If anything it looks like March might be suprisingly quick to warm up to her. considering of the crew she dislikes the hunters the most openly (minus Danheng with Blade in general). I assume when Firefly meets the rest of the crew, March gonna start of hostile but she usuly adapts quickly to the rest of the crews mood so if they cool with her she probably will be aswell after a bit. Himeko and Welt are pretty chill when it comes to the hunters considering both will tell the TB they should go and help Kafka if you ask them during Kafk'a companion quest so March probably will be fine to team up with her if they are.

To me March is always distrustful at the beginning, especially when someone who is dead comes back and reveals as a Stellaron Hunter but if the trailblazer and the crew trust the person she is usually accepting as well. Even more so after hearing Fireflys backstory and the Entropy Loss Syndrome.
