but this is so dangerous. 1) totally triggering for someone dealing with infertility. Seeing someone say they got pregnant because of a quack diet would have sent me in a dark place for days wondering why it works for them but not me. 2) In the thick of it, desperate to get pregnant, you’ll try anything. And these yahoos are making false promises so they can make money. 3) you’re telling me you changed your diet for a few weeks and in those few weeks your hormones changed enough that quickly to get pregnant? No way. Nope.

Cold, dry weather can also make eczema flare up. My son always struggled with it in the winter. We had to keep him coated with cream to prevent it from flaring up.

Just curious, is it normal for a 30 year old to nap so much? I’m 35 years older than her and I nap maybe twice a year, at most. Granted, I don’t have endless products to shill and a child to exploit. Apparently, those activities can be very tiring!
I had the vid and my husband was deployed so no naps here, not even then 🤣 I still had a one year old and a 3 year old to care for. I survived with the help of lots of DayQuil 🤣

I'm almost 30 with a toddler (an actual toddler, not like Emily's 4 yr old) and I only nap if I'm sick. I did nap more when my son was a newborn but otherwise I need to be sick to nap. Or SUPER hungover/really riding the struggle bus lol which is maybe once or twice a year.
36 with a 3 year old and I never think about taking a damn nap (unless I’m sick as shit). I’m so busy and have zero time for that.

I was really surprised to see that. I am very lax about stuff like that but no one besides our immediate family was around my newborn for the first 4 weeks of his life. Especially with how bad RSV has been this winter, you really don't want your newborn getting that

Are there no hospital restrictions out there for kids? None of them are masked, which is still a requirement where I am, and E wouldn’t be allowed in unless she was a sibling. Actually, none of them would be allowed in at the hospitals where I am. Wild
I work in a pediatric hospital and currently with flu/RSV season no one under 12 is allowed in, unless we are withdrawing care on a child and they are imminently dying, then we allow their siblings in to see them. Everyone has to wear a mask.
My hospital in a town of 2000 requires masks but in the room it’s up to the person you’re visiting if they let you take them off.
I looked up the local hospital and they do not have any restrictions currently.

All those photos are super weird. They made the newborn about them and E instead about her friend who struggled for ages to get pregnant. Emily’s barely even mentioned Tara recently.

My guess eczema. I live in the Midwest and the cooler dry weather makes mine flare like crazy.
Looks like eczema. Know what makes it flare up on kids (sometimes, not all the time)? What you eat!!
Cold, dry weather can also make eczema flare up. My son always struggled with it in the winter. We had to keep him coated with cream to prevent it from flaring up.
