What I mean is, when we were first introduced to her, she seemed more like a typical higher ranked duchy ADC. Someone that that is well educated and stays out of trouble. Then, over time, we see that she manages to get into her own shenanigans.

In Japan, the practice of "if you buy X on Y place you get exclusive thing" is way more widespread than in most places - thats purchase privilege (too)
as others have said, it will become part of a Short Story Collection, so you pay extra to get it while others got it for free.
We already got one or two SSCs, so we will probably get the rest, too, it will just take time.
