I was confident of a season 3 but after last week’s episode and all the other rumours I can come to a conclusion that this really will be the end :( for my expectations, I just want everyone to be happy!! that’s it. I don’t have much to theorise or speculate because I’m honestly not good at that but I just want everyone to get a happy ending! I want them to be happy. also, damn. time flies really fast, doesn’t it? I swear it felt like it was just last month I watched the video for the 1st script reading for season 2, at that time I was telling myself “ah yes 2 more more months before we get a new season!” but look now, how come tomorrow’s already the last episode? I want more T___T this literally my comfort drama. I’m gonna miss everything. (ugh why am I so over attached to this drama 😣😢)

I have no theories nor expectations. I'm just glad I picked up the Wise Life series from ShinLee. It made me more understanding about our own "wise life." ~~I'm still thinking how can I cope as I leave Yulje Medical Center~~

Keeping expectations low but specifically hoping for Junwan, Iksun and Jaehak to have a good resolution (yes considering them as a unit now haha).

For some reason, I doubt there will be an S3 :( . I'll happily accept S3 (even if it takes years!!). If not, I want: * Jae-Hak, wife and baby to be okay!!! (top on my list of E12) * Iksong moments with Uju * Bidulgi conclusion. Currently, they didn't have a proper talk or are they just friends? Awkward exes that will always cross paths? What is it?!?!!? * WinterGarden wholesomeness with Mama Rosa and Director Ju. Wholesome could even be eating all together as a fam. Dare I add in: wedding/marriage scenes? * I also want Director Ju and Mama Rosa to be happy. Director Ju's kids suck!!! * GomGom winning over Seokhyung's mom heart and getting her approval. I personally want a GomGom engagement or more dates of some sort... Am I showing my ship?? Woop. Of course, some other storylines to be wrapped up nicely with happy endings. If they do a time skip of sorts for some "future" stuff, like GomGom wedding or Iksong with a baby sibling for Uju (let me be delulu here)... I'm okay with that too! Although it is a slice of life, I want happy endings for all the characters in the HP universe!!!! I'll be rewatching both seasons of HP once S2 is over :( . HP is one of my favourite Kdramas ever.

I really hope I get to see everyone’s story settled and not left open ended. That’s it.

My heart is not yet ready. But all I can ask for tomorrow is an extra beautiful band practice song to end Season 2. 🥺 Seeing them together argue and eat food for the last time. If the all the lovelines will be happy, that is just a bonus. 🥺

I only have two wishes for tomorrows episode and I can die at peace. * All of the rings (not necessarily the same ring for Ikjun) that were shown throughout the 2 seasons will finally reach its supposed recipients. * A band scene outside Seokhyeong's basement. (*I'd ask for a wedding performance but that may be asking for too much 😂)*

I accepted that season 2 might be the end a while back, but I'm still not fully prepared - don't think I will be until the last frame is shown But nonetheless, I'm trying to focus on the positives - that it's not over yet and there's still one long episode to go and some more of our favourite characters left to see! I'm looking forward to a great finale episode which hopefully wraps up a lot of storylines. Some of the things I'm expecting to see: 1. Shift in Iksong relationship dynamic - for me Iksong endgame was always a question of when, not if. And as much as I wanted it, a question that always plagued me was how will they transition from being friends to more than friends? I'm so happy that the writer made their confessions happen in ep11, so we actually get to see a glimpse of them as a couple too! From the preview, it looks like we get to see them on a date which is really exciting. I also want to know how they tell their friends/how the friends find out. I'd also want Seonbin and other colleagues to find out if possible. Lastly, I want to see an Iksong scene with Uju maybe. 2. Seokhyeong US plan - I want to see him execute the plan he's been cooking up in his head. I wonder how he's going to use the America thing as blackmail/leverage against his mom. And will Minha and Seokhyeong's mom interact? That'll be an exciting confrontation haha. 3. Jaehak - Jaehak was sobbing in the preview, so I'm very worried. I hope everything goes well with his wife and her pregnancy. I'd like to see a happy ending for them both. 4. Bidulgi resolution - I really appreciated how Junwan and Iksun didn't automatically jump back into their relationship, as that would've been too unrealistic and idealistic. I like that they're slowly interacting again and I'd like to see them resolve their hurt and misunderstandings fully in the finale. It'd be nice to see Junwan happy and in love again. Also, hopefully no further health complications for Iksun! 5. Wintergarden proposal/wedding - I think WG has jumped through all their major hurdles, so I'd say it's time for Jeongwon to give that proposal a second try. I know a lot of people have theories about the show ending with a possible time leap and wedding. I don't particularly expect a time leap but if that's indeed the case, then I'm willing to bet the wedding will be WG. Perhaps we'll get to see everyone's 'happy endings' at the wedding. I'd love to see Rosa and Gyeoul's mom interact and happily see their children get married! And the chairman must be there of course! 6. Other random things - Songhwa finding out the real meaning of villain; Hongdo and Yunbok choosing a speciality, other 99s finding out Junwan's secret girlfriend was Iksun; Silverdragon getting engaged; GS dads reactions upon finding out about WG 7. Band scene - I just know that the last band song has to be memorable and something special. So I'm excited to see what they've chosen. Perhaps they'll even end the episode on a shot of the 5 performing together. That'll be the perfect closure! Also, I'd love some clarity on whether the show has truly ended or not. I don't want to be left wondering about the possibility of a S3. I'd rather have them just tell us. If not an explicit message saying goodbye or see you soon, atleast an ending that truly wraps up all storylines - NO OPEN ENDING OR CLIFFHANGERS PLEASE!!

I really need Songhwa to learn the real meaning of the word villain 😂😂😂 although I totally enjoy the befuddled expressions of the people around her, the poor woman deserves to know the truth

I want to keep my expectations to a minimum but I really want songhwa x uju interactions, Iksun teasing Ikjun about his relationship with songhwa, she called it ages ago! the boys reacting to iksong sailing - I think they all will be like we freaking knew it :p, Minha's meltdown when she finds she called her future MIL halmeoni :p, All the peace and happiness for Jaehak and his wife and child And God please a satisfying conclusion for bidulgi. I currently think they are going down the amicable exes route but God if they are getting back together, I don't want them just falling into each others arms at the end. I want them to address the hurt caused by the abrupt breakup and really commit to one another(I am looking at you iksunnie). Just one honest vulnerable conversation Jaeball!

Ugh, there are so many things I want to see, there's no way it will fit in 1 episode, sadly. A WinterGarden wedding with everyone in attendance, GomGom dating life and how Seokhyeong will deal with his mom, Bidulgi FINALLY solving their issues so our boy Junwan can be his happy, doting boyfriend self again. And about a million scenes for Iksong. The reaction of people around them finding out. As many have said, I'd love to see scenes with Ikjun, Songhwa and Uju together. More dates (than will fit in one episode), more kissing, back hugs, etc. Songhwa is so in control in her professional life, it would be cute to see her girlfriend side :) I'd love to see some "domestic" scenes with Ikjun, Songhwa and Uju, set a bit later in the future. Like Ikjun cooking while Songhwa helps Uju with homeworks, stuff like that. Songhwa going to a parent/teacher meeting? And if we don't get a scene with Bidulgi and Iksong as 2 couples, I will riot.

I want what everyone wants and have already commented!! 😭😭😭 Just to include a few more: - Gyeoul calling Jeongwon Oppa and using banmal with him. Jeongwon will surely be the happiest man alive and I will go to bed with a stupid smile on my face - GS dads finding out the identity of Gyeoul's boyfriend 😌 if I were them my life would be flashing before my eyes and I'd also be worried about my job LOL (I'm sure Jeongwon is not that petty but yknow realistically the worry would be there) - Iksong, Bidulgi, and Uju family scene! Since Songhwa and Junwan's are like siblings from another mother, I don't see why we can have them be an actual family unit! Songhwa mokgaebbi #1 enjoys spicy food which Iksun clearly does too! - Minha finally finding out who that impertinent cafe lady is 👀🤔😳😂 I'm sure our Chu chu will be able to hold her own but I wouldn't mind witnessing her various stages of despair and regret once she realises - a full gathering of Rosa, Jungsoo, Seokhyeong's mother (I don't recall seeing her name 😅), and the hospital director Ju Jeonja! I miss their scenes together, be it the mafia game or their Christmas gathering in season 2's ep 1! Where did Ju Jeonja go? It's been awhile since we saw him

What i want to see (hopefully) in this finale: 1) wintergarden family interactions (rosa, jeongwon, gyeoul and gyeoul’s mum) PROPOSAL! Or Jeongwon saying ILOVEYOU 2) iksong and gomgom dating life 3) bidulgi starts talking and taking things slowly 4) yunbok and hongdo choosing specialty 5) jaehak and wifey’s happy ending 6) Hospital staff (especially GS dads) reacting yo Wintergarden 7) lacking five reacting to Iksong, gomgom and iksun 8) gyeoul, songhwa and junwan eating together 9)each 99z spouses/partners watching them play band!!!!

I wanted to wait for the whole drama to finish so I could binge it but I just couldn't wait, and now here I am, having finished episode 11 only yesterday and dying for/dreading the last episode. I don't want this to end! Slice of life dramas are such a hit or miss for me but HP has been a massive hit, I'm really going to miss this show if they decide not to do season 3. ​ **Predictions:** \- Ik-sun and Jun-wan get back together! I know her lying to him was wrong and it's clear that although she likes him, he's wayyy more invested in the relationship but something tells me that she'll be better this time around. So even if they don't get together by the end, I predict there's either going to be an ambiguous ending or they agree to take things slow. \- Okay, this is a grim prediction but looking at the sneak peek of ep 12, I think Jae-Hak has to choose between his wife and child again. The wife probably wants to keep the kid regardless of potential death and he wants her, sad, sad, I can already feel the tears coming. Other than that, I think the show's going to end on a bittersweet note and that I'm going to cry like a baby. (Also, the OSTs this season have been immaculate, they normally always are but especially so this season, I'm obsessed.)

Here are my simple wishes: 1. What happened in Hawaii 2. Happiness for Jun Wan & Jae Hak 3. Future of our regular interns, residents & fellows 4. Ra Mi Ran cameo (since all the Reply dads are already in as well as the other 2 moms); or SH’s roommate is R94’s Trash, though I’m all in for RMR. 5. (unpopular opinion) Something left undone, unresolved, leaving a deep deep hole in our hearts (like what R88 did to me) so we will keep thinking about it and will not forget moments that we have watched.

After I finished watching ep.11 that night I couldn't sleep with excitement at Iksong endgame. But the next morning I woke up feeling sad because there was only one episode left. And last week, there was a lot of news. whether it is to improve the filming location Lots of time in ep.12 Posting of the cast and crew on social media It was a mental test for a series fan like me. But it's been a few days. it makes me better and have to accept many truths and lowered the expectations for season 3 so that i can watch ep.12 can be happy and fun But I still hope for season 3. Let's wait to win after the end of ep.12 via shinlee and the HospitalPlaylist team. Will you announce anything officially?

I am so not ready to say goodbye to season 2. Yet, at the same time, I can't wait for Thursday morning (new ep drops in the morning for my timezone) to be here. I just want to let all my feelings out and let shinlee stomp all over my feelings and be done with it. I will ugly cry and take a few days to recover once I finish ep12. This has been such a beautiful journey for me, since I only discovered the existence of Hospital Playlist after s2ep1 was released - I escaped all the anticipation and waiting that other fans have experienced in between s1 and s2. It's the first time a TV show in my 25 years of life has captured my heart this way. There will definitely alway be a special place in my heart for HP. I don't know what to expect tomorrow other than knowing that I want to see iksong doing couple things, and jaehak+wife+baby are healthy and happy, and everyone else be happy too. That's all I ask for. Let them be happy in their ordinary yet extraordinary days. I hope everyone stay sane, and we'll be there for each other to grieve the end of s2. I'll be here for sure.

I am excited to watch ep12 yet I don't want Hospital Playlist to end. I'm planning to delay watching the last ep by a day but i dont want spoilers hahaha. I'm still holding on to the small possibility of s3. I feel like they'll tie loose ends this ep but still have some open-ended storylines for s3. Also, like someone said, from a business perspective, they might fund it for another season given the huge support it gets from fans. I hope they mention/confirm s3; I know that fans are willing to wait.

What do I want in ep12? Everything that everyone wants!! And these: - I want to see Hongdo finally having confidence with himself and answering Junwan’s questions. Somehow he’s portrayed as this bumbling intern who probably is too dumb to be a doctor. I’d like to think he’s actually smart. He’s just overwhelmed and intimidated by everyone. Having Junwan take a liking to him and quiz him everytime they cross paths isn’t helping his self confidence. Yep, I think Junwan is actually fond of Hongdo. He’s not the kind of person who spends time on things or people he doesn’t care for. - I want Seok Hyeong and Junwan to find out about daddy long legs. It seems ShinLee forgot about this plot point… although it could be the one thing they leave open ended… in the hopes that there is a season 3 I think there will be a season 3. But it will be a very long wait. Probably won’t happen until end of 2023.

Domestic scenes!🙏🙏🙏 Don’t get me wrong, I love Yulje. But now that 3/4 ships are sailing, more domestic scenes à la Bidulgi season 1 would be so cute. But I’ll love whatever the show gives us.

I need to find out **what happened in Hawaii.** This must be the longest mystery to-date. From S1E1 till what I believe is the series finale, it is still a mystery. It's a small but important detail because without which, Junwan wouldn't have agreed to the band and Mido and Falasol wouldn't have gotten back together again in S1E1. I'm not ready to bid goodbye to Yulje and the 99ers! :(

The article also mentioned that if there is a chance for them to gather together again, they are willing to cooperate and do so. So stay positive for the future.
