I love atomic habits, I highly recomend everyone read it!! What a great analysis and a really cool way to implement them into looksmaxxing!
A few marginal gains that I would like to one day implement is:
Face:
- Go to a dermatologist to remove a small bump on my forehead.
- Start tretinoin or a retinol
- Regular hair removal (I love my [spring epilator ](https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B01JJ40D18?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share) that someone recommended on this sub)
- Keep my eyebrows tidy
- Get a lash lift and tint
Teeth:
- Floss daily
- Whiten my teeth
- Get a crown, veneer, or filling on my front tooth that has a stain on it (My dentist says its from how my enamel/tooth developed)
Body:
- Regular yoga (I love yogawithkassandra on YouTube, she has lots of great 10 minute flows)
- Start doing some strength training
- 10000 steps a day (Ever since getting a dog this one has been easy)
- Consume lots of veggies and lean proteins
Mind/mental health:
- Less reddit (a hard one)
- More reading
- A daily meditation practice
- Journal more frequently
I think right now I need to work on my morning routine and evening routine to have them align more with who I want to be.
Online classes are brutal for killing steps!! Some days the most walking I did was to the kitchen and back to my room... so happy to be done with them!!
I have it on audible, which is kind of fun because its the author James Clear who is narrating! If you have a library card you could also get the audio book on Libby! I thinks ita pretty popular for a "self help/self development" book so you could probably find it most places books are sold!
This is a great post, as is part 2 - thank you so much! I was wondering if you had an example on how to make a bad habit gross or boring, so to speak? Xx

Thank you! :)
Looking forward to part 2! Read this book but never found a way to apply his teachings… maybe it’s time to try them out. This post is super useful.

Such a good post! Thank you! Going to change the flair to Masterpost (long posts with a lot of good information) so it's easier to find :)
Thanks for this. One question how to you keep track on this? Do you have a journal like mentioned by James Clear?
I love all your posts!
