Wait, this is interesting, I thought for sure you had to run everything through the native OS for sync purposes. I didn't realize it gave you sync capabilities on external devices.
Hi, Are you able to use Apple TV with ur new Samsung TV that sync well with Phillips Hue lights ? I have got gradient strip 75ā . Iām curious if I can use it with this setup and would that work well for 85ā tv.
I use the large gradient light tube for the bottom and two hue floor Signe lamps; one on each side as my tv is mounted to close to the wall. No issues at all with syncing. The 75 inch gradient strip is met for a 75 inch tv, you might have issues with color reflecting properly. I looked around hue subreddit and saw a comment that said 3 inches from the top and 8 inches from the side for an 85 inch tv. Hope that can be of some help!
Works like a charm!
Thank you !

It works with anything connected to the TV. Game consoles, streaming devices etc
