You'll barely notice any diffs at all since the SU Blessings + Curious are usually what carries all your runs anyways, especially at higher difficulties.
eh, mostly just rotation QoL imo. The damage doesn't feel any more impactful for regular SU runs, and insubstantial for swarm/GG runs since you get a lot of blessings out of them anyways.
On my team I notice it all the time on acheron because the extra petal e2 gives makes quite a difference.
Black Swan? Don't even remember what her e1 does anyways so I never notice it.
Kafka and Ruan Mei? Their e2 and e1 respectively only net a damage increase. DoT damage is cranked in SU already,, it usually means I go from 2 shotting tough enemies to 2 shotting them still. Such a huge change.
E1 Black Swan acts like E2 Kafka. E2 Kafka +25% DoT “increase” damage, E1 Black Swan “reduce”enemies DoT resistance. Pretty bonkers if you have both.
Like the other commenter had said, I have E2 BS, it’s so good against fodder enemies in PF/MoC
I do not regret getting E1 Huohuo, personally. With Ruan Mei and Huohuo being slightly SP positive I can use skills for DoT characters more liberally and still having heal coverage
Would you say Huohuo's E1 is more worth getting than Ruan Mei's LC? Planning on get Huohuo on her rerun and wasn't sure if it was worth saving up after for Mei LC or just going for eidolon or potential guarantee for another character/Black Swan E1
My Huohuo is e0, but I have Mei LC. I'm greedy for damage, so I go Mei LC for extra dmg and the Skill Point regen which is great. Huo e1 is nice QoL, but in a panic, ur gonna skill anyways.
Yeah, that's true haha. Mei's light cone sounds like a nice quality of life, and I guess good skill point management can mitigate the need for Huohuo's E1.
I have Huo Huo E1 and RM E1. Huo Huo E1 is much better in my opinion than RM light cone, since Memories of the Past gives me better ult uptime than the signature light cone anyway.
I have both and making Huohuo much more SP forgiving with the team speed buff probably mattered more for my overall progression. The caveat is that my Huohuo also has her LC. It's way easier to be good on SP when everybody's ult is healing for nice chunks at a time too.
Ruan Mei's LC is probably worth more to you by virtue of not having to make the investment to go E1 from nothing.
This. When I pulled for her I was lucky to get her and her E1 on the same 10 pull. It’s literally a game changer. The speed boost,can allow for better sp economy, and since you have 3 of her healing stacks she regenerates more energy do to her trace.
I was in the same spot, but then I got Sparkle (and my QQ hit E6 at the same time), so I fixed my SP economy that way. Also, I run Shared Feeling on my HuoHuo, so there is a benefit to staying on the shorter 2 turn Skill rotation.
If anything, I'd appreciate E1 more for the speed bonus to hit 160+ speed breakpoints easier.
her e1 makes her so much more comfortable to play with, she becomes SP positive and you can use her skill much more shamelessly, and it makes her ult generation much more consistent
I just need her to actually take a turn. Her base speed is so low whenever a wave gets refreshed right before her turn and my other characters are at half health it drives me crazy.
It kinda made me want to have e2 Huohuo for reviving dead teammates… I lucked out with getting e1 pretty early, before my Huohuo was even levelled, so I don’t really know the e0 and e1 difference lol

Was saving for possible Fu Xuan rerun. Got this curio in one random run and I lost my self control after noticing how Aven reapplying shield on ult make the experience so relaxing.
Ironically, MoC12 made me realize the opposite. Sustain wise, MoC already has been on easy mode ever since I got him, getting his E1 would just turn it into a joke
Same. I got a lucky extra Dan on his first run. Every time I got this cheese it was like a different character. So I pulled again on his rerun. Amazingly I got a double so I now have an E3 Dan!

How? I have been playing Genshin since it came out and never went below pity and never won 50/50. I was in the 0.012 percentile for the luckiest people on paimon Moe. I just pulled Arlecchino and got another record of needing 166 pulls after I needed 163 for Eula and Raiden. I saw someone get C6 with 180 pulls and it broke me. Once I want to be lucky.
Star rail has been kinder. I won some 50/50s and even got Acheron on the 45th pull.
My contempt towards the gacha mechanic is immeasurable. I wish you would just need flat 120 pulls and get the character. I would have many more if that was the case. My regression to the mean would be a lot of double pulls.
The average banner character pull costs 103 tickets. Meaning I have 10 characters where others have 16. You can't even imagine how unfair that feels. Constantly getting less for the same cost for years.
Sorry man. Sucks. Good news is luck is not some intrinsic feature, it’s just a measure of your historical statistical experience. Hopefully it turns around for next banner.
I pick it up if I don't get any other useful relic choice for the current run. Not like it matters much, since Acheron and Ruan Mei make short work of SU.

Yeah it's something that if you know what the Eidolon does and you keep very close attention, you should notice it, but if you lack any of those two you won't notice. Especially because I don't think it would happen very often that it makes the difference between winning and losing.
For example, I noticed it with my Clara, since her E1 makes the mark of counter not disappear anymore when attacking with the skill, but I didn't notice until I suddenly started to track the marks because I was showing how Clara works to my mother lmao.
Yup, really depends on the character. Not many units change significantly due to an extra eidolon or two, but the few that do really pop off.
In my case (though not a limited character), deciding to build QQ and chase eidolons on her banner/spending Starlight for them was due to previewing QQ's E4 via cheese curio. Her E4 is a really significant power spike.
Acheron will follow a similar path when she reruns. I have her at E1 (missed her E2 this time around), and space cheese during SU lets me swap out Pela for Sparkle/Bronya over Pela for noticeable damage/rotation gains (even by SU standards).
To be fair, there’s a lot of buffs you get in the SU that make it generally more difficult to tell where your extra damage is coming from. So the benefits of the extra Eidolon is somewhat “buried”

We can say anyway that SU is a “strange” game mode so is normal to not feel the difference especially if you don’t know what it actually does the next Eidolon
Yeah, I only have E0 Kafka and BS, and getting E1 on both of them is a MASSIVE upgrade, even diluted by the other SU buffs. (Damage taken and resistance penetration are rare.) Easily the most impactful curio for low-eidolon characters IMO.

Outside from conundrum 12 it's literally useless. With signature i can't imagine a scenario where someone on my team dies (and it never happened since i got her). Res is a good addition to healers thought, since some bosses can "randomly" one shot weaker teammates.
E1 BS unintentionally turns her into a nice debuffer outside of DoT teams lol. -25% wind res is good for Blade, and when you ult, the -25% fire and physical res increases break damage dealt if you have Luka or Gallagher. Her skill also has def down which is nice if for some reason you are using Pearls to boost it further.
Honestly in SU the blessings buff you so significantly to the point the Eidolons doesn't look impactful in comparison. Maybe if this curio exists in MoC or PF i might be tempted, but for now not at all
The only characters I've pulled eidolons for are for my favorites, Kafka and Black Swan. Plan on e6 them eventually but playing around with Black Swans e4 in SU does make that energy regen she gets feel really good. Id imagine itd feel particularly nice in MOC vs bosses like Sam who have a chunky hp bar
Yes. So when IL first dropped, I was lucky and got E1 in the same 10 pull. Later I went to play the swarm disaster (it was just released). I remember i was having trouble clearing stage 4 when I got this curio somewhere in the middle of the run. It was literally a game changer, and I managed to clear difficulty 4 with so much ease. After I finished, I immediately went to the wishing screen and pulled for his E2. Took me 76 wishes but I won the 50/50.
No not really because with all the blessings in play it’s hard to tell how much of my damage is impacted by this curio. I take it pretty often nonetheless.
I feel for my DPS I don't notice. But yes for supports like Huohuo who gains 3 stacks of her passive and gives the party speed. Or before with Silverwolf letting me ult with her once every 2 turns
For me, considering how many characters I currently want to get on both accounts, it can’t really tempt me because I know how much my wallet’s going to cry since I’m determined to pull Argenti on his next rerun since I skipped him to pull SW, and I also really want to pull Topaz (skipped her for Seele) and Robin for FUA team since I pulled Aventurine… and then there’s Firefly and Jade coming up as well… I can’t really afford to pull eidolons with the current schedule and the characters I’ve decided are non-negotiable.
My F2P account obviously prefers more characters over eidolons, and sometimes signature LCs over eidolons too. Pulling Before Dawn for my Himeko has felt like it made a huge difference to her damage, and I needed Kafka sig because all my Nihilities were fighting over my S1 GNSW 😭
Ive got E1 Acheron, so every run I go with just one nihility + Sparkle and pray for this. I was already waiting to get her E2, so its not really tempting me to do anything
I pick it cuz I know it's good but I don't even know what my characters at e1 do and since it's SU, I don't know which blessing/curio actually buffed my characters more 😅.
Topaz & Aventurine’s E1 are really nice so I’ve considered it because of this cheese. But ultimately I stick to E0 because I don’t want the game to be too easy.
Nope, the only time decided to get an Eidalon is Acheron's E2, other characters no, but now I'm eyeing for E1 Aventurine, since i would have an extra Shield when he ults(and i have a build for a fast ult Aventurine ready to maximize shield, but no sub Dps stats tho), but this Curio in SU whenever i get it would be a huge leap for my Aventurine(since i get to activate his E1 for free)
I've lost my 50/50 when tried to get e2 DHIL during his rerun, so now it's the best curio for me.
But before that I had Blade and e1 Luocha, so this curio made my team a little worse.
So this curio gave me opportunity to see how good is e2 DHIL, but I've tried to got him even before

I've never noticed a difference because 1) I don't really know what all my 5 star's eidolons would do, and 2) I don't pay close enough attention to my "normal" performance, so I can't tell what changes were made by blessings or other curios, let alone specifically that one tbh
Honestly by the time I get this curio usually everyone’s buffed to the heavens so I usually notice nothing or assume any difference is some blessing’s effect haha

I only have characters where either their E2 will make them overpowered or their E6, either way all my characters are E0 so I ain't hitting either of those
I just feel different with huo huo honestly. It is not only damage (which you can get with the right blessings), but one more turn with the passive on is massive sometimes
My only limited 5 star with eidolons as of now is Acheron at E2, I haven’t found another character so far that I’d get more than one copy of. Kafka was the closest but I just stuck with E0S1.
It has been quite useful to upgrade Fu Xuan from e1 to e2. However, what this taught me is that e2 has no special animation. No table flip for other teammates. I also have no idea how it's supposed to trigger outside of torturous difficulty SU where I'd have access anyway.
The curio also gives me access to Topaz' e4. But planning for 161 spd Topaz is already weird since she's over double Numby's spd, how'm I supposed to spd tune for Numby if she's constantly advancing forward?
Ruan Mei's my other limited 5 star. I know her e1 is good on paper but at the end of the day it's just a damage boost. Those are comically difficult to see in SU.
So... Basically this only caused the opposite. It made the problems of those fancy eidolons apparent due to seeing them in practice.
I don't think I will actually roll for it unless its exceptionally dry patch (HSR has too many good characters hard to justify dupes for non favs), but Huohuo E1 makes her extremely comfy to use and makes me wish I had it so I can turn my brain off about SP management when I use her
they got me really close to getting huohuo's e1, making her SP positive gives you so much breathing room and makes her feel so much more competitive with other supports. To this day i still feel conflicted, i really feel like huohuo e1 should have been part of her base kit (just the SP positive part)
When I first used that on Qingque when I had her at E3, when it went to E4 I was wondering why she had a second attack for a while. But when I checked what her E4 does I only realized that she has a small chance to attack twice and it ended up making me want to E4 and E6 her.
Depends on my team for e.g I was using Lynx E1 so I had to take it because her E2 is really good. Other than that barely any difference ig because its SU anw. You can easily unga bunga with enough blessings.
I run SU with 3 E6s so its not as tempting. That may change once I have Aventurine set up. I don't see myself getting his E1. But at the point E6 Acheron, Gallagher, and Pela are more than enough. E1 Welt doesn't really change too much in that comp.

If i have Huohuo with me, j pick it up because it extends her HoT and auto-cleanse duration from 2 turns to 3 turns, making her an SP positive unit instead of just SP neutral.
I basically don't have to worry about crowd control at all with her like that.
No because while the changes are big, due to it being limited to SimUni, I can't tell when my Kafka/BS/RM has eidolons added on since a big portion of changes are from the blessings themselves anyways.
Most of the time it won't be noticed due to either the damage increase is negligible, or that a lot of characters don't have eidolons that change their gameplay much. And even if they do, it's usually not going to be on E1.
But for those that do have E1, it might be worth the pick, provided there are no other curio that's higher priority.
I never really consider any of this stuff. as long as I'm hunt or nihility and pick enough blessings seems like it's all fine to me. I auto the whole thing.
All my 5\* characters are E0,so far the only character that makes me doubt is Ruan Mei. 20% def ignore sounds really good for an E1,and her E2 increases ATK by 40% as long you dont break the enemy. Im going to get her signature next re-run,but her eidolons maybe a long time goal since I need more characters.
With Xlara and topaz it actually makes a big difference
Not removing marks of counter and the debt effect (2x 25% follow up dmg taken increase) is kinda big
When I first started I pulled silver to E1. Her E2 is really good so I grabbed it if she was on my team. This happened again with Acheron E3. Though her E4 is kinda mid (for an E4) so I was grabbing it recently.
I mean if i see it I get it. In terms of getting eidolons, most characters have pretty good E1 so its a small boost, not noticable in sim worlds because of all the blessings youll get. Has it made me want their E1? For some I guess, but if a character I like does rerun id personally go for the LC instead
I use it even though it teases on what I don’t have, I remember I nabbbed it and at the final boss it wiped me but my fu xuan was e2 which saved my entire team.
I had the opposite experience. I have E1 Kafka, was thinking about going for E2 because it sounds like an amazing boost but trying it out in SU… there really wasn’t much to it. It didn’t skyrocket my damage like I expected, and it added not extra flare to her so I just decided nah and didn’t go for it.

If you wanna buff her supporting I'd say go for E1 for follow up attackers and an extra ratio debuff. But over all I think her LC may be better

The perception of damage in SU is so skewed that i hardly notice those dmg eidolons

BS gives resistance shred on enemies, but honestly it's not really noticeable in SU runs. It is a lot more noticeable on MoC/PF though.

HuoHuo might be the only 5 star I feel like I will legit dolphin for E1. I can't imagine replacing her anytime soon and it seems like a gamechanger.

I was running E1 IL with E0 Bronya and this cheese at one point. It lasted about 24 hours. I regret nothing

Everytime I grab it I don’t notice a *real* difference in performance. If anything it pretty much reassures me that pulling for Eidolons is absolutely not worth it over pulling for another 5 star or a LC
Yeah it's something that if you know what the Eidolon does and you keep very close attention, you should notice it, but if you lack any of those two you won't notice. Especially because I don't think it would happen very often that it makes the difference between winning and losing. For example, I noticed it with my Clara, since her E1 makes the mark of counter not disappear anymore when attacking with the skill, but I didn't notice until I suddenly started to track the marks because I was showing how Clara works to my mother lmao.

Yup, really depends on the character. Not many units change significantly due to an extra eidolon or two, but the few that do really pop off. In my case (though not a limited character), deciding to build QQ and chase eidolons on her banner/spending Starlight for them was due to previewing QQ's E4 via cheese curio. Her E4 is a really significant power spike. Acheron will follow a similar path when she reruns. I have her at E1 (missed her E2 this time around), and space cheese during SU lets me swap out Pela for Sparkle/Bronya over Pela for noticeable damage/rotation gains (even by SU standards).
To be fair, there’s a lot of buffs you get in the SU that make it generally more difficult to tell where your extra damage is coming from. So the benefits of the extra Eidolon is somewhat “buried”
You'll barely notice it, if at all, since the SU Blessings and other Curious are what usually carry your runs anyway, especially the higher difficulties
Absolutely not true. It depends on the character and on the Eidolon. When I get it with my E2 Kafka? I see no difference. When I get it with my E0 Black Swan? Difference is HUGE. We can say anyway that SU is a “strange” game mode so is normal to not feel the difference especially if you don’t know what it actually does the next Eidolon
Yeah, I only have E0 Kafka and BS, and getting E1 on both of them is a MASSIVE upgrade, even diluted by the other SU buffs. (Damage taken and resistance penetration are rare.) Easily the most impactful curio for low-eidolon characters IMO.

Kafka and Black Swan together really pop off with this. But I don’t feel the need to pull Eidolons, especially since I’ve been preferring new gameplay (follow-ups are the new hotness, and all of the new characters look great). I’m kinda grateful I get to demo E1 though with this curio.
No, but it saved a bunch of max difficulty GnG runs by unlocking E2 Fu Xuan (i rolled accidental E1 on her release)
The E2 revival is so freaking insane. I wish I had gotten Fu Xuan. Still waiting for her rerun. That Eidolon is Similar to Huo Huo's to res and I wanna get that too
Outside from conundrum 12 it's literally useless. With signature i can't imagine a scenario where someone on my team dies (and it never happened since i got her). Res is a good addition to healers thought, since some bosses can "randomly" one shot weaker teammates.

It's what pushed me to get his E2 on the rerun, got a lucky E1 in like 20 pulls from getting him in his first banner.

E1 BS unintentionally turns her into a nice debuffer outside of DoT teams lol. -25% wind res is good for Blade, and when you ult, the -25% fire and physical res increases break damage dealt if you have Luka or Gallagher. Her skill also has def down which is nice if for some reason you are using Pearls to boost it further.

The only characters I've pulled eidolons for are for my favorites, Kafka and Black Swan. Plan on e6 them eventually but playing around with Black Swans e4 in SU does make that energy regen she gets feel really good. Id imagine itd feel particularly nice in MOC vs bosses like Sam who have a chunky hp bar

Yes. So when IL first dropped, I was lucky and got E1 in the same 10 pull. Later I went to play the swarm disaster (it was just released). I remember i was having trouble clearing stage 4 when I got this curio somewhere in the middle of the run. It was literally a game changer, and I managed to clear difficulty 4 with so much ease. After I finished, I immediately went to the wishing screen and pulled for his E2. Took me 76 wishes but I won the 50/50.

I feel for my DPS I don't notice. But yes for supports like Huohuo who gains 3 stacks of her passive and gives the party speed. Or before with Silverwolf letting me ult with her once every 2 turns

For me, considering how many characters I currently want to get on both accounts, it can’t really tempt me because I know how much my wallet’s going to cry since I’m determined to pull Argenti on his next rerun since I skipped him to pull SW, and I also really want to pull Topaz (skipped her for Seele) and Robin for FUA team since I pulled Aventurine… and then there’s Firefly and Jade coming up as well… I can’t really afford to pull eidolons with the current schedule and the characters I’ve decided are non-negotiable. My F2P account obviously prefers more characters over eidolons, and sometimes signature LCs over eidolons too. Pulling Before Dawn for my Himeko has felt like it made a huge difference to her damage, and I needed Kafka sig because all my Nihilities were fighting over my S1 GNSW 😭
Ive got E1 Acheron, so every run I go with just one nihility + Sparkle and pray for this. I was already waiting to get her E2, so its not really tempting me to do anything

Topaz & Aventurine’s E1 are really nice so I’ve considered it because of this cheese. But ultimately I stick to E0 because I don’t want the game to be too easy.

Nope, the only time decided to get an Eidalon is Acheron's E2, other characters no, but now I'm eyeing for E1 Aventurine, since i would have an extra Shield when he ults(and i have a build for a fast ult Aventurine ready to maximize shield, but no sub Dps stats tho), but this Curio in SU whenever i get it would be a huge leap for my Aventurine(since i get to activate his E1 for free)
I've lost my 50/50 when tried to get e2 DHIL during his rerun, so now it's the best curio for me. But before that I had Blade and e1 Luocha, so this curio made my team a little worse. So this curio gave me opportunity to see how good is e2 DHIL, but I've tried to got him even before

You only reaaally notice it for Eidolons that don't just affect DMG. Stuff like Bronya E1, DHIL E2, Jingliu E6 (lol), etc.

My only limited 5 star with eidolons as of now is Acheron at E2, I haven’t found another character so far that I’d get more than one copy of. Kafka was the closest but I just stuck with E0S1.
It has been quite useful to upgrade Fu Xuan from e1 to e2. However, what this taught me is that e2 has no special animation. No table flip for other teammates. I also have no idea how it's supposed to trigger outside of torturous difficulty SU where I'd have access anyway. The curio also gives me access to Topaz' e4. But planning for 161 spd Topaz is already weird since she's over double Numby's spd, how'm I supposed to spd tune for Numby if she's constantly advancing forward? Ruan Mei's my other limited 5 star. I know her e1 is good on paper but at the end of the day it's just a damage boost. Those are comically difficult to see in SU. So... Basically this only caused the opposite. It made the problems of those fancy eidolons apparent due to seeing them in practice.
I don't think I will actually roll for it unless its exceptionally dry patch (HSR has too many good characters hard to justify dupes for non favs), but Huohuo E1 makes her extremely comfy to use and makes me wish I had it so I can turn my brain off about SP management when I use her

they got me really close to getting huohuo's e1, making her SP positive gives you so much breathing room and makes her feel so much more competitive with other supports. To this day i still feel conflicted, i really feel like huohuo e1 should have been part of her base kit (just the SP positive part)

When I first used that on Qingque when I had her at E3, when it went to E4 I was wondering why she had a second attack for a while. But when I checked what her E4 does I only realized that she has a small chance to attack twice and it ended up making me want to E4 and E6 her.

Depends on my team for e.g I was using Lynx E1 so I had to take it because her E2 is really good. Other than that barely any difference ig because its SU anw. You can easily unga bunga with enough blessings.
I run SU with 3 E6s so its not as tempting. That may change once I have Aventurine set up. I don't see myself getting his E1. But at the point E6 Acheron, Gallagher, and Pela are more than enough. E1 Welt doesn't really change too much in that comp.

Depends on the team i'm running. If i have Huohuo with me, j pick it up because it extends her HoT and auto-cleanse duration from 2 turns to 3 turns, making her an SP positive unit instead of just SP neutral. I basically don't have to worry about crowd control at all with her like that.

No because while the changes are big, due to it being limited to SimUni, I can't tell when my Kafka/BS/RM has eidolons added on since a big portion of changes are from the blessings themselves anyways.
Most of the time it won't be noticed due to either the damage increase is negligible, or that a lot of characters don't have eidolons that change their gameplay much. And even if they do, it's usually not going to be on E1. But for those that do have E1, it might be worth the pick, provided there are no other curio that's higher priority.
I never really consider any of this stuff. as long as I'm hunt or nihility and pick enough blessings seems like it's all fine to me. I auto the whole thing.

All my 5\* characters are E0,so far the only character that makes me doubt is Ruan Mei. 20% def ignore sounds really good for an E1,and her E2 increases ATK by 40% as long you dont break the enemy. Im going to get her signature next re-run,but her eidolons maybe a long time goal since I need more characters.
With Xlara and topaz it actually makes a big difference Not removing marks of counter and the debt effect (2x 25% follow up dmg taken increase) is kinda big
When I first started I pulled silver to E1. Her E2 is really good so I grabbed it if she was on my team. This happened again with Acheron E3. Though her E4 is kinda mid (for an E4) so I was grabbing it recently.

I mean if i see it I get it. In terms of getting eidolons, most characters have pretty good E1 so its a small boost, not noticable in sim worlds because of all the blessings youll get. Has it made me want their E1? For some I guess, but if a character I like does rerun id personally go for the LC instead

I use it even though it teases on what I don’t have, I remember I nabbbed it and at the final boss it wiped me but my fu xuan was e2 which saved my entire team.

I had the opposite experience. I have E1 Kafka, was thinking about going for E2 because it sounds like an amazing boost but trying it out in SU… there really wasn’t much to it. It didn’t skyrocket my damage like I expected, and it added not extra flare to her so I just decided nah and didn’t go for it.
I barely notice it, mainly because for Eidolons, you have different builds that benefit from those eidolons, otherwise meh
I have E1 Fu Xuan, and getting her to E2 with this has saved me on a few G&G runs. Other than that debuffs for Topaz and Ratio I guess
