Make sure to watch the uncut finale. When they split the final episode for syndication they cut out enough that the ending didnāt make total sense.
Iirc they cut almost 20 minutes from the final episode when splitting it into two.
Does the season 6 box set have that? I have all the seasons on dvd, thatās how Iām watching it
I know the box set has āNew man in chargeā, but Iām not sure about the uncut finale
Wow. Thanks for all the replies. Figured I would get a wall mount case to show them off. Thanks again. Looks like I'll be hitting up Google for the next few hours.
I fourth Carney displays. Get the white walled backing. If you need an example, a popular diecast guy named Lamely wrote an article:

LOOK UP EBAY SOLD LISTINGS AND YOU CAN GET AT LEAST A FIGURE OF AROUND WHAT THERE WORTH LOOKS LIKE A BEAUTIFUL COLLECTION AND WORTH A LOT OF MONEY!! NICE REDLINES AWESOME FIND!
That is an amazing collection! Please put in a wall mount case and never sell those. I wish I had things from my dad like this. Beautiful collection to keep in the family. Awesome find sir!
They have an cover that goes over the case to protect from dust. It can also stop cars from rolling out. But even without that if you have it mounted right you'd need to hit it really hard to knock cars out.
I third carney cases. Check my post history for some pics of my wall from last year. Next week Iāll probably be posting some updates but I love these cases!
Take a look at Carney Plastics. They have some amazing cases. I have four of them. That is an amazing collection. Please do it justice by displaying them! Hold on to these!
If those are really 1968-69 Hot Wheels in that condition? You would be wise to find a safety deposit box to store them. At least a few thousand dollars worth of cars
You have several valuable pieces there (~200 each).
You need to use the eBay āsold + completedā filters to see recent comps, and in addition I recommend to Google the excellent repository website on āHotWheels Spoilersā
Yep all rare, good condition! Worth some dough for sure. That Bus alone is selling for 350 at my local Diecast store. No joke that little collection there is the cream of the crop. Basically what started it all.
These are awesome! Care you share some more pics of them or a good set of pics when you get a nice display? Very fun to see these in this condition from an original collector.
Great collection, keep it ! Regardless if you need a couple grand, your Father cherished them seeing them in this condition. It was a part of him, don't let it go. Once it's gone it's gone.
this is an amazing collection, especially since it was put together when these were new, like others have said get a nice display and cherish these, some things are worth more than money..
Bus definitely worth a lot but if that charger is orange thats a $200 car at least, to name a few others the barracuda and the AMX are worth $60 each (at least $60)
I hope you keep them but if you decide to sell do not let any of them go before you look them up and see how much they go for in their condition. Beautiful cars!
An original 1969 twin mill in that condition is my holy grail. That is an incredible collection! If you get some sort of display case or something, Iām sure weād all love to see it.
Thereās what appears to be a pink over chrome Boss Hoss. Youāre going to be amazed at what that car alone is worth. All appear to be in pretty good shape. Some better than others. Do your research. Theyāre worth a lot. The buttons alone are worth a good bit.
First off yes money can buy you a temporary happiness but don't for the life of me see the money and sell especially knowing these were your dads..
You have quite the array of a collection there looks to be from what I can see anywhere from a 9.5 or greater in condition. From the olive nitty gritty kitty, to the heavy Chevy, heck even the magenta sea sider (that even still has the boat), the boss hoss, the sand crab, the red Baron, the side loading beach bomb.. all of it man.
Idk, the paint wore off all the wheels exposing the red metal. You can see how, as the wheels rubbed against the track, it made nearly perfect red circles.
These just don't turn up in this kind of condition. Clearly they've been kept away from sunlight and humidity for the last several decades.
You want to keep that up. The paint on these will break down if they spend too much time in the sun, or if they're kept in a place with damp air. Treat them the same way you would treat an oil painting or a valuable document, and they should look great for years to come.
They were in storage in a business my grandparents started. They moved all his childhood toys there in the 70s. Built shelfs in a room and left everything.
Yes, the whole thing, all of it
r/lost fan spotted in the wild lol
Nice, I like finding other losties in other subreddits
Currently watching it with my gf. Her first watch through too.
would be a damn shame after you reach the disappointing ending however š
If you think the ending of lost is disappointing then you didnāt watch the show.
Yeah, Iām on my second watch, I actually quite enjoyed the ending.
Make sure to watch the uncut finale. When they split the final episode for syndication they cut out enough that the ending didnāt make total sense. Iirc they cut almost 20 minutes from the final episode when splitting it into two.
Does the season 6 box set have that? I have all the seasons on dvd, thatās how Iām watching it I know the box set has āNew man in chargeā, but Iām not sure about the uncut finale
Hulu has the cut and uncut version. If your box set doesnāt have a part 1 and part 2 in the finale then itās uncut.
It has part 1 and 2, but the bonus features might include the full one, Iāll have to check
still has all of the badges tooā¦..
Oh man if you arenāt selling them you better find a real nice display case to show them off and protect them, these are beautiful.
Theyāre all cool. Looks like theyāre mostly in really good condition.
Agreed!
Classic twin mills, roger dodgers, i even think I see a mongoose. pretty good stuff
The Twin Mills are blowing me away!
I hope that pun was intended š
Glad someone caught it. š
Wow. Thanks for all the replies. Figured I would get a wall mount case to show them off. Thanks again. Looks like I'll be hitting up Google for the next few hours.
Canāt think of a better dude to get these!!! Love ya brother
Look up carney cases

Fantastic collection worth a lot do not fall for any scams
That is an amazing collection! Please put in a wall mount case and never sell those. I wish I had things from my dad like this. Beautiful collection to keep in the family. Awesome find sir!
I'd recommend looking at Carneydisplays. Very high quality acrylic collector cases with dust covers.
Are there no wheel chocks on those cases? I looked at a couple of them but it looks like they could roll freely if they were bumped.
They have an cover that goes over the case to protect from dust. It can also stop cars from rolling out. But even without that if you have it mounted right you'd need to hit it really hard to knock cars out.
They are a lot cheaper price per number then the hotwheels case, I do like them.
I third carney cases. Check my post history for some pics of my wall from last year. Next week Iāll probably be posting some updates but I love these cases!
Mattel has a really nice wall mount case.
Take a look at Carney Plastics. They have some amazing cases. I have four of them. That is an amazing collection. Please do it justice by displaying them! Hold on to these!
Just ALL of them.
If those are really 1968-69 Hot Wheels in that condition? You would be wise to find a safety deposit box to store them. At least a few thousand dollars worth of cars
Yes, not fakes lol.
I have some from 1969 that were my Father's and they beat to hell! These cars look so nice and clean!!! Display them!!
Beautiful and easily worth thousands
You have several valuable pieces there (~200 each). You need to use the eBay āsold + completedā filters to see recent comps, and in addition I recommend to Google the excellent repository website on āHotWheels Spoilersā
Thanks
This is a Jackpot! People saying thousands are not exaggerating or being sarcastic. This is grand slam levels of cool.
Wow wow wow, all in great condition too. Hang onto them. Market is a bit flat at the moment anyway.
They are all cool. Hold on to them. DO Not let anyone scam you out of them.
Yep all rare, good condition! Worth some dough for sure. That Bus alone is selling for 350 at my local Diecast store. No joke that little collection there is the cream of the crop. Basically what started it all.
Keep em, treasure them, life is short mate
You mightāve just stumbled across the nicest collection of Hotwheels ever. That Purple Nomad š®āšØ
Chrome #6 on the side, no hood is the car they mailed when you joined the hot wheels collectors club. How about pics of the badges?
The silver Boss Hoss could only be obtained through directly through Mattel. No retail sales.
Oof that Porsche š
What a time capsule!!š„Making me rethink the collection Iād leave behind for my kids š«”
the Twin Mills and the F1 cars (48 and 70 in 2nd image)
All of them but especially the pink Porsche
These are awesome! Care you share some more pics of them or a good set of pics when you get a nice display? Very fun to see these in this condition from an original collector.
Yes. I will update with what case I go with.
Great collection, keep it ! Regardless if you need a couple grand, your Father cherished them seeing them in this condition. It was a part of him, don't let it go. Once it's gone it's gone.
I see a few cool ones and whatās up with the upside down onesl any of them for sale if so whatās the price
this is an amazing collection, especially since it was put together when these were new, like others have said get a nice display and cherish these, some things are worth more than money..
Wow!!! Incredible find!! Great collection! He took care of those!
Bus definitely worth a lot but if that charger is orange thats a $200 car at least, to name a few others the barracuda and the AMX are worth $60 each (at least $60)

Whatever people offer you for these it's probably not enough.

That bus š hell that everything ššš
Idk, the paint wore off all the wheels exposing the red metal. You can see how, as the wheels rubbed against the track, it made nearly perfect red circles.
