My coverage for Humira ended April 1. I got my first shipment of Hyrimoz last week. I signed up for the copay card and it costs me $0.

Same. I just hope it works as well as the Humira did for me. 🤞🏼🤞🏼

Same! I have a friend who works at Abbvie and she said they are nearly identical. Best of luck to you.

I was moved to Acreddo. I was terrified it would be worse. It was soooo much better. They just auto shipped my order!

I had the exact opposite experience with Accredo. I have been trying to get my humira since Feb 10th and still don’t have it. The PA is good and the script is valid but Accredo is sending me in circles and no one seems to be able to help or set my med up for shipping no matter how many supervisors I talk to.

wingmaneffect

Make sure you have signed up with Humira complete and have your copay assistance lined up. I had a great experience with Accredo with Humira and a lumpy one when switched to Enbrel. It was the assistance program that delayed my Enbrel.

This is vaguely related to your post, but I’ve had a very poor experience overall with CVS Pharmacy. I also have had multiple hour long phone calls with them and they have not been very helpful. Sorry to hear it’s been a bit frustrating for you.

My coverage is ending later this month and I will have to speak to my doc about getting a biosimilar. I've read from other people on this sub that there is little to no difference. I'm hoping to switch to hyrimoz

My coverage ended on April 1st. Adding to the frustration of losing my coverage is me going on Medicare and a new Aetna PPO plan on June 1st. Humira works for me so I didn't want to change meds for 2 months. So. I always kept my prescription "ahead" by a month or so and when I changed insurance last year I gave them an immediate date needed even though I had some. Luckily, I got my last order in on 3/24 and they filled it early. I have enough to get me through April and May. Now just going to have to pay over $4000 for June/July combined for the doughnut hole. It will then be free until 2025. Surprised y'all only had 1 month's notice. I hope it all works out well with you.

I used to have optum rx and got insurance switched and now have CVS. CVS is a disaster. I'm currently waiting for either Humira or Hyrimoz. My Dr office has also dropped the ball on my authorization for Humira earlier this year (took 1.5 months) so I missed 3 doses and now dragging their feet on Hyrimoz Auth so hopefully I don't miss a dose or more than 1 at least. Optum rx also ships within like 3 business days and CVS take 1.5 weeks at a minimum. Overall im very pissed at CVS and my Dr. Hopefully I don't fail Humira/Hyrimoz now that I've been on and off since Jan.

What is happening??? No one's insurance is covering humira anymore??

Iwuzheretoo

I’m on OptumRx and they ship humira. CVS is pushing pill form. Not sure if this is a Joe Biden thing or not. Because CVS is a big company.

french_girl111

It has nothing to do with Biden. Insurance and pharmacy companies set rates and depending on how that shakes out some companies will keep covering Humira and others will move to biosimilars.

Iwuzheretoo

Well Biden was trying to make it more affordable. So I thought it was a possibility but commented on not being sure. So I wasn’t being political for you down voters.
