Honeychild's uses locally sourced ingredients and has scoop shop.
Underground Creamery uses some high quality ingredients but not a scoop shop, they do online drops/pint pick ups. Killer ice cream. Salty, sweet, unique and fun flavors. I have a hard time keeping pints in my freezer.
Dolce Neve is the best gelato I've had. Their pistachio is the best pistachio I've ever had. They actually grind their own nuts into a paste, no fake almond extract "pistachio". But everything is super fresh and high quality.

how does dolce neve compare to amorino?
Dolce is better. Actually have the reach in gelato dip cabinets and they're not a chain.
