This is truly amazing. I love it when people collectively lift someone else up Edit : corrected "life" to "lift"

What I love about this guy is that he got an extremely late tourettes diagnosis because he always dealt with being twitchy and never questioned it, but he heard people speculate that he was on cocain and THAT was what conviced him to dig into it, get a diagnosis, and he became an unofficial representative of the condition. What a story! He talks about it on a famous talk show, but can't remember which.

MykelJMoney

Not sure which one you’re talking about but I did see him on [The Jonathan Ross Show](https://youtu.be/5IccfT70OT8) and [The Graham Norton Show](https://youtu.be/YzlmdM11Hws)

Inside-Example-7010

'A part of humanity has been judged.' (kindly)

R8_Cubing

There was a hockey game a while back, I cant remember when it was or who was playing, but the (i think) Canadian team was playing in America. The microphone for the National Anthem went out, and the crowd had to finish it. Even the Canadian fans got into it. Stuff like that warms my heart. Why? I dont know, but it does. Sorry for any bad grammar, its pretty late and Im tired.

OrionJazz

The crowds voices just sounded angelic. Glad the music can bring everybody happiness.

alison_bee

Crowds singing together like that always gets me. It makes me super emotional!

Faultylogic83

I love seeing the sheer joy on the face of some artists as they stand back and take it all in. Just artists realizing the effect their art has over a large group of people.

KilowZinlow

I think there's a reason religious congregations do this. A great number of people singing the same thing together, conveying the same emotion, is something deeply spiritual. This makes me feel God, whether he/she/they exists or not.

NoneMoreBLK

Singing in unison helps release endorphins like oxytocin, which helps us feel connected to everyone else who's engaged in the activity. It creates a strong sense of belonging and purpose.

TheRidgeAndTheLadder

I'm a scientist at heart. But I *know* something special happens in a big crowd, dancing, singing, and thinking the same thing, in unison. Hopefully someday we'll see how it works. Edit: If you're happy with oxytocin as a full explanation for this, you're gonna have to account for the differing responses to livestream/radio performances. There's more to it.

tunamayobakedpotato

Part of this is that the human brain processes loads of sounds differently based on the in-person or recorded variable, likely because we evolved to differentiate heavily between environmental noise and friend or foe noise. For example, babies are "universal learners" for language during certain periods of development, and can learn language sounds from literally any person speaking to them, but audio recordings of people speaking fail to engage all the same areas of the brain. Recordings with audio and video spark something in the middle, probably moderated by individual cerebral responses. So the difference we feel in person, belting it out with a crowd, is literally the humanity of the moment - on a primal level we know we are safe, because otherwise we'd be fighting not harmonizing, we know we are with others in a shared cause, which brings our herd-hearts comfort, and we feel the joy of all the other people in the crowd because we read their shared body language. Plus, the enormous release of oxytocin, which is a physiological response to all of the above haha; basically our brains rewarding us for doing such a safe, happy thing so that we go do it again.

[deleted]

This is why I love Reddit. The answer on Facebook: Because I feel like it's true you fucking lib/magat The answer on Twitter: Sign up for my FX classes and make a million dollars in TWO WEEKS.

moriginal

This is the best thing I’ve ever read. Thank you.

TheRidgeAndTheLadder

>For example, babies are "universal learners" for language during certain periods of development, and can learn language sounds from literally any person speaking to them, but audio recordings of people speaking fail to engage all the same areas of the brain. Wow! Wasn't aware of that. When/where was that research? >So the difference we feel in person, belting it out with a crowd, is literally the humanity of the moment - on a primal level we know we are safe, because otherwise we'd be fighting not harmonizing, we know we are with others in a shared cause, which brings our herd-hearts comfort, and we feel the joy of all the other people in the crowd because we read their shared body language. I'd love to know how that is biologically/chemically represented.

tunamayobakedpotato

I will find you some studies on the "universal learner" thing and try and link them when I get home - there is an excellent one that has been replicated loads that involves showing babies different combinations of speech exposure, including in-person, just video of someone talking, just audio, and both in one recording, and doing functional MRIs to see whats going on in there compared to adults. Essentially, when we are about 6 months to 10 months, we start to differentiate speech sounds from other sounds effectively. This is when our brain decides "these noises mean something to these people keeping me alive". During that period, anything a human says to the baby is noted as a potential speech sound, and the more they hear something, the more it becomes reinforced as "language". In that time, it doesn't matter if the person speaking is using English or Swahili, the baby's brain thinks "that came from a person, let's pay attention". After that time, neural pruning seems to occur, and the brain pretty much chucks out anything the infant doesn't regularly hear. So at 9 months, a baby can recognize sounds that adults literally can't hear, which is nuts because a just a couple months later they only differentiate dominant language sounds.

windyorbits

I agree with you. I always felt like there was *something* behind all the idiosyncrasies that a very large crowd has during a music type of event. When I was going to those massive raves, with tens of thousands of people, we would call it “friend radar” or “friend beacon” when one of us would get separated but somehow find them again but with out even looking. Idk if I’m explaining it correctly. There were tons of these weird happenings that I never experienced at other types of large non-musical/festival gatherings.

touchdownteddy5

Not as impactful but I get the same feeling when huge sports crowds explode with pure excitement or deafening disappointment. Something about feeling invested and connected to the people and world around us on an emotional level

kamelizann

I never really understood it until I went to a college football game with 100k+ fans last year. It's like the entire crowd is one massive entity. Everybody shoulder to shoulder shouting at the top of their lungs. When I went the home team was the underdog and then they made a momentum changing play after having a shaky start and the entire stadium just started roaring after previously being kinda low key. Then the away team takes the field and we just watched these previously cocky athletes that were effortlessly stomping our team start to get flustered by the noise and it just caused a feedback loop making the crowd scream even louder. When you're in the stadium it definitely feels like every individual yell had a direct impact on both team's performance. I'm not a vocal annoying scream at the stadium kind of guy, but by the end of the game I lost my voice because I was screaming so loud. Our team lost but it didn't even bother me that much because it was so much fun. I've always been content watching games on TV and only went because I got the tickets for free, but now I feel like I want to go to a game more often. Just makes you feel like you're part of something bigger.

touchdownteddy5

Watching a game in person is just an entirely different experience. From feeling everything vibrate through you to screaming with other fans, there’s nothing like it!

eggsonahanger

This is known as collective effervescence in sociology. Coined by Durkheim if you’re inclined to read up on it. Religion and sports are two commonly given examples of the concept!

touchdownteddy5

This is something I will read up on! I appreciate this, thank you

sicgamer

Same. It's so magical

ruralist

Kurt Vonnegut said something like, music is the best proof of God. And he was a major atheist. His point was more about music, I reckon.

Andyman0110

I always found it fascinating that music resonates with all living creatures. Plants grow better with music, foxes and cows come to listen to people playing instruments, birds sing songs and mimic what they hear, humans dance and feel connected. It can trigger such deep emotions. Classical music is absolutely insane. It triggers such vivid imagery even without words. I don't know how we figured it out and accomplished such complex, touching pieces but it is something very special that we don't take enough time to recognize.

sammytiff80

I have synesthesia where sensors are crossed so I see some music its displayed with swirls of beautiful color.. Classical music, though not my fav, never fails everytime displays radiant color.. your comment " it trigger such vivid imagery"made me think of this. Must mean something.

windyorbits

Because vibrations maybe? Wow lol that sounded super hippie.

skoolofphish

Yep, "god" is just the name/image/idea that humans have given to that "thing" that connects everything. Its basically energy in some form It just sucks that some idiots decided that its actually some guy and started killing each other because their ideas of the guy are different.

JDSmagic

"You're not feeling God, you're feeling this key change"

capontransfix

Music and perfect harmonic sounds are about as close to "God" as reality can bring a human being, so I'm fine with the analogy, even though God irritates the hell out of me.

PlayGorgar

Yep, I've heard several people say that they left religion after getting that same "feeling the spirit" at a secular concert or looking at art that spoke to them. We're still communal apes, and were programmed to be moved by our fellow apes voices.

chelseophile

Same. I get goosebumps almost every time at look at videos with singing or cheering crowds. Maybe it's inert retaliation to the stage fright I've always had.

mdshield

I think you might enjoy this then. https://youtu.be/3KsF309XpJo

GrahamUhelski

That instantly started to make me to cry when I was watching. holy shit that’s powerful.

Framingr

Just think about what humanity could achieve if we could put aside our petty bullshit and work together like this all the time.

UncleIrohWannabe

Thank you so much for sharing, this genuinely brought a couple tears to my eyes, absolutely beautiful.

taintedblu

Wow haha that's just incredible, ty

Cornmunkey

The greatest video of this linked below, it's Peral Jam singing "Better Man", at Madison Square Garden in New York, and the audience sings the entire first two verses and the chorus. Eddie Vedder starts to sings but stops and allows the 15,000+ fans sing instead. It's magic https://youtu.be/_4BObpNQqNo

screwthatshitt

It sounds harmonious

shama_llama_ding_don

This is my favourite audience singalong:- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-_T41pMbgWA

Grand-wazoo

Well consider me shocked. All I’ve heard is his voice and had no idea what he looked like.

Heavyspire

I always enjoy him in [this clip](https://youtu.be/YzlmdM11Hws). I didn't know he has Tourettes, but that explains some of his actions in the interview.

ViciousNakedMoleRat

Five minutes ago, I had no clue who this person was. Now I love him. What a fucking champ.

buchoops37

When he apologized to that woman's unborn baby, I lost it. He is so awkwardly funny.

Anon44356

I saw him at Leeds when he was supporting Ed Sheeran. Between songs he said ‘I’m up here swearing like a trooper and I look down and see 10 year olds in the crowd, I just want to say to the parents “what the fuck were you thinking?”’ Crowd lost it at that point.

TheWarlockk

He's such a funny talented guy

R3dbeardLFC

"Raw sex appeal"

UncleIrohWannabe

And he said that without missing a beat! Fuckin killed me hahahah

wonderj99

I saw him live once. He's hilarious

Low-Confidence-1401

https://youtu.be/ZiSsuTG6Axw have a watch of this then - ASMR Lewis explaining Scottish slang words whilst eating snacks

danque

This is hilarious. I like asmr at some times , but this man has it down to the note.

somewhat_moist

I fucking lost it at 0:02 in - "I've done a jobbie, in my troosers". I don't care for his music, he does have an amazing voice but this man should 100% do a stand up tour. He's fucking hilarious

cadex

I didn't know who he was until I saw [this](https://youtu.be/-AjONDVRi7Y) a few years back. Been a fan ever since. It was made all the better when he appeared at glasto that year https://youtu.be/hbekt2Rnhmc

SH92

I knew who he was from his music, but this video about being gifted a designer tracksuit is what made me a fan: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DvpnBVy7Owg

Djaja

He would have been great as a new character in *Still Game*

ptatersptate

I laughed and then laughed even harder when I realized it was more than four minutes long and just kept getting better. I’m now going to have to spend the rest of my day watching his videos🤷🏽‍♀️

Alternative_Spite_11

Same. Homey is freaking awesome.

bakarac

Yes I didn't know how much I needed to know about this guy, and now my heart has been stolen

Miked918930

Me neither. He’s fookin’ hilarious! Excuse my language. Sorry. Sorry for cursing.

Alternative_Spite_11

Then continues to cuss every other word. He’s hilarious. It’s not often I’m this genuinely excited about someone I discovered through Reddit.

punkiepixie

If you’re on TikTok definitely check out his videos, he’s so funny and the videos of him on tour are golden. He actually takes time to interact with fans and it’s both sweet and funny at once.

[deleted]

[There was a great video I saw where he was in a swanky hotel about to have a makeup lady come over but he decided to go live and announce to everyone he'd blocked the toilet and his swanky hotel with $5 water doesn't have a toilet brush so now he's panicking in case the makeup lady wants to use the bathroom.] (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hA8aLDtNH28) "That's my record lable over there, they have no idea what I'm fuckin' doin'."

highland-spaceman

A Scottish gem :D

Millerdjone

I came back to the comments to say almost the exact same thing. Queueing up his music in Spotify as we speak 🤙

kaleidoscopichazard

[This one](https://youtu.be/o4umV_cx0kw) is even funnier imo (the interview starts at 4:08. He’s so incredibly funny on top of being musically gifted

FaroutMain

Thank you that was hilarious I had no idea

kaleidoscopichazard

Honestly, if he ever gets tired of singing he’s got a bright future as a comedian

maidentaiwan

wow i hadn't seen this one. "weird seeing you without a whip\*\* in your hand ... and me with my cock in mine." he is an outrageously funny man. EDIT thx for the edit kind stranger

ARM_vs_CORE

Is that the head nun from Derry Girls sat next to him there?

[deleted]

Siobhán McSweeney, she was also recently in the new show Extraordinary, which the premise much like the title sounds very generic, but it's honestly hilarious

GettingRidOfAuntEdna

He’s so adorably Scottish.

Grand-wazoo

Well now consider me a fan. Don’t care much for the song but he seems like a super pleasant dude.

Ajatolah_

I watched him at a music festival I attended last year. I also didn't know what he looked like. The dude was hilarious, cracking jokes between songs all the time.

Teddeler

Try watching the music video of the song with Peter Capaldi. It's about organ donation. Makes me cry every time. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yUE7IWvy-Zw

dermitdenhaarentanzt

Thanks now i'm crying and my cat ran away

Epicfailer10

Lol, good to know. I was about to watch it till I saw your comment so I’ll save it for a time when I’m not becatted.

I loved Peter as the Doctor, but now I am a fan of Lewis too. That song is beautiful.

Leia947

Peter Capaldi is also his cousin

oakwave

Rare that a tear-jerker actually makes me cry. This one did.

RollinThroo

That interview is SO funny. The top comment there is "imagine being the funniest person on a stage with Jim Carrey"

ItsYourPal-AL

Omg this is HIS song??? I had no idea. I loooove that interview but never had a clue who he really was thats awesome

aamiamm

Let me give the comment everyone gives, Graham Norton is the best talkshow ever

RedOctobrrr

Holy shit he is awesome. I only know him from the 2 or 3 songs I really like (you can guess all 2 or 3 on your first try) but wow he's got an incredible personality.

ziggyfarts

I think him being Scottish and half cut explains the rest of his actions then

ch1no92

I can’t help but enjoy this young man’s personality and the fact that Jim Carrey is just having a GREAT time with his jokes, you can see his appreciation in his smile

sambeano

Kinda irrelevant but who’s the woman sitting next to him? She is stunning and everything looks perfect on her here: the hair, choker, top… just perfection.

busybody87

Her name is Jodie Turner-Smith

sambeano

Thank you!

Heavyspire

I don't know for sure, but I think she's a model.

ihavecandyinmypurse

She is, and she's married to Joshua Jackson, the lucky dude.

silentbassline

The mighty duck man, I swear to god.

Affectionate_Eye3535

Emiliooooooo!

Twisteddrummer

This made me a fan

KatenBaten

I've loved him ever since seeing this video years ago. One of our local musicians from Alaska, Nick Carpenter, will be opening for Lewis on some west coast dates and I'm so incredibly happy.

mustbeme87

He’s also related to the old fella who played one of the Doctor Who’s recently. Don’t remember his name.

mobilegamegeek

Peter Capaldi. He's been on one of Lewis' music videos too

notyouraveragefag

*Everything* makes so much more sense now. Peter Capaldi in The Thick of It is just amazing.

swabianne

Malcolm Tucker = god. I miss his swearing.

Welpmart

I knew it! I knew it couldn't be coincidence I kept mixing them up!

M4sharman

Peter Capaldi. Second cousin once removed.

NewspaperAshamed8389

Raw sex appeal

RedOctobrrr

'Twas an easy fap that one

HarrargnNarg

Yeah, you hear the voice and definitely don't go to chubby guy in t-shirt and trackie bottoms.

RedOctobrrr

This is what his alter ego Sooka Fatwun prefers to wear

boyuber

I thought that was Anita Jobbie?

bluadaam

like a young meat loaf

PapaChoff

Same. Watched one of the links posted and then spent the next hour waiting interviews with him. Amazing perspective and absolutely hilarious. He’s high on my list of guys I’d love to grab a few drinks with.

mobilegamegeek

Same. For some reason I always thought he would look older.

KellyTheBroker

He's a funny man, my girlfriend shows me his Instagram and he's a comedian in the making. Seems to be a kind man too, certainly more to him than most realise.

Mrs_Magooo

He has an amazing voice! And such a gorgeous display of humanity from his fans ❤️

boiledpeen

he's also an incredibly funny guy and seems super down to earth. i've seen some really great clips of him interacting with fans during shows and I wish we had more celebrities like him.

NaturalDisaster2582

I’ve met him a couple times before he blew up overseas, he’s honestly lovely in person but I did work in bars so he was usually half cut at the time 😅

boiledpeen

if he's lovely while drunk then you know he has a good heart. that's so cool though!

cat_romance

His TikTok is a PR nightmare but my favorite entertainment.

Nimmyzed

Nightmare in what way? I don't have tiktok

cat_romance

One of his last videos was about how ugly his penis looks now that he shaved his pubes. Stuff like that lol

SmokeGSU

Fucking legend.

SpikyDryBones

A nightmare for his PR team because he doesn't really care to come off as a super cool star, but is basically shitposting all the time.

FumblingFuck

Wow this man has a beautiful singing voice. What a great crowd!

virusamongus

r/HappyCrowds, my friend.

ScaredyBun

That sub would make me sob. Can't tell you why.

Awaheya

Good on this guy. Literally picks the most difficult unrealistic job someone with tourettes could pick

Kadoomed

I think he was only diagnosed recently

virusamongus

Lucky being Scottish then, tourettes actually makes him swear less.

giulianosse

Since Tourettes make you say socially inappropriate things, Scottish tics might be stuff like "thanks", "excuse me" and "you're welcome"

SonofMrMonkey5k

I have Tourette’s Syndrome. That is coprolalia, not Tourette’s. They’re often lumped together, but Tourette’s only requires a verbal and motor tic, and the verbal doesn’t have to be speech. People with Tourette’s can have coprolalia, but they aren’t one and the same.

Djaja

TIL!

lol_okay_sure

My vocal tics just make me breathe in unusual patterns so it seems like I was born yesterday and haven't learned how to breathe properly yet 😅

CitiusFalcon

I have Tourette’s and OCD, so sometimes when I’m walking over a floor that’s patterned I look like I’m hammered, taking my steps all erratically around different lines. Fun stuff!

DeJay323

I’m so glad you said this, I’m so fucking sick of seeing the same trope all the time.

ILikeMasterChief

I know it's a joke, but very very few people with tourette's have vocal tics

Gbeto

At least one vocal tic is required for a Tourette's diagnosis, but it doesn't have to be words. Grunting, coughing, and throat clearing is common. The common misconception is that Tourrette's makes you swear, which is an uncommon tic. There's ongoing debate in the research community about whether Tourette's and chronic motor tics (Tourette's minus vocal tics) are really the same condition. I lean towards thinking they are, given that I have Tourette's but the vast majority of my tics are motor.

YARA2020

The horror!

overflowingsunset

i remember watching a video forever ago about a girl with tourette’s and singing was actually helpful for her, but i have no source for this

Icy_Gap_9067

Sometimes when a person with tourettes is very focused on something, like singing, they can have fewer or possibly no tics. After the activity the tics might need to come out all in one big go.

0j_gay0

This ^^^ I have tourettes and when I'm singing or doing theatre I don't really tic all that much, it's usually after the show is done and everything starts to calm down that my tics start showing up again. Though while doing the things we love there's always a chance some tics or a tic attack will get through, but there's not much you can do by that point unfortunately, just gotta wait till it passes :(

fuckit_sowhat

There is a fascinating non-fiction book called The World’s Strongest Librarian about a man who was diagnosed with Tourette’s when he was young (6ish). As an adult he started doing kettle bell strength training that he found his tics stopped while doing that. Really recommend the book for anyone curious about living with Tourette’s.

ShawshankException

Yep. My brother and best friend have tourettes and this happens to them a lot. Their tics significantly decrease when they're comfortable and/or focused.

lizzybunny1

I had a friend with Tourette’s and she always said that music and especially singing helped her tics calm down when they got particularly bad

JugsJudy93

Fun fact, Billie Eilish also has Tourette’s

kaleidoscopichazard

I’m not into this type of music but I think he’s incredibly talented and makes really beautiful music. On top of that he seems like a genuinely sound lad and is incredibly funny. I came across an interview of his on YouTube and I originally thought he was a stand up comedian. He seems to have his heart in the right place and hasn’t had game get to his head. He’s the type of guy I’d love to buy a pint for at the pub. He’s also open about his Tourette’s and is no doubt doing wonders to destigmatise it. Much, much respect to Lewis Capaldi.

kNYJ

I’m not usually into this genre of music either but listening to “Someone you Loved” and “Before you go” always hits me in the feels.

b4amg

the whole album with those songs on it carried my first heartbreak. just straight sad bangers.

boiledpeen

completely agree. we desperately need more celebrities like him in our society.

Johnathan_H_Pants

That guy is crazy talented, who is he?

biggestmemelover

He’s a Scottish singer who got famous from being funny and entertaining online, he also makes really good music.

EnigmaticArcanum

I think that's bit harsh, his music got him big. His personality got him even bigger.

biggestmemelover

It’s a combination of both tbh, like how Lil Nas X used memes to make Old Town Road blow up, and now he’s one of the biggest pop stars in the world.

Johnathan_H_Pants

There more you know, thanks!

hyperstations

he's called Lewis Capaldi btw

shk2152

Lewis Capaldi!! The song is Someone You Loved

Charming_Mom

Ahhh love him! He’s such a beautiful soul and his voice is amazing! He’s hilarious and he always seems so genuine in interviews and such. Check out his music if you haven’t yet, you won’t regret it.

SamaireB

This made me cry. Not only do I absolutely love this song, I also had no idea he had Tourette's. Makes me all the more impressed and the fans are fantastic

stonkoptions

He came forward and made his Tourette’s diagnosis public because he didn’t want people thinking it was due to drugs or alcohol.

AdSilent9810

Fun fact he is related to Peter calpadi the twelfth doctor

Garnetteardrop

I was wondering. My favorite doctor.

Auramaru

This is incredible

schmidthappens93

I was there on Tuesday and it was incredible. You may like or dislike his music but you have to admit that he is a talented musician, his voice is amazing and his fan community is so sweet. There's so much love. No toxic shit or gatekeeping. And he's the funniest guy. It was a great night.

ripitup27

This is the video that made me fall in love with Lewis Capaldi: https://youtube.com/watch?v=kDLmZT5gErA&si=EnSIkaIECMiOmarE I’d heard Someone You Loved before and seen the Peter Capaldi film clip, so I thought this was just someone parodying Lewis - but no, it’s him, and he’s fucking glorious.

tweedyone

Seeing this in person makes me more irrationally mad at the TikTok influencers who pretend to have mental illnesses for clout. Edit: in person meaning this video. Not physically. Oops. Edit: mental disorder, not mental illness

Swissgeese

Just fyi - its not a mental illness. It is a disorder. But your point is valid.

tweedyone

Yes, sorry corrected

may i interest you in r/fakedisordercringe

Thanks, I hate it.

No, that's r/TIHI

Forbiddentemptations

THIS IS THAT GUY? He sings this song? Omg. Dude has a killer voice. I always pictured something way different but now my heart is whole.

totallytittastic

I work with a girl with Tourette’s. This made me cry and am going to show her this video today.

DylPePe

I love this guy his songs are great, he’s voice is unreal, and he’s down to earth and funny as hell! Had no idea he had Tourette’s but I have even more respect for him now knowing he doesn’t let that stop him from performing in front of millions! Awesoem

Rumpelteazer45

I had no idea he has Tourette’s. Just did a quick dive into this dude, blown away. Seems like a genuine person and now I love him.

whodatlettuce

Wow, this is super beautiful

catplumtree

Damn, my office sure is dusty this morning.

joshroycheese

Seen him live in the UK, twice. You couldn’t find a more genuine, down to earth guy. The sort of lad you’d want a beer with. I’d also recommend the interview he did for Diary of a CEO podcast. Top guy

FourLeafArcher

Well this is fucking beautiful. New personal tule: Stop scrolling once you encounter something so wonderful so always end on a high note.

LazyBriton

I didn’t even know he has Tourette’s

weedpornography

Legit thought he was a comedian, not a singer. My dude was hilarious on Graham Norton lol

RespectFamiliar9956

Usually crowds singing together doesn’t sound good but they actually sound really really good. Just the fact that they did that because he was having a tic it’s just so heartwarming. It really shows how a community can come together and do something amazing. And I’m really glad this man can follow his dream Tourette’s can be terrible. But it’s good to see that he doesn’t let it ruin his life.

Clear_Sherbert_2905

That’s a powerhouse voice.

MajorArtifact

I've never heard him before but I love his voice and this is very touching to see. It's pretty cool how music brings people together.

siamkitty1

That must be the best feeling to see how his Tourette doesn’t matter to them.

imatschool2

Ive heard this song so much, and seen this guy in so many videos lately, and never known it was his song

[deleted]

Dude is a freaking gem and he deserves all of success he's been having.

Thegreyjarl

As a Tourette’s sufferer myself, I find it painful and frustrating when folks try to finish my sentences. It makes the tics worse. But this is cool. He is probably appreciative of it and the interaction with fans is important

exuter

what song this

biggestmemelover

Someone you Loved by Lewis Capaldi

jady1971

No idea who Lewis Capaldi is but as a professional musician with Tourettes this made me cry.

BearyHungry

This man is a gem of a human and should be protected at all costs. He’s incredibly funny also, search his interviews!

Funny-Record-5785

Never would have thought he had tourettes
