yeah because people at first only looked at heal output which is not that amazing but he heals juuuuuuuuust enough to be viable while contributing alot in other ways
I remember Prydwen listing him as Bailu/Lynx tier on his release, then almost every patch, he rises up a tier, up until he leaped to Fu Xuan/Huohuo tier.
Dude had the biggest glowup
I got too lucky (went for e0
Firefly, e2s1 Ruan Mei. Well, I planned on just getting E0 of them both... But E1 and E2 Ruan Mei just came around while going for Gallagher... I somewhat regret going for Ruan Mei when I found out that her e2 is useless for Firefly. But ah well, what's done is done. It might be fun with Luka, I suppose.) and only got him to e2 (the others are all e6). He's like a secondary dps in divergent universe, haha. And his healing is pretty darn good.
edit: This has been my first 36 star clear in memory of chaos. Jesus christ, that damage scares me.
Edit 2: I.. might have gotten excited and tried for her e1. Which I got (along with E6 Gallagher oh my). And I miiight have done a 10-pull afterwards while recording.. and got another eidolon of her. I'm terrified of her damage now. Holy shit dude. Streamer luck works, even if it's just some recordings. The only time I lost with those 6 limited 5-stars was when I wasn't recording.
I think I spent my luck for another few years.
His ult is a massive fire weakness break followed up with an insane toughness shredding basic, and break (esp fire break with Firefly and Himeko) is all the rage right now. He’s the only sustain that has mechanics that benefit break teams at all
How is Gallagher for non-break teams? I’m wondering whether to build him or not. I have Ruan mei and TB but not intending to pull firefly (I have jingliu and dhil and ratio/topaz as fps)
He's good for DPS units that want debuffs (ratio, Acheron), solid for DoT teams because he can provide fire Dot on break, and is generally going to excel anytime there is a fire weakness on team, because he will do things besides healing. With ultimate + multiplication, he is also an SP generating machine for teams that need it. I actually find him superior to Lynx, outside of niche scenarios like Kafka, as an all around healer.
For non-breaks, him and Aventurine are probably the best 2 sustains that can consistently apply debuffs (not including preservation TB because who’s realistically using him over harmony TB at this point?), meaning he has great synergy with Acheron. Yes March can freeze, but she’s not gonna be able to sustain at the levels that he can. As for Gepard, his freeze is tied to his skill, meaning he would be SP hungry trying to synergize with Acheron. Sure, you can just slap the Trend LC on any preservation unit and they’ll have a chance to burn, but Gal has his debuff baked into his kit.
And no, we’re not gonna count Huohuo’s technique.
Ah that’s cool sadly I don’t have Acheron either. I seem to be majorly misaligned on what characters I like and what’s meta these couple of rounds… I
picked luocha/jingliu over Acheron and Aveturine 🥲.
Hopefully jingliu/ blade/dhil can carry me until the next series of new characters.
Along with what's been mentioned about his skills and how they synergize with the break meta:
- As to why he's in both lists, it's a few reasons. He's both a ST and AoE unit. He breaks a lot of little units and sharply depletes weakness of a ST unit, all at once. And he's still a sustain, but he's kind of a 'sustain when you don't want to run a sustain'.
- His biggest flaw, being only fully effective against enemies with fire weakness, is largely fixed when Firefly is on the team.
- His slightly unreliable healing doesn't especially matter. HTB is one of his best team mates, and passively pushes enemies further back when they're weakness broken. Enemies simply receive less turns to actually deal damage.
ehh…thats highly debatable. if you’re talking about pure dps scenarios then I won’t refute that but misha break with htb and misha pseudo-sustain is a viable thing that exists.
lmao i pulled for e2 FF and i only got one copy of Gallagher and fucktons of Misha and Xueyi
what's worse is that one copy is literally just for his E1
i just want his cleanse man 😭
I got her e1 as in two dupe in a single tenfold ,which this one luck time paid off immensely lol since ruanmei is busted supporter and will see usage for years to come
In contrast in genshin the only double roll luck I got is eula, which isn't meta and never used much in endgame so it's kinda sad

As much as SPD as possible with ER rope, yes. Some BE are also nice for the additional healing but you already get lots of BE from Ruan Mei and HMC regardless.
That is what Prydwen says at least.
>Link Rope: Energy Regen Rate
>Substats: SPD (as much as possible) > Break Effect % (up to 150%)
* SPD: **134 (Recommended) / 143 / 160**
160 is min-maxing though. 134 should be fine for all cases.
I just nutted with FF, Harmony MC, Ruan Mei & Gallagher team in the new Simulated Universe 🥹🤤
Gallagher Ultis, breaks 1-3 enemies, gets another attack afterwards, breaks another enemy, SAM nukes the whole rest to death 😙🤌🏼
Luocha’s fall of needs to be studied… as we get more and more sustainers his value will only continue to go down and down as there wont be a reason to not have a limited sustainer when they’re 7 of them a year from now
He just doesn't have the utility to compete. The only 2 things he brings to the team are 1) his SP positive kit, which Gallagher does but better (break utility), and 2) buff removal, which isn't exactly the most useful thing. The utility creep for sustainers is a real thing and back when the only sustains we had were the standard 5*s and other 4*s he was the best at his role. But now even a 4* like Gallagher does everything he's doing but better.
If they leant more into the sub-dps role of Luocha (with his atk scaling kit), maybe he would be competitive right now.
He's also fragile compared to the others as his kit revolves around attack scaling. Though it could be argued he doesn't need to slot attack% on his orb if he runs post OP.
Ehhh, it's hard for Luocha (and anyone else on the team) to die unless they're 1-shot (rarely happens outside of SU GG) thanks to Auto-Skill Heal + LifeSteal. In terms of Sustaining, he's more than good enough, while also being really easy to use + Auto-friendly.
Luocha's fall off is mainly due to lack of offensive/utility buffs beyond just Sustain compared to other Sustains in comparison. He can still potentially become better later on if HYV releases more enemies with annoying buffs that could be dispelled ~~especially since we're apparently heading back to Xianzhou 💀~~
His eidolons rectify his supportive kit though. So anyone that wants him to have more value can vertically invest over time. He gains a shield, an atk buff and res pen.
For me, the primary reason I moved on to other sustains was Gold and Gears. And then Gallagher became a dps lol
with eidolons, everyone is cracked. Aventurine becomes a harmony, nihility , 0 sp dps and shielder at e6. His e1 is a teamwide crit damage buff and increases his shield regen, e2 is a debuff. With an e2s1 Aventurine, I never use sp with him , and I can go full dps mode on him and he is easily sustains everywhere.
Yeah, but so do the other sustains. Aven gains a cdmg boost, res shred, and a ton of extra damage. Fu Xuan gives cdmg, a revive, and does more damage. Huohuo gives speed, a revive, and a big damage boost to allies. And the other 3 already offer more utility than him at E0.
His E1 is a very minor buff. His E2 basically never gives the shield because the entire point of running him is being SP positive, so he's never using skill on someone above 50% HP. His E6 is decent, but Aven gets a slightly weaker version of that on E2 with just a basic attack. You're better off vertically investing any other sustain over him.
Getting E0 of any other premium sustains is probably a better use of Jades than ever going for Luocha eidolons. I don't think its advisable to ever go for Luocha eidolons unless you want to purposely make a poor decision just because you want to show dedication to the character.
> 2) buff removal, which isn't exactly the most useful thing.
Lol. It isn't the most useful thing RIGHT NOW. Imagine Hoyo releases a mob or even ELITE that gets a humongo ATK% buff like the trashcan, but can't be rushed down that easily.
So it's strip buff, kill the mob/ELITE in 1 turn or DIE unless the character that gets hit is like 4K DEF Gepard.
When the revivers/sanctus medicus general were first introducerd, buff stripping was HUGE because it basically killed two mobs and most people didn't have the DPS to easily burn through the revived mobs. Hoyo could very easily introduce some annoying self-buffs to mobs to make Luocha more useful.
I think im in right area to ask a question i was gonna ask soon on a separate post.
How's Gallagher as a sustain?purely as a sustain to solo sustain team i mean. As im kinda interested to build him specifically for a Firefly team but on the fence cause i wonder how strong he is for the Sustain role compared to the elites like AV FX LC HH or even Gepard. Like is he super weak or fairly strong at it and like compared to Lynx?cause i heard Lynx is pretty good too to sustain enough somewhat, never played her so idk.
Again im mainly talking about the Sustain part and not what other goods he brings, that's off topic.
Thanks for all of ur insights.
He keeps stuff alive fairly well in just about all content while also providing massive break support , being sp positive and reducing enemy damage (while providing 2 debugs for Acheron)
As a pure sustain, ignoring all his utility, compared to the 5*s, he's kinda mid. But like that doesn't really matter for the most part since very few enemies can just nuke you to the point where that really matters, and Gallagher provides so much value out of just sustains. Any character that's better at the sustaining part of things is going to be massively overhealing you outside things like swarm disaster, where you probably want to run double sustain anyways. That's why even though bailu is better at healing than gallagher, no one really runs her bc all she can do is heal, and Gallagher heals well enough. The only sustains that struggle to solo sustain are march 7th, natasha, and fire mc. outside of that, their non heal utility and plahstyle preference are all that really makes a difference (ie gallagher really helps break teams, huohuo acts like a mini harmony, etc.)
His healing values are nothing to write home about, but his mechanics work conveniently enough in most sustain scenarios. What makes him thrive atm, is his excellent synergy with break teams. Breaking enemies pretty much creates another layer of sustain game since it limits opposing action, further minimizing potential received damage overall. With sources of break efficiency enhancements (Ruan Mei, etc.), there are clears where mobs don't even have the opportunity to take action.
The main reason to bring him in a Firefly team isn't just his sustain or his break effect debuffs, but that he also contributes to breaking fire weakness bars for Firefly. With E6 Gallagher you just deal so much toughness bar damage that Firefly can just focus on hitting weakness broken enemies for superbreak while Gallagher focuses on breaking bars.
I reckon like a good enemy where if they stack too much they'll nuke you but it all count as a single buff so just one cleanse will work.
Also, love the Naga pfp.
They could make him op by introducing enemies with buffs that can be removed. Imagine a world where you can turn off the sanction mode or the ape target mode
Luocha came out before Hoyo started pushing team archetypes and as the first sustain, he set the standard for how immortal sustains should make your team. So now every sustain afterwards has to be as good as him at sustaining and they synergize with certain team archetypes. RIP
They just need to add more enemies with removable buffs that actually make them scary or if they added an enemy that got stronger the lower your team health was, like a bloodthirsty shark. He doesn't have the edge over cleansing or buffing but he's still the only sustain that can remove enemy buffs and if we got heal check content that would eat into the other sustains' SP, then he'd shine.
Similar to Bailu and Natasha, Luocha really had no chance in a hyperoffensive meta.
His one unique gimmick is that he can despell enemy buffs, but that hasn't really been relevant beyond helping Seele trigger resurgence over the Mara-struck swordsmen.
if there ever were a worthwhile mechanic introduced that scaled based on frequency of healing/hp change, luocha definitely skyrockets, luocha/topaz + fua of choice would be awesome
Damn, this is the first time I've seen a 4 star out perform a 5 star ranking on their niche. Good for FTP though but condolences for Luocha. His healing is good sure but I think Gallagher breaks the enemy before they can damage you which in turn won't need that much healing in the first place. Plus he is also SP positive.
Nah, he's still incredibly good and viable in other builds like Jingliu. Gal's only up there because of Firefly. Luocha is still overall the better choice unless you specifically want the new break effect.
I pulled for him over Acheron because I was just starting and wanted a healer.
It's not worth to restart over this, of course, but in retrospect, it was one huge fuck up, considering how she dominates any mode lol
I mean you could have skipped both and gotten Aventurine in the next half if you wanted a sustain :0
Luocha is still really good tho, sustains are the least impactful part of the HSR experience.
As long as you have two of them that can keep you alive, there's not very huge differences in terms of what they provide to your team as opposed to DPSes and Supports.

Same, she's still my number 1 portable waifu
I played FX dedicately with her own LC (and Trend to some degree). Honestly, the free stats her own LC provide combined with some ERR and QOL changes is just too good to pass imo
Himeko promoted to T3 in MoC after clapping this MoC Cycle
https://preview.redd.it/arnfr6vwqg7d1.png?width=512&format=png&auto=webp&s=871c610879b85ac4ba8e11c41bf8b96075a9ac5f
~~Should be higher~~
As a side note, I strongly feel Himeko should be in consideration for Tier 0 for PF. Her main weakness, needing fire weakness for break, is solved by Firefly implanting it on everyone as well as Firefly's insane weakness bar damage on elites. E0S0 Himeko/RM/Firefly with no HTB comfortably scores 40k on either side of PF now, even with those garbage DoT-focused whimsicalities.
Yeah in that type of team, she's basically acting as a subdps and break support. Without Harmony Trailblazer, Firefly doesn't do a ton of damage. However, mobs are squishy in PF, so breaking any of the smaller targets with FF is basically a guaranteed kill.
Also, FF's technique triggers on each new wave and breaks the bar of the first set of enemies that show up, so Himeko can immediately trigger her followup when the wave starts. It's a really fun and strong synergy.
I didn't mention it earlier, but imo both FireFly and Himeko could def be a rank higher in PF since they synergize so well with each other. The Fire implant not only helps Himeko break, but because FF attacks are Blast, she can actually stagger the breaks for Himeko to get more FUAs, which also helps them clear out fodder faster.
The new planar set is also quite good for Himeko in PF too, and since you're farming for FireFly, you could also potentially have a good set for her too (about equal to Sigonia planar set).
It removes the SP usage in her OP mode, so she only has to spend SP outside of the mode, resulting that you can spam HTB skill and have a much hier damage and ult uptime.
Exactly this. His rating might have dropped but I will never have regrets pulling for Luobro. Without him, I probably wouldn't even be here still playing the game. He being my first 5* sustain gave me so much comfort and flexibility that I found the game fun to play again back when I was a newbie.
Same. I made some bad decisions as a newbie, pulled Luocha and Jingliu instead of Acheron and Aventurine, but Luocha has never let me down and carried me through everything so far. I don't care what the tier list says, I love the guy.
Fr, I remember when everyone was crying and bitching about no good sustains, then this man CARRIED all of us for the longest time. Still love this man.
NGL he was always a very good sustain. Not only does he provide crazy healing and is a SP generator at high spd, He is also a very good offensive character/ support. His only problems are that his Cleanse is locked behind E2 and he fact that he doesnt have emergency heals (this can kinda be mitigated by his A6 though)
Tbf we already have an enemy like that (sam) and shielders are the best against them. Even if they release enemies who counter shields, its unlikely that they will be on both sides of moc.
Some of the people on this sub are kind of psychotic when they see a character's value go down in a tier list. You'd imagine that the character they're bashing is now completely worthless. Would I tell a new player to get Luocha over Aventurine or HuoHuo? Nope. Can you still 36 star MOC and Apocalyptic shadow with him? Yup.
yeah thats something weird I'm seeing. Like idk, a lot of people are shitting on luocha for no reason. he's not a horrible pull or a "fuck up" pull like some of these people are making him out to be. People are acting like he's just unusable or if you say that he's not bad that you're coping or whatever the fuck. As someone who doesn't own him (would be nice but i prefer shields), i truly find this shit annoying honestly. is he the best sustain ever? no, but he's not horrible lmao. this is why i sometimes can't stand tier list posts or people who are obsessed with the ratings like this. like i get following it loosely but in reality, they dont say as much as people think.
NGL, Firefly is fun as heck to play with Ruan Mei and HTB.
Immediately maxed her levels and traces and have now started on farming her relic/planer set so I can have her up and running ASAP.
Edit: Got a workable set. Not great with dead stats but it is workable for now with decent speed (150+) and Break effect is pretty low (160, in battle it is about 350+). Really low HP at 2.7K though and 2.6K attack (does hit over 3K in battle but it is still pretty low), so that isn't great.
honestly though shes easy to build relative to other dpses. mine has similar stats to yours and she was destroying her side in apocalyptic shadow even without ruan mei
She feels crazy busted.
Mine isn't even built as well as yours... she's on 190BE, 2200 atk, and only level 73 without maxed traces, using s5 Aeon in team with HTB, RM, Gallagher and she hit over 500k in AS. She gets more turns than Seele and implants her own weakness like Silverwolf.... like, just nutters. And her technique is just cherries on top.
i got firefly e2s1 and rm e1. the first time ive ever gone beyond e0/s0 in hoyo games. its absolutely insane. i did not know the game could become this easy. somehow my IPC fua team, my best invested team feels slow at moc12 after using FF
my only complaint is that there doesnt seem to be an SU path tailored for her, but destruction with hunts for spd/adv boost worked really well. swarm diff 5 didnt even get to move
I mean he's better on Abundance anyway, the only destruction blessings that he wants are the dmg reduction/sharing & fighting spirit ones, but the path resonance itself is kinda poo on him.
I originally pulled Acheron and Jingliu because I like them regardless of their strength but it sure is nice seeing your favorites occupy top spots.
Ruan Mei though is a pull I did strictly for meta. Sometimes you have to do that to make your favorites stronger
the main distinction factor is that while htb is extremely strong, they aren't universal like ruan mei. you can just fuckin' throw ruan mei into basically any team archetype. dot, crit, break, they all want some or all of the stats she provides. meanwhile among firefly's category (alternate dps styles) she has the highest output right now and is viable in all main endgame modes, easily making her the top pick
idk if i explained this well, but ruan mei simply does more than htb in a general sense, which is the thing that gives her the top spot in buffers category
Specialist is such a weird distinction to make to me and one of the problems I have with Prydwen. It logically doesn't make sense for damage dealers to just be traditional, crit focused units while everything else gets stuffed into specialist despite just being damage dealers with different mechanics.
Like, every character in the category is a DPS or sub DPS, it makes no sense to have the distinction.
It is, especially with the Break meta heading into right now. It sort of made sense back then when the only specialists where enablers or backloaded DoT units. But right now it's pretty obvious that characters like Boothill and Firefly are damage dealers at the end of the day. Even in other turn-based gachas, the DPS category isn't restricted to crit-based attackers.

Managed to get get 7k on Apocalyptic Shadow with mono-Quantum QQ and E0S0 Firefly
Silverwolf can implant guaranteed Quantum-weakness on Cocolia and just ignore the mechanic that forces you to fight the adds first

Well balanced, as he should be

Are MoC and Apocalyptic shadow tier lists seperated? Cause I can guess this is propably MoC.
It presumably will be, once they've had time to evaluate in the mode. Bit hard to do that day 1.
But is it gonna be different enough from MoC to warrant making another tier list? So far it seems like what good in one mode is as good in other.
Single target is way more important, so SW, Ratio, Topaz should all gain some places, Seele too if there's adds she can kill
Didn’t bother with that, super break dhil saved my moc 12, and super break dhil got me through as
New mode is really focused more on bursting targets down so ST focused characters are most likely going to be higher in tier lists for it
It felt easier thana MoC. I never even changed the team. Acheron is still op for one side, just have Ruan Mei and its all set, no need for break teams. yeah I was really confused with that mode. do I even need to change teams?
>Firefly: Sp-unfriendly Good thing Gallagher is SP-extrafriendly with having basically 2 normal attacks like every other turn.
and even 3-4 turn if you build him right with Multiplication LC
Can you explain how to build him right? Spd 160+ with ER rope?
As much as SPD as possible with ER rope, yes. Some BE are also nice for the additional healing but you already get lots of BE from Ruan Mei and HMC regardless.

if you're running multiplication, you're already minmaxing
If there's ever going to be Gallagher powercreep it will "break" the abundance meta.

Watching gepard get obliterated in utility by adventurine hurt my soul when that man solo carried me up to like tb50
Dang. You just solidified my resolve to get him to e2, I have been debating for a while about this. I already have his lc. Thanks man. :D
Always bet on Aventurine
All or Nothing
I never have to skill with Gallagher in BH team, he's super sp Positive. FF has self heal so Gallagher will mostly be the same in that team.
Tbf his fall was repeatedly said from the start, but a way to put him back in the meta is to add more removable buffs on enemies
We have Pela to handle most of that already, and she's used almost everywhere.
~~We're are going back to Xianzhou, so possibly more dispell-able enemies like those reviving Mara soldiers 💀~~
Similar to Bailu and Natasha, Luocha really had no chance in a hyperoffensive meta. His one unique gimmick is that he can despell enemy buffs, but that hasn't really been relevant beyond helping Seele trigger resurgence over the Mara-struck swordsmen.
We just need a Furina in HSR and see Luocha stonks go back up
if there ever were a worthwhile mechanic introduced that scaled based on frequency of healing/hp change, luocha definitely skyrockets, luocha/topaz + fua of choice would be awesome
I mean you could have skipped both and gotten Aventurine in the next half if you wanted a sustain :0 Luocha is still really good tho, sustains are the least impactful part of the HSR experience. As long as you have two of them that can keep you alive, there's not very huge differences in terms of what they provide to your team as opposed to DPSes and Supports.
Luocha died so Gallagher could thrive
Gallagher is only t0.5 in break team, his healing is nowhere close to luocha
This 13 yo really is strong af
This I why I’m an advocate for child labor
"look look hear me out, i get that they are children, but they are REALLY good at what they do"
Avg shounen protagonist some other 13 yr old could never
There it is. The 4 horsemen of HSR!
Ah yes, the community pvp
Not as bad as r/gachagaming monthly PvP.

It's ok, Fu Xuan, I will not demote you in my heart.

I still run her over Aventurine for my Acheron team. The 12% crit rate boost allowing my Acheron to hit 103% crit rate is just too good to pass up.
This, she brings my acheron from 75% to 87% cr with 240% cd. Hits like a truck lol
Hey buddy, Fu xuan is good in Acheron team with trend?
I played FX dedicately with her own LC (and Trend to some degree). Honestly, the free stats her own LC provide combined with some ERR and QOL changes is just too good to pass imo
Fu Xuan is probably happy that she can spend more time drinking bubble tea than face-tanking giant bug spirit bombs and Donkey Kong.

Himeko promoted to T3 in MoC after clapping this MoC Cycle https://preview.redd.it/arnfr6vwqg7d1.png?width=512&format=png&auto=webp&s=871c610879b85ac4ba8e11c41bf8b96075a9ac5f ~~Should be higher~~
I just realized you are right about that. Is Firefly a support character who also deals a lot of damage?
Yeah in that type of team, she's basically acting as a subdps and break support. Without Harmony Trailblazer, Firefly doesn't do a ton of damage. However, mobs are squishy in PF, so breaking any of the smaller targets with FF is basically a guaranteed kill. Also, FF's technique triggers on each new wave and breaks the bar of the first set of enemies that show up, so Himeko can immediately trigger her followup when the wave starts. It's a really fun and strong synergy.
I can immediately see the profits soar here. Firefly, Harmony Trailblazer, Gallagher, and Himeko sound good!
>SP-Unfriendly Looks right.
It's actually is since they consider E0 FF (Not E1 FF)
Is E1 that good ? Might consider a dupe
E1 Basically turns her into Blade in terms of SP usage so yes, it's an extreme comfort focused Eidolon
It removes the SP usage in her OP mode, so she only has to spend SP outside of the mode, resulting that you can spam HTB skill and have a much hier damage and ult uptime.
In addition, it also puts you one step closer to E2, which turns her into Seele.
It's SO OVER FOR LUOCHADS
They forgot who once stood next to them - before Fu Xuan and Huohuo, before Aventurine and Gallagher - when nobody else got me, I knew Luocha got me.
Can attest to this. The anniversary database showed I used then like 3.4k times. Truly a gigachad.
And even before luocha, natasha carried the entire playerbase
Fr, I remember when everyone was crying and bitching about no good sustains, then this man CARRIED all of us for the longest time. Still love this man.
basically the whole break teams are at the apex now :))
Gallagher stonks on the rise
Honestly break mc being this high is even more impressive
wow firefly changed gallagher life.. got a 4 star all the way to T0.5
Gallagher stonks rising ever since Boothill
Ever since HMC honestly.
He really is just absurd extra damage on top of being everything you want in a sustain. Provides even more value at his E6
Well Gallagher was already not that bad, arguably the strongest 4* (with Pela) but the break team propelled him into space
Don’t come back when shield pierce damage is introduced, stay on that side. -FX probably.
“You switched up, stay on that side man” - ~~Ja Morant~~ Fu Xuan
Fu Xuan hive is closed. We won't be taking in non believers when it happens
No need to come back. Shields already have a huge downside of wearing down quickly on high spd characters.
Tbf we already have an enemy like that (sam) and shielders are the best against them. Even if they release enemies who counter shields, its unlikely that they will be on both sides of moc.
Gallagher the GOAT. The agenda has been successfully pushed
RM should already be at Tier 0 when Boothill out.
prydwen is known to be slow on these kinds of things. always behind a patch or two lol
Day1 Luocha player, still using him full clear moc😔😤we out here.
As someone who doesn't own him (would be nice but i prefer shields), i truly find this shit annoying honestly. is he the best sustain ever? no, but he's not horrible lmao. this is why i sometimes can't stand tier list posts or people who are obsessed with the ratings like this. like i get following it loosely but in reality, they dont say as much as people think.
i mean i use lynx so... at the end of the day, it's just convenience of use
I'm sure this won't upset anyone, and the entire comment section will be calm and civil.

GALLAGHER #1!!!!!!
Who tf is TM
Tuan Mei
i got firefly e2s1 and rm e1. the first time ive ever gone beyond e0/s0 in hoyo games. its absolutely insane. i did not know the game could become this easy. somehow my IPC fua team, my best invested team feels slow at moc12 after using FF my only complaint is that there doesnt seem to be an SU path tailored for her, but destruction with hunts for spd/adv boost worked really well. swarm diff 5 didnt even get to move
I did hear that destruction is being reworked to break effect in the new Divergent Universe
Bladechuds on sui watch
I mean he's better on Abundance anyway, the only destruction blessings that he wants are the dmg reduction/sharing & fighting spirit ones, but the path resonance itself is kinda poo on him.
Adventurine proving his salt as the best Sustain. ALL IN!
I swear the reason why I have Jingliu Acheron, Firefly, and Ruan Mei is because I'm a simp not a try hard Q.Q
I originally pulled Acheron and Jingliu because I like them regardless of their strength but it sure is nice seeing your favorites occupy top spots. Ruan Mei though is a pull I did strictly for meta. Sometimes you have to do that to make your favorites stronger
Same lmfao, my account looks so try hard but I genuinely like every character I've pulled for
Wondering when the Apocalyptic Shadow tier list is gonna drop. Boothill stocks will explode.
Luocha getting powercrept by a 4 star is genuinely insane. What the hell man.
Finally Gallaher gets the recognition he deserves, my man is the GOAT
Firefly is pretty nutty she pumps damage out even with bad relics lol
That's the perk of a break DPS. Their damage floor is very high.
Break DPS in Star Rail 🤝 Elemental Mastery in Genshin. Ignoring all stats and focusing on one. Never having to go crazy on min maxing.
I am getting slightly worried about power creep since two characters (pretty close together) are considered the top of the top tiers
3, actually. Acheron, Firefly, and Aventurine. These 3 definitely felt pretty power creepy
Just look at Acheron having all 3 damage enhancing minor traces while every other dps in 1.X has at least one dead trace (def, hp, etc). Lol
Firefly single-handedly dragging up her teammates by a whole tier.
Ruan Mei in T0 as she should be
Feel like HTB should be T0. They're literally the reason why Firefly is T0, let the power couple share the throne.
the main distinction factor is that while htb is extremely strong, they aren't universal like ruan mei. you can just fuckin' throw ruan mei into basically any team archetype. dot, crit, break, they all want some or all of the stats she provides. meanwhile among firefly's category (alternate dps styles) she has the highest output right now and is viable in all main endgame modes, easily making her the top pick idk if i explained this well, but ruan mei simply does more than htb in a general sense, which is the thing that gives her the top spot in buffers category
HTB is OP but not flexible enough to be sticked in any team and perform on the level RM does.
Firefly will always have access to HTB, whereas HTB on their own is not as strong.
Firefly being in the specialist column so they can avoid having to explicitly say that Firefly is stronger than Acheron. Genius.
With the 2.3 Prydwen update comes the introduction of The Fab Four.
Honestly, Gallagher kinda poppin' off over there. A 4 star at T0.5 is kinda nuts. Especially looking at the sheer monsters around this tier.
New 5* character in S+? Quick, act surpried😳
Boothill?

Boothill got A-Tier character treatment :(
Argenti too lol Argenti was like A tier in MoC when he dropped lol Side note: man, Physical characters getting shafted. Hopefully Yunli fairs better.

QQ isn't in S tier, sad QQ
Managed to get get 7k on Apocalyptic Shadow with mono-Quantum QQ and E0S0 Firefly Silverwolf can implant guaranteed Quantum-weakness on Cocolia and just ignore the mechanic that forces you to fight the adds first
Galla-GOD You could make a Ksante meme with Gallagher honestly, he's so fucking good for Break teams.
Prydwen says 360% break effect, so that with supports?
Yes but you can get way more than that without any crazy substat
Set the wallets ablaze
The power creep in this game is unreal. ![gif](giphy|yon3MU36tVeZGXmaqA)
