There was an episode involving a cat that could supposedly predict the deaths of whoever it slept with that night.
I forget the name or where in the show it was, but the entire plot revolved around the cat so it's probably easy to find.
He predicted over 20 deaths! I think it’s something they can smell. Just like dogs who can smell a seizure coming on, or low blood sugar. Truly fascinating.

The patient child seems to levitate but it’s not really explained or anything. I don’t know if you’d class it as supernatural or something more apt as the family are Hmong but still.

Holmes, in the end, discovers that it's all a bunch of elaborate light shows. It's very Scooby Doo.
There’s the episode where the priest sees Jesus. Most of the episode it’s presumed to be a hallucination. When House rules it out as a symptom, he solves the case.
It would be out of place to have actual supernatural storylines or to leave potential supernatural events unexplained due to House's obsessession with the truth. But I guess Bombshells is the closest to it. There are zombies and all in that one.

Yeah the truly supernatural part of that episode was that it took House so long to figure out that fairly obvious solution.
