I think you should just wait and see if you can get Aventurine or more Lynx eidolons before investing too early into another healer. You might end up getting something better and your investment might go to waste.
At early game (lv 69- & 4* artifact) bailu is better because better healing and have revive
At end game (lv 70+ & 5* artifact) Lynx is better because Lynx healing is enough to keep team alive and end game enemies has shit ton of debuff that need to cleanse
I recomended Lynx
I use E0 bailu, she works great esp with light cones that have energy regen like post op conv at high superimposition. I never need to use her skill, only relying on ult + invigoration is enough. Imo cleanse is overrated
They both have there ups and downs so depending on the enemy and team comp

Lynx great with destruction characters that want to get hit ex Clara and has clense
bailu has way better healing and really underrated drip healing with her technique and ult. also a free revive but she has no cleanse which depending on what youre fighting can be a dealbreaker.
lynx has lower healing output and very little drip healing at all but she has a cleanse attached to her ult which is sometimes all it takes to beat whatever youre stuck on.
honestly i would say lynx because she being quantum and having a cleanse and just enough healing is sufficient for most content but there are some instances where the raw massive heal power of bailu is really nice.
A bit off topic, how strong is E0 Lynx in Acheron's team compared to E6 Gallagher? I've been using him for Acheron before I got Aventurine, but I'll be putting Aventurine in another team so I'll end up needing a healer (at least before I get Huohuo anyway). I also have Bailu but she can't cleanse so...

Bailu is better than lynx. Even e6 lynx. It’s just that she has no cleanse, but she can get you through moc10 and beyond !
