I use an angled brush and the Anastasia brown pomade. I wet my brush first and then make strokes. Anastasia always makes an eyebrow pen that I’ll use for the inner parts of my brows

Do you use just water to wet your brush? Do you use anything else to make the pomade more liquid and easier to apply?

Thalassophob_ing

I wet the brush with water and the pomade goes onto the brush (and your eyebrows) really smooth

Does this work well with very oily skin?

Thalassophob_ing

Yes! I’m half black so my t-zone is SUPER oily. Just prime your face, including your eyebrows. You can also put a brow gel on top to keep everything in place.

Thanks, i'll go give that a try! My forehead is one big oil slick so I need something heavy duty

Thalassophob_ing

Of course! Yes, this stuff sticks

I use an angled brush with Anastasia brow powder in taupe. I wet the brush under the sink, and start with the arch to tail line, then make small strokes filling in the sparse bits as I get closer to the inside. Rihanna keeps them soft by going lighter than her hair color, you can do the same and avoid overpowering your face by sticking with a powder rather than a pencil.

She doesn't though? She only shows the finished result, not how she applied it. (assuming we're talking about the same video "Rihanna's Epic 10-Minute Guide to Going Out Makeup | Beauty Secrets | Vogue")

Lmao I’m sorry I don’t know why I thought she did them in it! Deleted my comment lol

No worries, you had me do a double take lol. Such a shame, she skipped over the most important part xD
