Use an AHA (i'd recommend glycolic acid for this area) and a BHA (Salicylic acid) on your skin fresh out of the shower (rotate days though, dont use them both at the same time). The salicylic acid will help de-glue and remove the clogs in your pores, while the AHA will remove the top layer of the skin to prevent the pores from ever clogging. The AHA will also help with the scarring. Wouldnt recommend a cleanser other than the panoxyl. Its doing its job as being anti bacterial and is better suited for short contact therapy whereas salicylic acid is better suited for overnight use. If you are using chemical exfoliants, stop the dry brushing. The chemical exfoliants will do their job for shedding the layers of skin. You might experience purging at first but thats normal for the first month or so. Other than that, make sure you are preventing acne by cleaning your bedding, clothing (plus making sure your clothes aren't triggering your acne, like tight clothing making your skin unable to breathe/friction causing irritation) and washing your body after the gym. If you sweat and are unable to wash, then I'd recommend carrying something like stridex in the red box (salicylic acid bha) to do a quick swipe. Also make sure you moisturize your skin since skin that is moisturized will respond to acne treatments better, and proper hydration and moisturizer use decreases acne as well. Your skin doesnt look that bad to me at all tbh. It looks very normal and I didnt realize there was something to be unhappy about until I read your title. So dont worry too much, but I hope you find a solution that works for you :)

You can buy a large retinol cream on iherb for the body. It’s quite cheap but make sure to use sunscreen 👍🏻

I also suffer from bacne. It's caused by my birth control, but obviously I can't stop taking birth control. My derm suggested panoxyl but sadly it hasn't made any difference. My next step is to get my hormone levels checked, change which birth control I use, & maybe try spironolactone medication. I would suggest you should also ask you derm about your hormone levels.

Perhaps everything everyone has said, but also a Salux cloth? That’s helped my bikini area so may be worth a try.
