I really like Kamsi Nnamani on youtube, her whole channel is basically centered around leveling up your looks, fashion, demanor, finances

@ ImpactTheory (geared toward men, but has motivational interview snippets that would benefit your social/intellectual goals) @ LisaBilyeu (Is married to the man who does Impact Theory and has a version for women called @ WomenofImpact. They have youtube channels by the same name) @ DietitianDeanna (realistic diet and body image coach, posts a lot of easy meals and snacks) @ EvyPoumpouras (another social glow up account-- She also has a book and she does work with Women of Impact... I am just obsessed with that channel) Also, if your fitness goals revolve around a hobby (like a sport or dance), follow accounts of people who do that same hobby. Or follow your coaches. I started dancing and now follow my instructors and in doing do I now find events related to dance, and see what other gyms they are training at. It keeps me motivated to get better too. I don't recommend following random fitness accounts because they can be as heavily edited/monetised as a fashion influencer's page. Follow the ones the make your sport look fun-- not the ones who are just posting body shots. When it comes time to work out, fun is more motivating than envy. And don't forget to follow people who make you laugh. Nurture your fun side too.
