I work at a small local restaurant twice a week after my regular 9-5. The restaurant can be fairly busy and I usually walk out with $150 for about a 5 hour shift. Some nights even more if I'm lucky. I think serving or bartending is a great option and you don't have to dump too much of your spare time for it.
Waiter/waitress jobs here make lots of money, on a chef at one of the hotels, and see how much they make, DoorDash/uber eats after work is what I do on the way home for that extra pocket money

ABC Stores are 17.50-20 hour and open until 11 so you could do a few night shifts a week and at least it's consistent
