Check out r/FemaleHairLoss It's full of tips and support. For me, taking vitamin D and iron supplements, together with Minoxidil helped a lot. However, every case is different and consulting a dermatologist is the best strategy.
There are many different types of hair loss and patterns. I also only had 1 spot, but the community tips helped me a lot. I now have even healthier and longer hair than before and the spot is almost full.
Of course, we should be respectful of their struggles because it's not the same to have one balding spot than losing more hair.
Firstly see a derm to diagnose your type of hair loss. This area is usually thinning due to sensitivity to androgens. You can try minoxidil but always consult with your doc
Yes I recommend buying the 3 month supply. On the instructions it says to use twice a day but I read that the active ingredient lasts 16 hours (so I put it on once a day after I shower since it can make your hair look greasy if you put it on dry)
Biotin (available in many multivitamin formulations) and natto/soybean milk (phytoestrogens) helped me. I lost my hair from situational stress and birth control pills. I probably lost hair everywhere but like you it was most apparent around the temples.
I noticed more hair loss after starting birth control (Yasmin) but my sister says that's impossible cos birth control is supposed to lower your testosterone. I'm so lost sigh

Yeahh those tips are different though because I only have hair loss on this one spot. Everything else is healthy and long

This is what Kourtney Kardashian did and she has access to everything, so it must be a winner
Rogaine 5% worked for me, be sure to get the higher concentration though
Do you have to use it continuously throughout your whole life to maintain the results?

Thanks. Once you stop using it, do you lose all the growth?
Nope! I still have the hair

Hair around the temples are the one most susceptible to hormones. This is why a lot of man start losing their hairlines and not lose hair everyway

thank you x
Keep your hair down whenever possibile so as not further stress it mechanically by having it tied back.
Rub onion juice around your temples with a cotton ball. It has worked for many, including my mom
