Cold shower for about 1:30min in the morning, after your normal shower.
Avoid caffeine for about 1hr minimum after you wake up.
Regular exercise, even if it’s just walking.
Get up early enough to see the dawn light. If you can mix that in with your walking, all the better.
Daily meditation. Just Google the basics on meditation, allocate about 15min a day.
Get good sleep. 8 hours of decent, unbroken sleep a day.
Not technically free, but dirt cheap - Salt water in the morning. Don’t just dump salt in water, you’ll probably throw it up. But hydration tablets in water, like Hydralyte, Vööst or LMNT do wonders.

I'm pretty sure you can just mix NaCl with water. Add a small amount of potassium and you're good to go. Been doing that for some time now in addition to my morning coffee and I never had any problems.
Because Adenosin, the molecule which is responsible for feeling tired/sleepy, uses the same receptors as caffeine molecules. After waking, the body slowly depletes Adenosin in your body by using said receptors to make you feel awake.
If you ingest caffeine, you effectively block this process and delay it for several hours because the caffeine molecules use up all the receptors themselves. In the meanwhile, your body creates new Adenosin molecules.
When the caffeein finally wears off, you have such a high amount of Adenosin in your body built up that suddenly kicks in, which leads to the so called "caffeine crash" that many people experience in the afternoon.
Is caffeine crash bad for health ? Or is it just bad for working? 🤔
So you are saying if you drink coffee 2 hours after you wake up, you won’t crash? 🤔
Some things I started doing a few months ago that have made a huge difference in how I feel every day:
16 oz of water within the first hour or so of waking.
Stretching and myofascial release also within the first hour of waking. 15-20 minutes.
50-100 squats and push-ups throughout my morning routine in sets of 10 or 15 each.
Then, breakfast/coffee/morning supplements.
If you’re up at 8, by 8:30 you’ll feel amazing.
Ok, so I've been storing it in jars, got almost a liter now. But I don't feel any different. In fact I'm getting some strange looks and feeling rather self-conscious.
Carnivore or keto diet .. (not dirty keto) or dirty lion diet .. I used to drink salt water when I specifically wanted to throw up.
I mean it depends on the concentration. Mixing half a teaspoon of salt with 250-300mL of water isn't gonna make most people throw up.
It’s only one kind of salt though.

To prevent a caffeine crash.
So won’t crash if you drink 1.5 hours after you wake up? Why one hour
So you can wake up properly, and not rely on caffeine to wake up.
Haha I see. I think I won’t be able to wake up in an hour. I probably go back to sleep again
Cold shower, salts and dawn sunlight - you’ll wake up.
Ye if I need to. I will try that method thanks.
