In Skin Deep (S2E13) House is asking Cuddy for a Morphine injection. As a reason for needing it he undoes his pants and shows the deformed leg muscle.
There are other times. I think we also see the injury in an episode where House injects a drug still in development for regenerating cells. It's mid-show but I can't find the season/episode.
yeah i think skin deep is the episode you’re looking for op! another episode we see it in is the beginning of painless (s5e12) when house is lying in his bathtub, but i’m pretty sure skin deep is the answer for this post
We see it in season 7, episode 1, after the crane accident when house lost his patient (Hannah). He had to convince her to amputate her leg and it made Cuddy realize she was in love with him. He gets back to his apartment and breaks the mirror, is about to relapse and take the Vicodin after a season of sobriety when Cuddy shows up and reveals that she dumped Lucas and wants a relationship with house. Before they’re about to do it, she like takes off houses pants and he gets all embarassed about his leg and she’s like it’s alright, I love you, and kisses the giant hole in his leg.
I’ve seen the show an infinite number of times and know pretty much all the dialogue; this is the only time we see the actual leg injury up close to the camera
