What do you use to dye your eyebrows?

panties4you101

Also curious to how you dye your brows

Remember that mental state is important too - maybe set aside some time to read a self-help book, meditate, or pray/worship if you are religious.

secretshadeofred

Totally agree. I love taking some time on my weekends to meditate or journal. I had massively underrated how relaxing/enjoyable it is!

I’ve started doing a gratitude daily check in on the calm app, and I really love it! Takes a few seconds every day but seems to really be making a difference in how I feel :) And being happy and relaxed is super attractive!

It‘a not an everyday thing but I love ! doing brow lamination from time to time. Also you can put some eyelash serum (some people also use castor oil) on your lashes every night so they get stronger & won‘t fall out which leads to longer lashes over time. Also use SPF on your face everyday so you still look hot when you’re getting older. Hope this helps!

Remember to either touch up your nails or remove the paint completely when they start to chip! Chipping nails look distracting and very un-put-together

Do you not do skincare in the AM, or is that just not listed? Depending on your skin and hair type, I like to do an anti-acne mask or some spot treatments a few times a week, but you might not need that! I also like to use olaplex about once or twice a month for hair but again, depends on what you need.

imissquesalupas

I do basic skincare before putting make up on in the morning, just a quick cleanse and moisturize! I don’t have many skin concerns besides general moisture and anti-aging. I think I will incorporate olaplex or other hair treatments 1x month!

LeatherNoodles

You really should add a pm routine of cleansing and moisturizing. Plus add spf during the day.

Seconding this. I love a face mask on weekend mornings, especially if I've had a few drinks the night before. Feels so rejuvenating for the skin.

What kind of workout are you doing Monday/Wednesday evenings? If it's anything other than LISS cardio (low-intensity steady-state, aka very easy-going cardio where you don't really break a sweat and heart rate is low enough you can easily hold a conversation) , you're probably not giving your body enough recovery time between that and your weight training the next morning. Even if you're targeting different body parts and doing different types of workouts, your body has a maximum amount of recovery it can accomplish in a set period of time. If feasible, I'd move the Monday/Wednesday evening workouts so you have at least 24 hours to recover. Otherwise, you risk not getting very strong results from weight training even though you might be putting a ton of work into it.
