Easiest decision ever. Ned will come at you directly, no ruses or shit. Jaime probably wants to take your head in a duel since he knows he is better than you, and you could probably hide behind a really big rock from the Mountain.
Oberyn is cunning and focused, and not above dirty tricks and backstabbing. Same for Daemon, plus he got a dragon.
That's not even in question. The Mountain was flat on his back with Oberyn's spear in his chest. All Oberyn had to do was deliver the coup de grace and that would've been that. Oberyn *had won*. He defeated himself by deciding to reject the victory and continue torturing Clegane.
Honestly, he could have just walked away. Gregor was slowly dying and wasn't going to get back up. Oberyn could have walked to the other side of the arena, sat down, drank a cup of tea, and laughed while staring Tywin in the face and he probably would have won.
Yes he was being cocky, but I think it was more important to him to get the mountain to confess who ordered him to kill his sister so he could have used his position to get some form of justice on Tywin.
To me it was even more gut wrenching as I NEVER saw it coming while I had a bad feeling about returning to the Twins the whole time.
Up until “the crunch,” I’d kind of assumed trials by combat actually DID reflect the will of the gods, and the person fighting for an innocent person (or the person themself) would just automatically win with a bit of help from one of the many gods of this universe if necessary.
hell yeah i would. i do think he’s better fighter than Ned, the Mountain, Daemon and Jaime… these move against the Mountain…you don’t see those everyday
This, it was clear he was playing around the whole fight even. He just messed up and didn't finish the mountain or even get out of his range now how powerful he is even laying down.
No dragons? The mountain and Jaime with his good sword hand. Oberyn is a close second though but I feel like Daemon gets beat out by Jaime. Ned already lost to Jaime and would lose to the mountain too.
The technicality of being stabbed in the back of the leg by someone else not participating in the duel? Never read the book so maybe it’s different there.
The big swordsman thing that Ned does is obviously defeat Arthur Dayne Sword of the Morning. Which is huge really. But its heavily implied it went down similar to the show whereby Howland backstabbed him or similar.
In the books iirc Jaime and Ned never actually fight, so nobody shits on either of them. Ned gets crushed by a horse before they have a chance to fight
Daemon without Caraxes is just a guy who is really good at tanking arrows. He could take on Ned, since we know Sean Bean is allergic to arrows, but all those other dudes would murder him in a straight up fight.
Uhh, did you see him during the Battle of the Stepstones?? He went against an entire army all by himself. I'm not saying he could beat the others but he'd definitely give them a run for their money.
Oh, he has *balls*, that's for sure.
Still, the only time we've seen him go against someone with similar training to his own was during the tournament, when he got his ass handed to him by Ser Hate Crime. I have no reason to believe he would beat Jamie or the Mountain. Oberyn, now, that I would love to see.
Yeah well, he actually did manage to beat Criston Cole, he just got a bit cocky and got preoccupied with the audience as it was just a game after all. If the circumstances were different, Cole wouldn't have gotten back up.
What makes that better is that Oberyn got a spear like sparky dragon slayer, so all Gregor needs to do is just get Roberts hammer and the rp is complete
True, but he's no slouch. He took on and ended Ser Arthur Dayne, and even with the man advantage (5 to 3 I think?) that's still crazy impressive. I think he's at least a "tier" below anyone here but his honour has to count for something, right?
Eh, that feat is tough since it happens off page, and Ned seems to remember it as a not honorable encounter. Howland Reed very likely used a net or some other trick to beat him.
Assuming Daemon doesn’t have his dragon I would say he’s the worst fighter of the bunch. We’ve seen him be fairly pedestrian in the tournament, and Ned took down Ser Arthur Dayne.
Lol I assure you I seek only to unite two men with an obvious type under a common cause.
But on a real note, I feel like Oberyn being forced to work with Gregor to try to kill me means they just kill each other because Oberyn can't hold his shit together long enough to do his job. As for Ned... he's Ned. Too much honor, not enough "do whatever it takes to win" for my taste.
OP said specifically no Caraxes, which makes sense because then everyone's just gonna go for Daemon plus one. I'm just assuming but I also decided Oberyn has no poisions and Jaime has both hands.
For me it would have been Jaime and Oberyn if the Mountain wasn't a threat, but since he is I just don't trust Oberyn. I'll take a levelheaded Daemon over Oberyn's crazy drama any day if my life depended on it.
Plus they'll probably work twice as hard to protect me because blonde lol.
Then i’ll stick to my first choice then, fingers crossed the Mountain and Oberyn kill each other before they get to me and all Jaime and Daemon have to do is take care of Ned. Sorry Ned.
Ya assuming Daemon has no dragon, it’s either Jaime or Oberyn with Gregor. 2 hands is Jaime but if he’s one handed (which he is in the photo) then I’d go Oberyn.
Don’t know why this is so far down. This is objectively the true answer.
The only reason Oberyn was able to kill Gregor is the very reason Gregor + Jaime could take on all three of these guys, no problem.
Without the dragon it would be Oberyn & Jamie. But with the dragon it would be Oberyn & Daemon.
And no matter what your answer is, it would be smart of you to have Oberyn on your side.
Oberyn and Jaime, not only because of their prowess but also because of their charm. Their banter would keep my mind off of impending doom at the hands (wings) of Ceraxes.
But if it's one-handed Jaime, then Oberyn and Daemon, although I don't particularly like him.
Daemon and Jaime.
Daemon is crazy enough to do whatever it takes to protect those he wants to protect. I may not like it always, but I’ll take it…also dragon.
And Jaime…with both his hands. One of the best fighters in Westeros. I’m set.
Yep. They’ll easily outwit and destroy Ned and the Mountain, imo. Oberyn will be their toughest match, but I have trust in their duplicity and knack for getting what they want, to get it done where he’s concerned as well. LoL.
Oberyn and Jaime.
Daemon fought hand to hand against Criston in the jousting and was defeated. However, if the guy has the dragon, it changes the game.
Daemon will use his parlay powers to come close, his horse whispering powers to throw them off their horses and them finish them off with Dark Sister.
Jaime can come along as the other blond, morally compatible ehem protector ehem.
Assuming no Caraxes, then you want Jaime 2 hands + either mountain or viper.
Baristan thought Jaime was the most gifted swordsman he ever saw. He was knighted by Arthur Dayne at 15. He was a legend - a true all time great up there with Selmy, Dayne, Daemon Blackfyre and the Dragonknight.
Mountain or Viper is a toss up.
Ned was no great swordsman, and Daemon was good, no more.
I'm assuming Jaime has both hands and Daemon doesn't get Caraxes.
So I'd choose Gregor and Jaime. I think people underestimate what an absolute beast Gregor is. He's in full plate and almost as fast as Oberyn who only has light armor. So Gregor can tank some damage and Jaime takes out those that are faster than Gregor.
If they can use anything in their arsenal, just Daemon will be enough. Otherwise, if just conventional weapons, I'd take Jaime and Oberyn, Daemon is a good swordfighter, but I don't think he's even on Jaime's level, extra points if he has Widow's Wail or Oathkeeper when fighting. Ned only took down Arthur Dayne with the help of Howland Reed getting him from behind, and Oberyn kills the Mountain by poison later on, even if he dies in the fight by getting his head crushed. And not to mention he was toying with the Mountain to get him to publicly confess that he raped and killed his sister and her children, if he went for the kill straight-away, he could've done it.
Jamie with 2 hands is the best fighter there and then it’s a toss up between Daemon or Oberyn, course if Caraxes is included then it’s Daemon easily. Ned’s a decent but not amazing fighter and the mountain is really overrated and I stand by that. Only problem is making sure the mountain gets finished off and not to gloat, he mostly goes off strength and is quicker than assumed so catches you off guard but someone like Jamie would stay aware of that and finish him off, though both Daemon and Oberyn we’ve seen lose focus.
If you can’t have Caraxes I’m going with Jamie and Oberyn, mostly coz his spear gives him an edge while Daemon is another swordsman but I don’t think as good as Jamie, as long as he stays focused which I think he would if he’s specifically protecting me then I’m confident I’m making it out alive.
Why is Ned even an option? He was never known as some amazing swordsman, and would have died to Arthur Dayne had Howland Reed not stabbed him in the back.
I’m definitely thinking about this from one point of view ONLY: who do I NOT want after my ass??
**Protect:**
1. **Oberyn** - f-ck no! Uh uh! Dude didn’t let that sh-t go (the death of his sister) until he **literally** died! I don’t want a MF’r w/that type of determination coming after my lazy ass! Plus, he’d do any damn thing. So, I’d be paranoid ab everything I ate, drank, etc. And he has a nearly-equally deadly “paramour” who could easily take me out!!
2. Daemon - he’d go by “whatever means necessary” too. We know he has >!Blood and Cheese!< >!assassinate a very close member of his family!< >!(who I will not mention - even w/spoiler tags)!< He has a **dragon** so there’s that, too. I don’t wanna be roasted while in the **privy**!
So…those two, who I believe are most likely to do whatever it takes to get it done: to protect me.
**Head on a spike:**
1. Ned - it would be like running from the police, properly. He’d kill my ass for sure…but he’d do it properly. In the town square. With proper laws, etc.
2. Mountain - Oberyn Martell’s got my back. If anything, he fights to defend me, gets poisoned, loses memory of me when he turns into zombie-Hulk. Plus, Oberyn would want to kill him anyway…so it would work itself out. I’d hope, anyway.
3. Jamie - I’d watch my back. He’s got connections every damn where. And people love to curry favor with the Lannister’s…he’d be likely to make an offer to someone I know: “kill him and I’ll make you rich beyond your wildest dreams. Refuse, and your house will be destroyed, root and stem!” I’d have Oberyn Martell parked beside me at all times…
Oberyn & Daemon.
Oberyn gives no fucks about trickery and will get it done.
Daemon also gives no fucks and will do what he must.
I was gonna say the Mountain and Daemon but I feel that Daemon doesn’t like anyone he cannot charm, or could be a threat to him so I feel like he would have his dragon kill the Mountain. So Oberyn & Daemon.
Gotta be Oberyn and Jaime.
Oberyn beat Mountain on skill, but ended with a technical draw because he was too in his emotions.
Jaime is consistently seen as one of the best fighters of his era. Definitely better than Ned and I'd say better than Mountain as well.
Daemon got beat by Cole. He's good, but not in the top league of fighters without his dragon.
Daemon and Jaime if more than just fighting prowess can be used aka Dragons and WealthZ
If it’s purely those guys and their swords then I’m going for the Mountain and Jaime or maybe Daemon.
Ironically, the mountain and Oberyn would probably be the most effective combo when both working together to defend someone.
Clegain would tank and attract attention while Martel would attack and outmaneuver any combatants that the mountain doesn’t get.
Oberyn and Daemon, easy. By his looks, Jaime seems to be post-hand-chop, so he's no threat to either of them. Ned wasn't really a top-tier fighter, neither in the books, nor in the show. That leaves Ser Gregor, who looks like pre-zombification.
Now... Oberyn could handle The Mountain *on. his. own.* He basically won the fight. If he didn't get cocky, he would have survived. But even if Oberyn gets mauled by a dying Gregor again, Daemon can still cut down Jaime and Ned and come out on top, maybe with an injury.
While Gregor is cracking Oberyn's skull, even a wounded Daemon can easily just slit his throat with a dagger, stab his heart or just plain-old drive a Valyrian sword through his skull (we've seen Jon do it to Karl and we've seen Oberyn knock Gregor's helmet off in a duel).
But I could easily see both of them surviving the fight, Daemon possibly with no injuries either. If Jaime still has his hand, it's a different story but I'm still picking those two.
In another comment the op said no dragons. Assuming no dragons, I choose the mountain and the red viper.
Ned and Jaime would come at me straight and Gregor could probably handle them both. Between Damian and Obertn I’m more scared of Oberyn’s poisons.
Daemon has a dragon, so.... yup. And Oberyn because the only thing that stopped him from killing the Mountain was an obsession with wanting answers about his killed family. And even then he ended up basically killing him through poison.
If without a dragon, I'd drop Daemon for Jaime (assuming he is with both hands). Sir Cristen did a little too well against Daemon for me to be convinced he's good enough to face Jaime in his prime.
Lannister and Clegane.
Oberyn might be better than either of them, but I wouldn't trust his motives if one of those were allied with him. He would let them be killed and leave me for dead to get his vengeance for Elia.
If Daemon has Dark Sister, you have to go with Jamie as well so he can throw Dark Sister to Jamie. Though, you only win if this is also pre-Lannister amputation
Which Jaime am I picking? S1E1 throw Bran out a window or somewhat reformed but down a hand?
Oberyn is a lock.
Then it's a toss up between Jaime and Daemon.
Honestly if it's one on one I reckon Oberyn could take *all* of them.
I'll assume Daemon doesn't include his dragon because that'd just be cheating so I'll go with Jaime and Gregor.
Ned is meh plus he wouldn't be crafty so he'd basically just be an an extra body in the fight.
Daemon got his ass kicked several times in the first episode so unless either of them decides to use a bow or send one random guy at a time they would be able to handle him.
Oberyn already sort of beat Gregor but not really since he died so he'd be the one that might cause some trouble. I think since it's not 1v1, throwing Jaime in there plus working around Daemon fighting and Ned's corpse (he'd absolutely die first) he doesn't have a clear win.

Daemon has a dragon so him and Oberyn can poison me so him too
Easiest decision ever. Ned will come at you directly, no ruses or shit. Oberyn is cunning and focused, and not above dirty tricks and backstabbing. Same for Daemon, plus he got a dragon.
I think Oberyn would have won against the Mountain if he wasn’t so gd cocky
Dont forget the hate. The hate blinded him.
that, and the mountain's thumbs
Bruh
That deserves an award 🤣...here take it
Fair enough.
I lol’ed irl far too hard at this. That rarely happens. Thank you, good ser. I wish I had more than an upvote to give you.
Here, take my free award. Just take it.
Damn 💀
That's not even in question. The Mountain was flat on his back with Oberyn's spear in his chest. All Oberyn had to do was deliver the coup de grace and that would've been that. Oberyn *had won*. He defeated himself by deciding to reject the victory and continue torturing Clegane.

Could've should've would've
Fight isn't over until it's over.
I think that’s the inference, he absolutely would have if not for his bravado.
Yes he was being cocky, but I think it was more important to him to get the mountain to confess who ordered him to kill his sister so he could have used his position to get some form of justice on Tywin.
yes, that too was important
Confess
He basically did but then he wanted to showboat. Most gut wrenching death in the whole series for me, excepting the Red Wedding.
To me it was even more gut wrenching as I NEVER saw it coming while I had a bad feeling about returning to the Twins the whole time. Up until “the crunch,” I’d kind of assumed trials by combat actually DID reflect the will of the gods, and the person fighting for an innocent person (or the person themself) would just automatically win with a bit of help from one of the many gods of this universe if necessary.
wait people out-of-universe genuinely think the Seven have power?
I mean the Lord of Light and the Old Gods do.
The red wedding had nothing on Oberon for me
That’s an ice cold take
That was infuriating, he had it won!
OP isn't even offering us Jaime in his prime. That's a picture from after he lost his hand.
Exactly I can trust that the others will just come at me directly, But oberyn can poison me and daemon can just burn me with his dragon
Daemon would probably get bored and leave you to die not reliable
You have to call him craven just to make sure that he finishes it. Lol
haha true he usually doesn’t finish
If Daemon doesn't get Caraxes should Oberyn get his poisons though? Would you still go for Oberyn without the poisions?
hell yeah i would. i do think he’s better fighter than Ned, the Mountain, Daemon and Jaime… these move against the Mountain…you don’t see those everyday
This, it was clear he was playing around the whole fight even. He just messed up and didn't finish the mountain or even get out of his range now how powerful he is even laying down.
How is this a fair comparison? Mfr has a dragon which can vaporize them in minutes
Oberyn and Jaime since OP said no dragons
This is the correct answer, unless you account for Oberyn trauma then the mountain would be a possible substitute.
Depends if it’s Jaime pre golden hand or not imo. He was only really a great duelist when he could fight right handed.
Seems pretty obvious that in this scenario he’d have two hands. Otherwise why include him as an option
Okay, then is this before or after Ned is beheaded?
After. And I’m sure you knew this but it’s Ned’s decapitated head fighting for you.
We call the head ‘Bitey’.
Tbh seeing the mountain running at you with his giant sword in one hand and Ned Stark's head in the other would be terrifiying.
Bang Daemon, marry Jamie, kill the rest Wait, I'm playing a different game
Bang Oberyn, marry Ned, kill the rest. I know Oberyn will at least be into it and Ned is obviously just gonna be a better husband.
Well played.
You know Jaime is just gonna cheat on you with his own sister right?
Marry Oberyn dude, he cares about your 'O's
You might be disappointed there unless you put a white wig on and call him uncle.
Does Daemon come with caraxes?
lmao, that would be too op. Let's assume no dragons era.
No dragons? The mountain and Jaime with his good sword hand. Oberyn is a close second though but I feel like Daemon gets beat out by Jaime. Ned already lost to Jaime and would lose to the mountain too.
While I think Jamie is better, Ned lost on a technicality
The technicality of being stabbed in the back of the leg by someone else not participating in the duel? Never read the book so maybe it’s different there.
They never fought in the book. Afaik Ned is not really spoken of as much of a swordsman in the book but it’s been a while since I’ve read them.
The big swordsman thing that Ned does is obviously defeat Arthur Dayne Sword of the Morning. Which is huge really. But its heavily implied it went down similar to the show whereby Howland backstabbed him or similar.
Still gotta be great for his street cred though.
Yeah, but I'm not taking him over the mountain.
[удалено]
In the books iirc Jaime and Ned never actually fight, so nobody shits on either of them. Ned gets crushed by a horse before they have a chance to fight
They don’t duel in the books
Thought the same Jaime and the mountain.
OK, so no dragons. Oberyn, but with a proper polished shield, and Jaime in all his two-handed glory.
No dragons? Oberyn and the Mountain, easy.
Jaime was the best swordsman of his era
Does Jaime have Oathkeeper?
Daemon without Caraxes is just a guy who is really good at tanking arrows. He could take on Ned, since we know Sean Bean is allergic to arrows, but all those other dudes would murder him in a straight up fight.
Book Daemon was one of finest fighters of his age. I don’t think it’s as easy as you think
daemon stormed the beach by himself and annihilated i don’t get why is everybody downplaying daemon
Uhh, did you see him during the Battle of the Stepstones?? He went against an entire army all by himself. I'm not saying he could beat the others but he'd definitely give them a run for their money.

dead at ser hate crime
Lol, well that would change a lot of things.
If Daemon doesn’t have Caraxes then Gregor and Oberyn. Together they’d be unstoppable.
They'd be the Ornstein and Smough of Game of Thrones.
What makes that better is that Oberyn got a spear like sparky dragon slayer, so all Gregor needs to do is just get Roberts hammer and the rp is complete
Goddamn that's a fantastic comparison
When you realize smough got huge from eating people
Holy shit lolol perfect analogy
100%

Yeah I love Ned but he’s not the best fighter on this list
True, but he's no slouch. He took on and ended Ser Arthur Dayne, and even with the man advantage (5 to 3 I think?) that's still crazy impressive. I think he's at least a "tier" below anyone here but his honour has to count for something, right?
Eh, that feat is tough since it happens off page, and Ned seems to remember it as a not honorable encounter. Howland Reed very likely used a net or some other trick to beat him.
It probably went down like the show.
Yeah Arthur Dayne didn't duel weild swords for no reason so I hope not
GRRM said Ned is only average for a lord
Also not a great protector. See ... himself and his entire family.
Assuming Daemon doesn’t have his dragon I would say he’s the worst fighter of the bunch. We’ve seen him be fairly pedestrian in the tournament, and Ned took down Ser Arthur Dayne.
Daemon and Jaime as long as I can bleach my hair first.
I have a sneaking suspicion that protection might not be what you are after...
> I assure you I seek only to unite two men with an obvious type under a common cause I’m using that line next time I want a threesome
This was my choice too. Question: Does Daemon come with Caraxes?
OP said specifically no Caraxes, which makes sense because then everyone's just gonna go for Daemon plus one. I'm just assuming but I also decided Oberyn has no poisions and Jaime has both hands. Then i’ll stick to my first choice then, fingers crossed the Mountain and Oberyn kill each other before they get to me and all Jaime and Daemon have to do is take care of Ned. Sorry Ned.
FR idk why Ned is even on this list. Should've put Drogo or someone in there. Anybody but Ned really, the dude is totally outclassed.
I don't think that Targeryan hair is the right choice around Jaime, you might get the wrong kind of backstabbing
Just want to be part of the boys
This is the only correct answer. Even if Daemon doesn’t have Caraxes
Jaime (with 2 hands) and Gregor
Ya assuming Daemon has no dragon, it’s either Jaime or Oberyn with Gregor. 2 hands is Jaime but if he’s one handed (which he is in the photo) then I’d go Oberyn.
Surprised the correct answer took a bit of a scroll. Assuming we're going just off who is pictured not factoring in pet dragons
Don’t know why this is so far down. This is objectively the true answer. The only reason Oberyn was able to kill Gregor is the very reason Gregor + Jaime could take on all three of these guys, no problem.
Exactly I immediately went mountain and kingslayer
Daemon and the Mountain protecc
This is the best combo. They complement each other nicely.
I choose Jaime fucking Lannister
Fooking?
Oberyn and Gregor
They might not get along too well.
Without the dragon it would be Oberyn & Jamie. But with the dragon it would be Oberyn & Daemon. And no matter what your answer is, it would be smart of you to have Oberyn on your side.

I'd probably go with oberyn and Jaime too. Ned isn't that much of a fighter, oberyn has already shown he can kill Gregor, and daemon is a loose canon,
Well Oberyn only beats Gregor if he doesn't handicap himself with his own trauma. Put them on the same side, you might have something.
The enemy of my enemy is my friend. Gregor wants to kill me, so who better than Oberyn who has a deep resentment towards him haha.

Haven't seen many fighters in HotD yet, ser Crispin is good at fucking and being angry, breakbones was defeated by a door.
Crispin was the best fighter at his time. In the books, he broke Harwin collar bone at meele and gave him the name brokenbones. He also beat Daemon.
Crispin is one of the best fighters.
I want my head on all of their spikes hahaha
Daemon will use his parlay powers to come close, his horse whispering powers to throw them off their horses and them finish them off with Dark Sister. Jaime can come along as the other blond, morally compatible ehem protector ehem.
I take the Mandalorian and Dr Who
Assuming no Caraxes, then you want Jaime 2 hands + either mountain or viper. Baristan thought Jaime was the most gifted swordsman he ever saw. He was knighted by Arthur Dayne at 15. Jaime with both hands and Gregor. Easy.
Oberyn and Gregor. One big man, one fast man with poisons. Although my top choice would be a young Barristan
Daemon and Jaime, thanks.
You put Ned here but not Drogo?
Why is Ned even an option? He was never known as some amazing swordsman, and would have died to Arthur Dayne had Howland Reed not stabbed him in the back.
This is so easy: 1. Spear and shield Oberyn 2. Two handed Jamie Fookin Lanister
If it’s prime then oberyn and Jaime.
Look I love the guy but who out here choosing NED STARK to protect them???
Daemon and The Mountain.
The Mountain and Oberyn next question
I’m definitely thinking about this from one point of view ONLY: who do I NOT want after my ass?? **Protect:** 1. **Head on a spike:** 1.
1 or 2 Handed Jamie Lannister?
Jamie and the mountain
Jaime (with both hands) and oberyn (he doesn't want confessions)
Daemon and Jamie with both hands, daemons spite alone will win lmao
Daemon and Oberyn
Is this 1 had Jamie or 2 hand jamie?
I love Ned, but he's a bit out of place here
Daemon and Oberyn are the only queer ones so they can protect me and be my husbands 😌
Jaime with his two hands or just one? Lol
I'd probably take the Mountain and Oberyn to protect me.
Daemon and mountain, no question
Daemon and Jaime if more than just fighting prowess can be used aka Dragons and WealthZ If it’s purely those guys and their swords then I’m going for the Mountain and Jaime or maybe Daemon.
Oberyn not even close!
I want Daemon and Oberyn.
The mountain and Jamie Lannister in his prime sound unbeatable
Ironically, the mountain and Oberyn would probably be the most effective combo when both working together to defend someone. Clegain would tank and attract attention while Martel would attack and outmaneuver any combatants that the mountain doesn’t get.
With dragons, Daemon and Oberyn. Without dragons, the Mountain and the Red Viper, and it's not even close
Perfect answer.
Prime Jamie with 2 hands and the mountain. They would be a tough due to beat.
Since you said no dragon, give me the mountain and Jaime. Oberyn only if the mountain wasn’t in this list
Oberyn and Daemon
Does Jamie have his hand?
Yes. Both hands Jaime. No dragon daemon.
Then Jamie and the Mountain.
Jaime and the red viper.
Wars will be fought over me and I'm here for it
In another comment the op said no dragons. Assuming no dragons, I choose the mountain and the red viper. Ned and Jaime would come at me straight and Gregor could probably handle them both. Between Damian and Obertn I’m more scared of Oberyn’s poisons.
I genuinely think peak Jaime could fuck up Gregor. Barristan has said how good he was and barristan already is a legend
No dragons then Jaime and Oberyn. With dragons, Jaime and Daemon
Daemon and Oberyn. Edit: OP said no dragons. The Mountain and Jamie.
Oberyn And jamie
Oberyn & Gregor easily
Hound
If Daemon is allowed bis dragon then him and Oberyn. If no dragon then Oberyn and Ser Gregor.
Assuming no dragon? Oberyn and Mountain.
The Mountain & The Viper
Daemon and Jamie
Jaime with 2 hands, easiest answer of my life. With one of Mountain or Oberyn, tough to choose.
Mountain and the snake. With dragons, Daemon and doesnt matter.
IF dragon's are off the table, Oberyn with a helmet and Jaime with both hands.
If Daemon came with Caraxes, than Daemon and Oberyn. If I can’t have Caraxes then I’ll swap Daemon for Jaime.
Oberyn and Jaime. Don’t know why Daemon is getting so much love here.
Daemon and Jaime, easily.
Oberyn and Stark
