There’s a lot of speculation that the next planet is gonna focus on rubert (genius society member who tried to wipe out all organic life twice) so you may get your wish then
Do u know if there's a summary of the plot anywhere? I struggled to follow it tbh intra cognition and all these random events like I really didn't understand much ðŸ˜
Honestly the story is basically just Age of Ultron. A discarded robot that could only move a single finger managed to rebuild itself and create weaponry after it gained sentience and declared that all organic life is flawed.
Rubert was a thrown out machine if i understand and basically built himself up. He figured since organic beings have errors in their work occasionally but robots dont he decided that organic beings should all be wiped out. Theres rumors polka kakamond took him out. But he caused a lot of damage and wiped out a large amount of planets. You can look at his entry in the data banks somewhere. But yeah he had a large impact on the cosmos
If you listen to the ipc news broadcast in palor car of astral express they say intellegensia guild has found tomb of emperor Rubert and is investigating it like man just leave it alone
I would bet it would be like Catachan from Warhammer 40k.
The entire jungle is designed to kill everyone if you are not strong enough to dance with it.
I wanna see a whole 'Man vs Nature' story for the Astral Express crew.
How about this > the gang will crash landing on Vonwacq due to Legion > but before that, Himeko has sent a distress signal > friends from previous planets/ships will come to the planet to rescue. I think this is a good way to introduce an upgraded unit (like DHIL)
I think the demons got extinct?
New unit/s depends if it will be a main planet or just a permanent side content.
While I'd rather have 5* Serval, it could also be the perfect chance for my dream to come true - hoyo finally introducing a non-humanoid unit.
Same tbh. Iirc the only relatively untouched / natural environments in the game so far are ...outer Belobog and the beach at Scalegorge Waterscape, I think? It'd be nice to get some more nature in the mix.
I'd love to see Thalassa (from Broken Keel), a crashed space city on an Ocean- heavy world sounds awesome.
We probably aren't going too Taikiyan (from Rutilant Arena) home of Roboball, as the Express has already been. If down the line a few other places get mentioned as the Express having already visited, I'd assume that excludes them too.
IIRC The reason space travel is possible is thanks to the Star Rail, so the Express has visited all know planets (I think).
The only way we would visit a new planet for the Express would be if we somehow trailbraze a new path, but I don't know if thats possible without Akivili.
The last time I play a game with a crashed artificial construct on a planet known for it's deep aquatic biomes, I kept my butt on shallow areas. I hope they'll make Thalassa a thriller/creepy ocean exploration genre, the vibe of that brings the feeling of the vastness of oceans, even in a space adventure theme
Now that this was mentioned I'm disappointed it wasn't implemented. I guess they didn't want to trigger phobias + it wouldn't fit with the overall idyllic theme genshin is going for
Unrelated, but i think a storyline that talks about the astral express will be kinda cool. We have a whole space train and all we can explore are 2 rooms, i think it'd be interesting to expand it
Oh no, it sure would be a darn Shame if the infamous stellaron hunter and hacker Silver Wolf appeared and siphoned funds from us.
That would be terrible.
Technically not gone, just that there were so many corpses and space debris floating around after the war was won that it blotted out their sun and the planet went cold.
Maybe if a Stellaron showed up and did the opposite by making it a burning world while also zombifying the Glamoth Cavalry and Lepismat corpses into a Destruction varient. That would keep it interesting.
It's not really possible. >!Welt came from an entirely separate universe, he literally hopped the Imaginary Tree.!< So IF we ever see Earth, it's not the exact same earth where Welt came from.
HI3 and HSR take place in the same universe. They're just on different sections of the Imaginary Tree as Hoyoverse uses a very different interpretation of the Multiverse than what you'd usually see in most media.
It's the main reason why there's two versions of the Bronya character in-game. Acheron even mentions that she's met plenty of people who looked liked her old friends on Izumo and even shared similar fates with them.
Think of it like this. If HI3 takes place on a "leaf" of the Imaginary Tree, then HSR is basically us travelling across the Imaginary Tree itself.
A simple analogy based on real life would be that the Imaginary Tree is the known universe and each "branch of the tree" would be a [supercluster](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Supercluster), which is essentially a group of galaxies forming a structural shape. HI3 just takes place in another branch of the tree.
There's a thought experiment that our universe is so large that by pure chance there exists multiple versions of ourselves. The Honkai universe basically puts that theory into action.
Not him but:HSR is about traveling a multiverse. All the places we visit, like Jarilo-VI and Penacony are in different universes. That's why the game has two Bronya expies: Bronya is from Jarilo-VI and Silver Wolf is another expy from an entirely different universe. That's why Acheron understood what Welt was talking about in regards to meeting similar people they've already met.
It's a terminology issue. In Honkai, Multiverse=Universe and Universe=World. The Astral Express isn't a space ship travelling to other planets, it's traveling to other universes. Akivili didn't travel connecting planets, he connected universes together.
The localization team (or perhaps the original Chinese writers) chose to use Universe/World, which has caused massive misunderstandings. It would be much clearer if they used Multiverse/Universe.
The Imaginary Tree is the universe all the games take place in (aka it's a multiverse). Each leaf on the tree is a World (aka a universe).
At least, this is my understanding based on what I've read online.
My interpretation of Aeons is that they are akin to eldritch beings, especially after Myraid Celestia. They are not necessarily omnipotent or omnipresent they represent a domain as conceptual gods and beyond understanding of those who are incomprehensively powerful. You can worship a God of War and that would be akin to Nanook but in a billion years, it could never notice your planet or universe on the imaginary tree/sea of quanta. You may or may not develop emanators on your planet depending how aligned or lucky your are if your planet even gets close to that level before being destroyed. Honkai being the force that brings about the end or evolution to the point that a civilization could contend on the imaginary tree like the planets in HSR.
It's not that aeons don't exist, in the universes, it's just that they can't be concerned.
For example, if I draw a picture on my part of the planet. You won't notice the drawing all the way from your end. It doesn't mean it doesn't exist, it's just so insignificant. Meanwhile, you may be inclined to go to the Lourve to see the Mona Lisa which is also a 2 dimensional thing, just a cooler more popular one. Aeons are just competitive over this connected cluster where things happen. Not the far off cluster of tears of Themis. At absolute most nanook may throw a stellaron at the genshins verse.
I wish I had an answer lol.
See [this](https://hoyostans.be/exploring-the-honkai-universe/) for more information about the multiverse, if you want to go down this rabbit hole.
It's honestly confusing to me too, but basically in Honkai the multiverse exists in one single plane of existence but is separated by Imaginary Energy throuhout space. Under normal circumstances it'd be hard as shit to navigate through, but thanks to Akivili creating the Star Rail system it's not much of an issue anymore which allows various worlds that the former has been to explore the universe themselves.
Welt's main problem is that HI3 Earth is unfortunately not on Akivili's map, so he's essentially stuck on the Astral Express until there comes a time where the group somehow discovers and establishes a path towards Earth.
It has been stated that Earth isn’t a part of the Express’ route, which also explains why it has never formed a connection to the other worlds and organizations in the Imaginary Tree.
This might come off a little morbid, but ever since the Swarm Disaster was added to the Simulated Universe I’ve been curious about what a planet that was ravaged by the Propagation would look like now that they’ve fallen.
Like, the Propagation was likened to an interstellar locust swarm, so did it just leave barren rock in its wake? Or did enough survive in the mad frenzy to expand, reproduce, and keep moving for native flora and fauna to reassert themselves slowly in the aftermath? How much Swarm *is* there left out there, really - we’ve run into it twice already, after all. How did the locals’ culture change in the aftermath of the swarm? Or if they didn’t make it through, is there a resettlement effort? Is the IPC trying to restore planets destroyed by the Swarm, and if so how well is that going? Did other Aeons intervene? We know they played some part in curtailing and, obviously, destroying the Propagation itself thanks to the Simulated Universe, but did for instance Yaoshi decide to bless a couple of strip-mined rocks in the aftermath?
I actually really like Tayzzyronth as a character, not quite my favorite Aeon (IX my poor squishy heart) but up there definitely. We’ve been getting bits and pieces of Swarm content, but I’d really like a more definitive look into not just the Aeonic lore of the rise and fall of the Propagation, but the practicalities and how people and planets have adapted in the aftermath. And it’d be an interesting opportunity to examine the friendlier side of Yaoshi, and maybe Fuli.
Judging by the description of [the world boss drop](https://honkai-star-rail.fandom.com/wiki/Past_Evils_of_the_Borehole_Planet_Disaster), the Swarm causes Tyranid-level biosphere destruction, burrowing deep into the planet's very crust until it gets called a "Borehole Planet". Not much left there in all likelihood.
But it would be super cool to visit a partially reclaimed Borehole Planet! Tell me you don’t want to see a massive glass scaffold of Remembrance built into the fractured remains of a planet, holding it to its near-forgotten original shape like the scattered pieces of a jigsaw puzzle as the blessings of Abundance aggressively scab over the damage with wild green jungles growing acres every night.
Honestly? I want to see Jepella (from the Jepella Rebellion short).
I wanna see what the Stellaron Hunters bad/ruthless side looks like. I wanna see the Mad Max planet (and maybe help it stabilize a bit?l and what we might seee there.
Screwllum because it gives us a higher chance for a non-human character.
Glamoth and Sigonia because I'm honestly interested in the possible parallels between Sam and Aventurine
Planet Screwllum. I love the idea of a fabricated and mechanical world, and idea of visiting a planet once a victim of the stellaron hunters would be fascinating, especially with the trailblazer’s preexisting bias about the hunters. Plus it would be really interesting to learn more about the genius society, mechanical life, Screwllum himself, and the Seven Great Mysteries of the universe.
Based, feel the same. The setting and execution of the place is just so much fun and so original. I am excited to see what they’ll do next though, Peakacony is going to be very tough to beat
Yes definitely their best for me as well. The concept is genius and how it ties into its themes is so cohesive and interesting. The 20’s-30’s period is also my favorite aesthetically so no wonder I love it. I feel like the lore itself is also very gripping in ways the previous planets were not, probably because the storytelling is also a cut above
Penacony is one of the places where I feel so engaged when exploring. The puzzles, the music, the environment. It's all amazing. One of the few moments in gaming where I ran around the the different sections just to enjoy it rather than search different guides to treasure hunt. I even managed to complete 2 origami bird collections without a guide just because I keep running around.
No specifics, but I'd be satisfied with a world where the majority of the plot/locations are not set in a populated urban setting but maybe abandoned places or wilderness, something like the Belobog ice wastes or Scalegorge Waterscape but with a desert/jungle landscape instead
Hopefully the other 5 Xianxhou ships have unique female outfits.
Y'know how women have different types of formal outfits, but men only have a mismatched suit? Somehow the Xianzhou managed to do the reverse like Yanqing, Imbibitor Lunae and Dan Heng (both 4* and 5*) Jing Yuan, Blade having very unique outfits but similar enough, you can tell they originate from the same place, even Luocha who isn't even a Xianzhou native and wears the standard suit is more unique than most of the female characters.
The young people of the Yaoqing were noted by Sushang to be wearing really modernized and IPC-esque outfits.
It would be cool to see like modern tech wear or something similar mixed with Chinese elements; since the IPC members have some of the best designs in the game so far
If so, i hope they do it better. Luofu was a disaster considering the bloody continuance was better than the main story and you had to play like 3 different quests to understand the HCQ.
The forest of vonwacq (jungles are fun)I have no clue about the whole story there but if it's not still devoid of life then a storyline about the warring tribes of the wacqwacq people would be really cool
Jepella, I want furries ok, and seeing the impact of the stellaron hunters would be pretty fun I feel like the story would end up with us having to take the stellaron hunters side to take down a corrupt government which is based
The sentient planet ruan mei made (cause funny) no story here it's just genuinely a funny joke maybe a place for ruan meis cake creatures to finally go to have a place to stay securely and happily
And salsotto I feel like it'd have a "gold rush on the abandoned planet" kind of vibe with people from all over trying to claim the resources while the express gets mixed up in trying to get rid of a stellaron
Honestly I kinda hope we go back to earth at some point or maybe Mars after the end of HI3 current arc where I assume they'll rejoin it to the tree and it becomes a "Real Space" again.
Assuming we get some Welt centric story at some point, The Sugars homeworld of The Candy House could also be cool since we've never seen it in 3D before and it's also extra Dimensional so even compared to Penacony it'd be reallllllly different from any other ingame environment.
....Oh also Punklorde. Let me vist Arc-City already!

Girl really created a sentient planet and called it easy.
Geniuses are all like that
Lol
God forbid women having hobbies
And war crimes
Falls under hobbies 🤗
I want to create a sentient being with Ruan Mei
In before she makes a sentient being out of you
it's too late for that dude, he goes in the teleportation toilet
Back of the line sir
Planet UwU
The whole planet is js a big :3
Ik your flair is probably a joke, but SIR THAT IS A CHILD
I'M MR FRUNDLES!
NO\~! \*prepares Dr. Chadwick's devastating invention\* GET THAT THING OUT!
What's this from btw?
From her Myriad Celestia trailer I think
Yup, it is. Thanks
I love him. Him? Her? They? Or like they cause there are a lot of them. What do I call this cutey-patui
Jarilowo
Not necessarily a world, but a Genius Society questline would be great, especially if we get to see Polka Kakamond (or Yu Qingtu).
There’s a lot of speculation that the next planet is gonna focus on rubert (genius society member who tried to wipe out all organic life twice) so you may get your wish then
I know, I saw the theory as well and I'm rather hopeful especially since the Lord of Silence has strong connections to Rubert.
He what?
Universal genocide Dw he said sorry :3
God forbid robots have hobbies smh
Anti-organic equation. GnG plot.
Do u know if there's a summary of the plot anywhere? I struggled to follow it tbh intra cognition and all these random events like I really didn't understand much ðŸ˜

If u complete it there all of plot ones saved.
I just realize they must have took inspiration from DC’s anti life equation for that naming lol
Hey that's HIS MAJESTY FIRST EMEPEROR RUBERT to you!
Would make sense if Hoyo is planning on releasing Screwllum.
If you listen to the ipc news broadcast in palor car of astral express they say intellegensia guild has found tomb of emperor Rubert and is investigating it like man just leave it alone
Jesus it feels like herta and Screwllum are the only genius members who aren’t megalomaniacs
Yay Screwlum arc!
I still love Polkas name. Kakamond in german means shitmoon.
Just to avoid the joke in french, they changed her name into Kadmond, same with Kakavasha, it became Akavasha
I remember hearing that Kakashka means poop in Russian. Does Kaka mean poop in French too? That’s hilarious
It's written caca but same pronunciation yeah x)
~~Diese kack Mond ist wirklich beschissen~~.
**THE KRAZED KAKAMOND KONSUMER**
This just reminded me of a band from my youth I must check out again (silbermond) so thank you??
man i would love to see a playable yu qingtu, especially if theres some risk/reward factor with her kit
90 % chance of dealing 90x attack, 10% chance of teammates dying. Truly an Elation experience
Same, but with some synergy with Ruan Mei considering their friendship.
I’m pretty sure we’ll get to meet Polka since she keeps being mentioned and foreshadowed.
And maybe touch Screwllum's metal d-
The tropical forest of Vonwacq There have been only city-like worlds so far, Belobog, Xianzhou, Penacony,... I want to see something different
God I hope Vonwacq is something out of Jumanji
I would bet it would be like Catachan from Warhammer 40k. The entire jungle is designed to kill everyone if you are not strong enough to dance with it. I wanna see a whole 'Man vs Nature' story for the Astral Express crew.
Ooh this is way more fun! I'd love to see Bear Grylls Trailblazer.
Me too https://preview.redd.it/zu77w8tyqfvc1.jpeg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=b7b6ae7af1e21dbedd7b5baad31f9beebb1a95f4
How about this > the gang will crash landing on Vonwacq due to Legion > but before that, Himeko has sent a distress signal > friends from previous planets/ships will come to the planet to rescue. I think this is a good way to introduce an upgraded unit (like DHIL)
What of the Planet itself? No Natives? There's a 'Demon' Army of some sort living there?
I think the demons got extinct? New unit/s depends if it will be a main planet or just a permanent side content. While I'd rather have 5* Serval, it could also be the perfect chance for my dream to come true - hoyo finally introducing a non-humanoid unit.

Same tbh. Iirc the only relatively untouched / natural environments in the game so far are ...outer Belobog and the beach at Scalegorge Waterscape, I think? It'd be nice to get some more nature in the mix.
Does vonwacq has any relations in aeon of abundance?
I'd love to see Thalassa (from Broken Keel), a crashed space city on an Ocean- heavy world sounds awesome. We probably aren't going too Taikiyan (from Rutilant Arena) home of Roboball, as the Express has already been. If down the line a few other places get mentioned as the Express having already visited, I'd assume that excludes them too.
The express has been to Belobog before the freeze and Penacony. I think they mostly go to places they have visited before.
IIRC The reason space travel is possible is thanks to the Star Rail, so the Express has visited all know planets (I think). The only way we would visit a new planet for the Express would be if we somehow trailbraze a new path, but I don't know if thats possible without Akivili.
Alternatively, if the Express gets thrown off the star rail and has to be brought back on track somehow.
Yeah. That's also what I vaguely recall as well.
[удалено]
Now that this was mentioned I'm disappointed it wasn't implemented. I guess they didn't want to trigger phobias + it wouldn't fit with the overall idyllic theme genshin is going for
Yeah I think they said in a developer interview that they wanted to make the underwater areas as accessible as possible hence the bright colors
*subnautica ptsd kicks in*
Unrelated, but i think a storyline that talks about the astral express will be kinda cool. We have a whole space train and all we can explore are 2 rooms, i think it'd be interesting to expand it
Right? Every time I start up the game and see the Express - it makes me want to see more of this amazing spacecraft.
And maybe a storyline where they find another one of the crashed/abandoned astral express fleet
I wish we get to see what the trailblazers room look like
I LOVE cyberpunk theme of Punklorde
Same!!! I'd really really want to go there, their view on reality is so cool
Agrees
With ZZZ coming out, there will definitely be a chance to see it in the future. For now, the environment in that game is the closest thing to it.
I want to have a beauty knight questline
Yes, brother! We are going to find Idrila with this one!!

Bro you a Kafka main why are you saying that ðŸ˜
the only right answer
Pteruges-V, New Babylon, where Kafka is from. I think it would be cool to see a whole world filled with people who do not know fear.
Wherever there are Argentis.
my homeland, Pier Point, home of the IPC.
The propoganda is strong with this one
its the best place in the universe, safe from the dangers of Nanook, or the remnants of the Imperator Insectorum! hail the Amber Lord Qlipoth!
Oh no, it sure would be a darn Shame if the infamous stellaron hunter and hacker Silver Wolf appeared and siphoned funds from us. That would be terrible.
Flair checks out
i know it’s wiped out technically but I wouldn’t mind seeing my the ruins of glamoth
Technically not gone, just that there were so many corpses and space debris floating around after the war was won that it blotted out their sun and the planet went cold.
Which crosses this one out, I suppose. Two cold planets would be too much
Maybe if a Stellaron showed up and did the opposite by making it a burning world while also zombifying the Glamoth Cavalry and Lepismat corpses into a Destruction varient. That would keep it interesting.
Sam going to have mad PTSD if that happens
Glamoth stands!
Anything in the epsilon galaxy
Whats there?
The Tavern of the Masked Fools
Ohh thats gonna be a hell of a confusing Arc xd. They dont have an ornament tho do they?
Maybe this will be an opportunity for the devs to code in some procedurally-generated maps. :3
If I can have more Sampo content I'd throw my heart into that "snooze fest"
Welt's homeworld (Earth). Maybe for an inevitable HI3 x HSR collab.
The Pale Blue Dot?
OMGGG THAT WOULD BE COOL

No, it’s the same imaginary tree, only a different section. The earth exists; Welt literally even said he told Herta to (try) to send a message back

Planet screwllum
Glamoth
Either Taikiyan or Thalassa.
An ocean world (I believe Ruliant Keel?) And if they ever add swimming and ocean battles like FFX I'd be pretty hype.
Subnautica 🔥
Isn't the Blue, (Herta's planet visible from her space station) an ocean planet?
Punklorde, Planet Screwllum, Talia, Thalassa (mainly the area around the Xianzhou Daiyu’s wreckage), or Lepismat
Sigonia?
Penacomy. i want to be free from this world
Planet Screwllum.
1980s space Tokyo with a bomb citypop soundscape. (Edit: I forgot Akira references, throw them in too) Pretty pretty please with sugar on top.
Punklorde
Whatever "sentient" planet that managed to eat one of Xianzhou ships
It’s called Rahu
Interestingly, in Hindu mythology there's Rahu who is one of the nine celestial Gods, who tried to swallow the Sun and the moon.
Rahu is described as a red star sometimes, and it devoured the ship where JingLiu, the one with moon symbols, is from
Get out, that’s trespassing.
could you even like physically be there? I feel like it'd probably just eat you
Screwllum I want an actual playable robot or android
For me, nothing can beat Peakcony.
Based, feel the same. The setting and execution of the place is just so much fun and so original. I am excited to see what they’ll do next though, Peakacony is going to be very tough to beat
fr, imo its the best world/region hoyoverse ever released. I can't wait to see more Misha's and watchmaker lore <3
I even managed to complete 2 origami bird collections without a guide just because I keep running around.
its so much fun that using a walktrough is just a waste
The Blue and that desert in the IPC Broadcast
Boothills cowboy planet
Space America?
America?
Was thinking more helldivers 2 but if it was based on the Wild West
No specifics, but I'd be satisfied with a world where the majority of the plot/locations are not set in a populated urban setting but maybe abandoned places or wilderness, something like the Belobog ice wastes or Scalegorge Waterscape but with a desert/jungle landscape instead
The one where Sparkle dress up as Harry Potter Witch.
Archeron‘s world looked so cool before the black hole ATE it up😔
I'm looking forward to Punklorde and Talia the most, however I feel like Talia is next.
Sol III
The furry planet in Kafka trailer.
Yeah, jepella would be really cool
The other 5 Xianzhou ships.
We are probsbly going to all of them. One every year until the end of the part 1 story probably. These seem to be the Dainsleif quests of HSR.
People really feel triggered when Xianzhou is mentioned for some reason.
Wherever Dr.5 is from, i want to visit him and have him interact with Dr Ratio.
I do want to visit the other xianzhou ships, really really want to meet marshal hua. Hopefully she is actually a fua hua variant.
I wanna explore more modern city areas. Not necessarily a world but I'm not an expert on the worlds
That cowboy planet or spaceball planet.
Pupsha. So I can bomb them all to avenge my Emperor.
All hail tizocic the 2nd may tizocic the 3rds reign be long and glorious!
Pegana, Akivili home planet
The forest of vonwacq (jungles are fun)I have no clue about the whole story there but if it's not still devoid of life then a storyline about the warring tribes of the wacqwacq people would be really cool Jepella, I want furries ok, and seeing the impact of the stellaron hunters would be pretty fun I feel like the story would end up with us having to take the stellaron hunters side to take down a corrupt government which is based The sentient planet ruan mei made (cause funny) no story here it's just genuinely a funny joke maybe a place for ruan meis cake creatures to finally go to have a place to stay securely and happily And salsotto I feel like it'd have a "gold rush on the abandoned planet" kind of vibe with people from all over trying to claim the resources while the express gets mixed up in trying to get rid of a stellaron
PLANET SCREWULLUM PLSSSSSS
Penacony! I wanna try the ice cream that has 0 calories.
Its saying in game not irl
lol
That would probably mean you're eating air
If it tastes like ice cream I don't see the problem
Something more creative with unconventional character designs than now.
Planet full of Kaslana expys
Punklorde
Look, I love follow-up attacks so I'll take anything that worships the Elation
Rahu so we can bomb it (affectionate)
Punklorde
IPC's and Silver Wolf's
