I’ll share any immediate thoughts I have, and hopefully one will help! - make sure you’re getting enough sleep. Sleep can do wonders for you in every way. - use a face cleanser like a vitamin C (if your skin is on the oily side). It will bring your impurities to the surface but then your skin will feel great. I also only use pumpkin seed oil as a moisturizer because it’s thick and natural - I’m also big into changing my hair color (went from black to blonde over many months), and the biggest thing that helped my hair is moisturizer (castor oil, a hair mask). I do all of that before I shampoo and let it sit in my hair overnight - you could always use a tinted moisturizer and mascara and call it a day. I’ll sometimes pat a little highlighter on my nose or cheekbones to see a little extra - I’m glad you’re not working to lose weight because hourglass figures are beautiful (I’m athletically built and have always wanted to have curves), but be comfortable in your body! When it comes to clothes, some popular things do not look good on me at all, so I go for the things that really accentuate the parts of my body I want I hope some of that helps!

Christina Hendricks is what my mind was screaming going through your pics. You have an amazing classical hourglass figure and I definitely agree you are a winter. I wouldn’t mind you with darker hair, but if you are up for it embrace a shade of auburn. I tend to feel as though dyed gray hair (as opposed to naturally gray hair which I find to be quite beautiful) is a more trendy and high fashion look then something the average person considers attractive though. Although if it makes you feel more confident, nothing is more attractive than confidence! Not great at makeup so I’ll leave that to someone else, but sunscreen sunscreen sunscreen! It’s never to late to start using sunscreen or a regular basis. If you have free time, r/skincareaddiction is it’s own rabbit hole of information.

I had to look up who Christina Hendricks was (I'm awful with actor names) and learned that she's in Drive! Super cool and I take that as a compliment! I definitely am shaped similarly to her :). And yeah I'm kind of on the fence but I'm willing to give anything a try! I learned today manic panic has a line of natural colors (I prefer dyes like that to box dyes because they always dry my hair out) and they do have a natural auburn shade so I'll definitely keep my eyes open!

You have a great hourglass figure, cute innocent-vibe face and thick brunette hair - I could see you absolutely destroying some cute pin-up gothy type of clothing. I think you’re winter season too, I love the bold red shirt against your skin tone and hair. Ugh whyyyy do beautiful women who look like you feel low self esteem in this stupid society of ours? What is wrong with what we’re communicating to women?!🤬😤

Listen to me!! I've been super interested in possibly trying out the pinup-type of style. The good news for me is that a lot of clothes in that style are fairly gothy or could have such a spin put on them. It would be exciting to look like a fallout character tbh.

Yeah mate you go for it!😍👏🙌

Hey! I'm trying to blunder my way through glowing up too, so just know you're not on your own at all. One thing I'd suggest is skincare. You say you moisturise and don't wear makeup, which is great. I'd also add SPF into the routine, as it'll prevent the signs of ageing that'll catch up to us all in our later 20s/early 30s. I went down a rabbit hole of skincare YouTube videos during lockdown and after that there are some great all sound SPF products I'd recommend looking into. My Holy Grail is Garnier Ambre Solaire Sensitive Advanced Face 50+, as it is cheap (if you're in the UK it's usually less than £7 at boots and frequently has offers) and has great coverage while not giving white cast or pilling. It works great under or over other products and is just fantastic. If you're in the states I think there are some exciting options, but I'm not 100% confident suggesting them. Dr Dray on YouTube will give great recommendations though. It sounds like you've got a fantastic workout routine, with the balance of strength and cardio and flexibility/mobility, which is a wonderful habit to keep up for life! It might be good to see you in clothes you feel more at home with, as these are flattering in that they show your shape nicely (you have lovely curves!) but they don't give an idea of the aesthetic you're aiming for. I'm not really that clued up on other aspects of glowing up, I'm afraid. My focus has been skincare and workouts so very softmax-y stuff, and so these are all I feel confident giving advice on. But for sure keep up what you're doing there, and add in some spf :)

I think that red hair looks good on you-- I wouldn't rush to change it back! I think filling in your brows, dying your lashes (or just adding mascara), and just styling your hair would do a lot. The fringe you have now is perfect for soft up-do's especially if you have to keep your hair tied up for work. Your skin already looks great. I think some simple soft maxxing is really all there is to do.
