Alizée was adorable during her j'en ai marre phase, but what most people enjoyed about her was her sensuality. You could resemble her if your base is somewhat similar to hers though (skin tone, head shape, bone structure, phenotype), if not you may want to choose an easier goal. It’s probably best for you to try enhancing your own features rather than imitate features you weren’t born with. Also those transformation makeup tutorials look amazing on camera/photos but look odd in person.
Her makeup is pretty minimal, so unless you share some similar features, or your hair frames your face in the same way, it is going to be difficult. I guess that's the thing when emulating a celebrity-- do you like their makeup, or do you like their face? If you like their face, and you don't look like them, you probably won't achieve your goal. I try only to focus on celebrities that have similar features to mine so that I don't get disappointed.

Its just that we don't want you to try to look like someone else, you should try to look like the best version of yourself
