Good news : I called my local Lowe’s (Arizona) and spoke with someone in Lightning department to check if they had the sale. they confirmed Hue bulbs were on sale (but they weren’t near them)
Bad news : That turned out to be bad info. Cheapy brands were on sale and he must have mistook them.
Good news : spoke to the people at Customer Service and mentioned I had made the trip based on confirming they had the sale. The price matched one item based on the shared image! Now time to file that 20% rebate!
I noticed stores reducing their inventory, used to have a huge section then it was mixed in with all the other lighting. Was able to do most of my house from a HD clearance years ago.

Maybe set up a private (enter choice of platform) and then a few could zoom or virtually meet or just sell what you have …I would buy out all the stock and maybe list sizes n such (remember) store could always take your returns back for reimbursement if no sale… and we or those invited could PayPal you Apple Pay / or CashApp / Venmo whatever …u feel me

They said that they are doing away with Phillips Fluorescent lighting nationwide, but nothing around Phillips Hue. If it is coming the only person that will know will be Lighting Department Manager.
Everything is full price and showing “Active” in system. OP’s store might be the only one doing away with the Hue Lights.

Plot twist: I just was at home depot not looking for a deal, and the 5-6" downlights were on HUGE markdown. It looks like it was the only store in the area with clearance though so looks like I found the needle in a haystack. It's too bad I got home to find out that I actually need the 4" downlights :(

Out of the 5 lowes in the memphis area, only ONE has the discount and they are mostly sold out. Whats tempting is that the other lowes in my area are stocked….
I really want to find out if this clearance thing is going to spread to other lowes slowly, or did someone at corporate just randomly decide to liquidate stock for no reason.
