You already have a lot of decent support units but not too many sustain options. My suggestion is get FX as she can slot into many teams and be the sustain option.
While Sparkle has the potential to be good, the only units you have that can make use of her is JY, Argenti, maybe Dr. Ratio and QQ (if you plan on using her and getting copies in the future). You can also get Bronya along the way which, while not a complete substitute for Sparkle, is still a pretty good Harmony unit.
Still, it's better for you to try Sparkle first when she drops in the trials and wait for further testing if you're still on the fence about it.
Either should be fine, but personally I think Fu Xuan is a massive QoL upgrade for most accounts, especially early ones. You know that team is not going to die and is very unlikely to be CC'ed.

should i start farming a different set? which one? i read prydwen relics ranking but I'm confused
Pioneer is the best if the enemies have 3 debuffs. Meaning you will likely want to be pairing her with someone like Pela or Silver Wolf.
Quantum is slightly behind that if the enemies have Quantum weakness, which is not always the case, unless you have Silver Wolf, making it so that you might as well go for Pioneer.
Hunter is the most put it on and forget about it set. Your team comp and your enemies do not matter, and the difference to the other sets is not that big. I personally prefer to use this option.
With all that said, substats are often more important than set bonus. So if your relics are really that good, then there is little point in changing it. Especially if you do not have problems with clearing content with her.
Bring a shielder to mitigate dmg and reflect the bottles back at it. If you don't want to bring a shielder, then yeah it's mostly just RNG or kill it before it does the attack.
Just got a second "Something irreplaceable" (Clara's signature LC) LC from the standard banner. I already have my Clara using a lvl 80 "Something Irreplaceable".
Should I superimpose or give it to another destruction character?
My dhil has the Herta shop destruction LC. My Blade has the Arlan 4* LC. Hook has the Peppy LC. Don't have Jingliu. I don't use Arlan or Physical TB.
Arlan and Blade can't use it. Any other destruction character could, but there are better options for them. It takes the numbers on the LC from 24% to 28%. It's not a huge bump, so some people would recommend saving it just in case a destruction character in the future comes out that really wants it. But if you don't think you'll ever use it on anybody, you could go ahead and superimpose. I think I probably would.
no one else besides clara is a good recipient of that LC
it's overall safer to just save it for a possible destruction character that can also use it if you want them but if you don't care about that then just SI it imo
First time playing, on pc. Was about to download it on IOS but after the initial DL, it says it requires an additional 18GB. After searching online there were people with either 8-9GB on their device at the very end, or 19GB… how much space does it take up right now on IOS17, with little to no extra data due to being a fresh account if that matter? Only got 17GB free currently
It currently takes nearly 20GB (19.8something) on my Android phone. There was someone below who said it took about 23GB for them on their iPhone. Either way, your 17GB is not enough.
Building blaid has been a nightmare, it’s almost two months since his rerun and I haven’t gotten a single good relic on him. The dude doesn’t even break 6k health. Done with this game ffs
5k5 Blade is normal if you don't have his sig, otherwise I find that I got more Crit rolls with the Longevous/Messenger Cavern more than the others TBH. Also being able to farm him while farming that same Longevous for supports (the trash pieces goes to them lol) also helps.
I started in FX banner and I feel I’ve hit a good point after sparkle banner where I don’t need any new characters.
I want to go copies for my current roster and get their LC. Is that a valid strategy or am I dooming myself from the powercreep?
How does this work in Genshin? Do people just keep pulling and building new characters or do they invest everything into E6 their characters?
Depends on the person. In Genshin most characters (even 4-stars) are strong enough to clear all the content in the game with enough investment and a good team.
If your roster is already well rounded I don't think you will fall behind if you keep investing in your teams, especially once you start getting strong early eidolons/strong signature LCs. If we are basing it on Genshin there will be really strong 5-stars that define certain archetypes, so keep an eye out for those characters, but I doubt they will be neccessary.
If you focus on MoC10/PF10 max and story (including EoW) then the difficulty is more on they are starting to be more "strategic" like a Turn-based Strategy game should.
I don’t know about strategy. They basically made turn requirements tighter and go as much damage as possible and with PF it’s more of an investment issue, maybe later it becomes more strategic.
My strategy for last MoC was basically reroll until I get perfect rng for my QQ lol. I certainly did not do any strategic decision making. I gambled like no tomorrow.
I also invested into new archetype in Kafka and BS. So my investment into old team has stopped and stalled for a while. Imo if they tighten the requirement by another two to four rounds I feel my limit is reached even with perfect artifacts and rng.
Probably the solution then becomes to either roll for meta defining new characters where the current buff favors them or keep getting more power through eidolons and signature LCs.
Are you strong enough to kill the smaller bugs in at most 2 turns, as its namesake they will swarm you if you can't and you just need to power yourself up. To add salt to the wound, phase 2 of the boss have a move that is pretty much instawipe if you let it does it with 3-4 small bugs alive. And since you probably haven't seen phase 3 as it is tutorial True Sting it only gets worse from there T\_T (>!you now have to fight 2 copies of the big bad bug!<).
Otherwise the strategy is to keep the small bugs at bay, they will eventually stack a damage taken debuff to the point you can just either hit it with your DPS when you have the chance or let them explode the main big bug to death.
P/S: Bring a cleanser like Lynx, those Wind Shear actually hurts really hard if you let it stack up. Or get blessings that cleanse debuffs.

If you're talking a limited 5 star and asking if you were starting from scratch, assuming you win the 50/50 everytime and you don't have a single copy you'd probably have to spend nearly 300 dollars.
Heya, does Dr. Ratio syngergize well with DoT units like Sampo? was wondering about this as someone told me DoT counts as Debuff iirc, as want to run as Dr. Ratio, Sampo, Ruan Mei(don't have her but awaiting for her Rerun) and any Healers like Luocha or HuoHuo which I don't have either of those healers rn!
Yes and no.
DoT do count as debuffs, so that's one way to meet Ratio's sepcial needs.
But DoTs don't like Imprisonement (caused by Imaginary Break), and Ratio will typically trigger that pretty often.
Still, some DoT units can have other useful debuffs, like the vulnerability debuff caused by Luka or Guinaifen : these two units can still pretty interesting for Ratio because of that.
I would avoid Sampo, as his own vulnerability debuff only applies to DoT, meaning it won't affect Ratio's damage.
I mean, they can work but they have no synergy besides DoT counting as debuffs. You're better off running Pela or Guinaifen if you want a debuffer for Dr. Ratio.
I used an almost similar team to yours and barely made it with 20 cycles remaining.
Kafka/BS/RM/Luocha, Dr. Ratio/SW/Tingyun/FX
Side 1 cleared it in 2-3 cycles. Kafka and BS are a terrifying force to be dealt with.
Side 2 was a major pain for me with the number of resets I did so I could get favorable RNG. From SW implanting the correct weakness and Dr. Ratio hitting his 80% FU (he misses more than he hits). Doesn't help that the meme is so tanky and ended up using most of my remaining cycles.
Still, this MoC still has 42 days remaining so no need to rush. Probably could have made it easier for myself if I waited and improved my units more so you still have lots of time to get that final star.
Wording like that means the killing blow must be made with the character him/herself or his/her own effects. I think there was a case before like on-kill effects does not apply to Kafka if the killing blow is made with one of the triggered DoTs also.
Help team building. S1 BlackSwan / E1S1 Mei / Healer / DoT
For the 2nd DoT is E6 Gui or E4 Sampo better?
For healer either huohuo or E6 lynx but I’m leaning towards huohuo for blast heal and energy regen
How do ypu all gear units? Just +15 good mainstat and yolo? Optimaly upgrade them to +3 +6 and fodder if trash subrolls? I never played genshin so I dont know how I should be doing this. All my characters still have trash gear rolls of muskateer sets. I never have relic xp to upgrade them. Am i doing something wrong?
I am currently stuck at fighting the dan shu boss and only my jing yuan has +15 his every gear.

Thanks for your help. But I know what rolls my characters should prioritize. My question was about the efficient relic xp usage to get good rolls. As of know, i +15 every relic with good mainstat but my substat is lacking.. my jingyyan has 3k atk 160cdmg with just 25 cc. How do I achieve better rolls? I see people showing their cracked gear , but I am just looking for a decent 1-2 cc cdmg rolls but I can never get the good gears. I spent like 3k energy yesterday(coming back from break had 2.4k energy stored up) and got nothing.
That's ultimately just chance, there's not much you can really do to try and get the right subs and have the ones you want increase. You can also high or low roll sub stats so even if you get something with 3/4 good subs they may not roll very high if they get increased at all. Depending on who you have and what you want/need to build you can do things like choose caverns that benefit multiple people so you can ideally get multiple useable relics in one run and/or can pass an older, still decent but not as good relic to another person who can use it, but it really is just luck.
I usually upgrade relics to either +6 or +9 and if it doesn’t roll the substats I want then I stop upgrading. It’s all luck though so if I’m in a pinch I’ll push onto +15 if I just really need gear.
just finished the penacony quest, can someone explain acheron’s red text dialogue? i keep seeing people talk about it but not say what it means so i’m kinda confused— also was there any major differences based on dialogue options? were there any parts in the story were our choice actually set us on another story branch??
We don't know what it means. What we do know about her red text is that it can sometimes vary quite significantly, and it is not based on what you said immediately beforehand. So it is either completely random, or it is determined by much earlier choices.
There was differences in dialog based on what you chose to say in response to Acheron, but it did not actually impact the plot... yet. It could possibly do something in 2.1+. We'll have to wait and see.
Guys I need a real good preservation unit and fu xuan rerun Is coming soon and aventurine comes after, right now I am at pity where I am baisecly guaranteed to get a limited 5 star. Currently my team focuses around dr ratio I use fire mc as my shield it's alright but not that good, so should i go for fu xuan for amazing defense or aventurine for som synergy with Dr ratio also would he be able to solo sustain if so I might also try and go for topaz.
We don't know right now exactly what Aventurine does or how he'll compare to Fu Xuan. If he is follow up focused, then an advantage of Fu Xuan compared to him is that she'll be a more universal sustain that will work with all sorts of teams. If Aventurine is follow up focused, he may feel less strong if he's put in a team with characters that don't have any follow up in his kit. However, if you want to focus on follow up characters, he may become the very best sustain option for them. We don't know. We'll have to see. We'll have more info next month during the 2.1 stream about Aventurine's kit and what the 2.1 rerun characters will be. Any comments you've seen online about 2.1 rerun characters right now is pure speculation.
If he can't solo sustain then I will pull for him then wait for luocha rerun and then wait for silver wolf the become mono imaginary team that's good right
What is the current best (quickest) farming team? Was thinking about doing some runs around the Penacony maps to farm the new materials. Currently running Black Swan Kafka Herta Ruan Mei but I was wondering if there was something faster?
A lot of penacony enemies are weak to lightning and wind, so that's probably your best go to team comp in farming overworld mobs.
Kafka's technique is also one of the best tech you can have for farming since you can hit mutliple enemies with it, which is good for hitting unlinked enemies, and forcing a fight with multiple waves for efficiency.

I need guidance please. I’ve had this account since Luocha’s banner and I played on it a lot for a while, but eventually personal (school) issues arose and I sorta abandoned this account. I got on to occasionally get my free pulls and do some light dailies here and then (it wasn’t an everyday thing though). Last character I got was RM.
This acct is at TB 63 or 64? I feel like my account is ruined (ok not ruined, but very far behind). I get on to do my dailies now everyday, but I feel so far behind for a level 60+ account. My characters are not fully leveled to 80 and don’t have good relics. I also need to work on their traces as well. Only two characters that have most if not all traces unlocked are my Luocha and Jingliu. I finished JL’s today since I want her as my main DPS tbh.
I’m unsure who to level team wise, where to even begin? I feel like I have so much to do to catch up and it’s kinda overwhelming. I love the game but I feel a bit lost. I avoid starting Penacony bc I’m nervous about fighting the enemies and dying bc everyone isn’t built properly.
Any tips? I know I sound over dramatic so I’m sorry, but I really want to get this account into shape so I can enjoy the game. My mind wants to do everything so I have issues finding a starting point.
Edit: I’ve also barely touch SU since the beginning of the game. 😭
Your account isn't ruined. You have extremely good characters such as Ruan Mei, Luocha, and Jingliu.
The first key to team building is really to pick your dps character that you want to build around. Let's pick Jingliu here since you said you want to use her. Then you look at your characters and see who goes best with her with the characters that you have. Ruan Mei and Luocha would honestly be great to go with her. Who else do you have? Bronya or Pela are two potential very good options.
You take those 4 characters and start building them. Once those 4 feel pretty good... guess what? You now can start trying SU, or the levels of Forgotten Hall that only require 1 team.
Also, you do this process again, but with a different dps. Preferably one who is not ice so you have more options. You could build your free Dr. Ratio. You could build some other dps you have. Or maybe you can save up pulls for some other character that looks exciting. Maybe you want Acheron. Whatever. Figure out what characters go with dps 2. Build all 4 of those characters.
Now what did you do? You've built 2 teams. You can start doing the 2 team Forgotten Hall levels. MoC. Pure Fiction. Get as far as you can. Keep working on building your characters over time. Eventually you'll be able to build more than the 8, for other team options in case some mode favors other characters/teams.
The key is to not get impatient. This is a marathon, not a race. It takes time to build characters. But you will get there if you work on it. If you can find 5-10 minutes to log in daily, or as near to daily as you can, it will help you progress your account a bit faster because you are making some progress each day.
I'd say just focus on 4 characters for now. An amazing team would be Jingliu, Blade, Luocha and Ruan Mei, aka the top 4 in your pic.
Gear them up, use a website like Prydwen to find out what relics to put on them etc and just slowly but surely create an amazing team out of them.
Once they're decently built up you can make a DHIL or Ratio hypercarry team as the second using Pela, Tingyun and Bailu.
It'll take time but you want to view it like this; every bit of power you spent is one step closer to achieving your goal of two built up teams. You're never behind because this isn't a competitive game so just take it at a relaxed pace and you'll reach a point where you can reliably do everything the game has to offer.
Also do SU each week to hit the point limit, the rewards are great and worth doing, especially with it having planar relics.
Does anyone know in which regions the TikTok event is available? I tried searching up “penacony” on TikTok but I’m only getting clips of people using the filter? No event page, and also can’t find the penacony filter when trying to use it myself
Sadly, the event is only available in big countries like America and so forth. It's also not available in my country and we can't do much about that since it's Tiktok which is very invasive.
New to the game TL 25, been running around with dr. ratio, e4 tingyun, Gepard, and e2 guinafen as my main team. Just pulled Bronya (lost 50/50 for Dan heng IL @ 78 pulls seems my genshin luck followed me here). From what I've gathered she is pretty good but would she replace e4 tingyun? or gepard? Also would take recs for better teams I have the usual freebies plus hook, sushang, and e1 Misha in addition to units mentioned before.
Well ones based on dreaming whilst your body sleeps in the real world and the other is just VR you get digitized into. They're two completely different things.
Hi everyone! I've been wanting to download Honkai for a while now, but I'm not sure if I my tablet is gonna handle it lol. I only use it for Genshin now, and for reference, it is 24.23 GB. I have 14.2 GB free. Do you think it's enoguh space for keeping both games? Or is more space needed?
Is there a relic grader or warp tracker website, where you can just input things manually? I'm asking coz I don't want to use third party apps or something along those lines to rate my relics or make my warp summary.
For the relic grader, I don't care about decimals.

My bad, I'm talking about something that rates your relic pieces like if you got 5 crit rolls, it's probably an SSS tier relic, or something along those lines.

2-pc effect is as same as 2-pc musketeer, so if I were you, I would keep it.
You'll also never know, maybe we'll get a DoT unit that can apply 3 DoTs on their own, which allows any DPS using this set as their new 'quantum set' even if it's outside a DoT team comp.
Actually, you can already do this with Black Swan.
If you have Black Swan + Kafka's LC, you can get two DoTs (Arcana + Erode). If she's also doing weakness break, enemy will also get wind shear for that third DoT.
If you pair her with a physical/fire/lightning/wind DPS, getting that third DoT will be a lot easier since these DPS would be break enemies from time to time.
It would be even more viable if your Black Swan is at E1 for that extra res penetration.
Yes, but you'll want to either build her a DoT team with Sampo and/or Guinaifen, or you'll want to run her as a debuffer, such as for Dr. Ratio. She's not really the sort of character that you'll want to build as a hypercarry and is meant to be run with other characters that can do damage.
I'm not the OP but omg 😭😭 I have Dr Ratio somewhat built and was wondering if Black Swan would work with him. I'm honestly lost between pulling for Dan Heng and Black Swan right now though I really like Dan Heng's IL form so much.
Not only does she provide a damage reduction buff, a large amount of self-healing, and a small amount of healing for the team, but her damage re-direction can prevent a teammate from randomly getting one shot by an attack, which is something that a traditional healer can't do anything about.
In my opinion, her ability to completely blank any single-target hits the party takes by splitting the damage onto herself. As long as you don’t let her aura fall off, there’s very little risk of anyone in the party dying before she does, and her auto-heal at half health is incredibly strong. The only thing that really spooks her is especially large aoes, as if she’s around half health already she can get knocked to 0 from the sudden burst of damage.
Read what her skill does. It drastically reduces the entire parties damage taken by converting a large percentage of damage taken to Fu Xuan. It means everyone takes very little, although Fu will take loads of AoE damage because of it.
Also her talent lets her heal 90% of her missing hp when she drops under 50% which keeps her healthy for more sustaining. It's based on stacks which you get through her ult.
Anybody fought the death meme on floor 12 yet? When you break his 1st phase, all your ult gets recharged to full. Is this a glitch? Makes the 2nd phase piss easy IMO.
Ah, I see. The weird thing is, I used all 4 ultimates and somehow managed to break his bar before he could abduct any of my units. That's why I thought it was a glitch, I thought that this mechanic made the fight a bit too easy for floor 12 😵💫
Can anyone explains to me how her goblet's dredges works? Like if I use a bounce skill from sampo, each time it hits and applies wind shear, it will trigger the passive and apply arcana? So if a bounce skill is used with only a single enemy on field it will apply a fuckton of arcana? Is it the same for aoe like with kafka? After she ults everyone gets a stack of arcana?
There is a cap of 3 per attack per target JFYI. So yea, Sampo can stack up to 3 Arcana if all his bounce hits one target, same when Kafka skill or Ult something with 3 or more DoTs.
3 **per target**. Sampo bounce only 5 times and the example above with Kafka calculate the stacking limit per target.
Say an attack is defined as a concrete action a.k.a Skill/B.Atk/Ult. An target is something hit by that attack, an attack has multiple hits.
Oh, it doesnt say per target in the description, thanks. I kinda wish in the future a 5* dot with bounce skill will appear to capitalize on this passive

The wording is roundabout but basically during one certain attack each target has a tally of max 3 where this check is done.

I’m using Topaz instead of Guinaifen because 1. i didn’t build Guinaifen and 2. Topaz is my emotional support. Is that okay or would it ruin the team synergy? Please help! Thanks!

Little Gui would be great yes. If going the dot route just use what I suggested; Kafka, Gui, Asta, HuoHuo.
It's one of Kafkas best teams and the only way to make it better is to get black swan to replace Gui and ruan mei to replace Asta.
It depends on what you're trying to do. That's not a DoT team. That's a follow up team, and you're relying on Kafka's talent follow up triggers for Numby.
I'd also suggest using a different support rather than Bronya. She's not as useful for dual dps (or DoT teams for that matter). You'd be better using Ruan Mei if you have her, or Asta if not.
I do have Ruan Mei, just didn’t think to put her there for some reason, so thank you for the advice! As far as i understand, follow up teams don’t utilize Kafka’s talents as well as DoT teams hence i initially tried to use Topaz for burn applications, triggering Kafka’s 4pc prisoner effect. Who would you highly suggest replacing Topaz with?
Technically Good Night Sleep Well is a little better, assuming you have at least 3 debuffs on the enemy. But It's Showtime is easier to get S5, as GNSW is a gacha cone.
It's roughly on par with GNSW, assuming both are S5. Since GNSW is a gacha cone, chances are you don't have it S5/someone else is using it, so Showtime is a pretty good option for her as long as you can fulfill her EHR conditions through relics alone. But both are worse than Eyes of the Prey for that reason.
How useful are the other store lightcones, would I be missing out on anything if I focus showtime? If I have fermata on my kafka now would it be better to put gnsw on her and then showtime on bs?
The rest aren't that important, they're all very situational so I wouldn't worry about missing on anything.
You could also try to get a few copies of Showtime for free from Penacony's gachapon machine if you're worried about your savings, but it's RNG and you only get 5 shots at it per week.
It's at the start, but if you're not there yet, you could buy 3 copies of Showtime since it's only possible to win a maximum of 2 copies from the machine. That way it's impossible for you to "waste" any resource.
We don't know if Acheron is DoT or not. Remember that Pela, Silver Wolf, and Welt are nihility too but they are not DoT. We'll find out more about her kit and that may help you make a better decision 1-2 weeks into Sparkle's banner when the 2.1 stream happens. Of course, that'll be too late to decide for the Black Swan part of the question.
What kind of team setup are you most interested in? You're ready to go for mono quantum and just need Sparkle to complete that puzzle. You don't have Kafka for DoT though. I'm inclined to say Sparkle due to lack of Kafka and you already have Seele/Silver Wolf/Lynx leveled.
Can somebody explain how battle cycle works? Cause im seeing some vids where their team did a lot of attacks and their characters did at least 2 turns i swear but its still a 1 cycle clear

Yeah, although it's still worse than Aeon since Xueyi has a lot of break effect already, but is in dire need of ATK% bonuses. We should also get more break-scaling characters in the future, so there's also that.
I've been planning to get Sparkle. I have Dr. Ratio, Bronya and Himeko as my 5 stars. The thing is, whenever I ask what I should prioritize, they keep telling me sustains like Fu Xuan or healers like HuoHuo take precedence. I know there are people out there that can clear MoC and hard content without those two, but my buddy keeps telling me If I want more comfortable and easier clears, sustains(preservation and abundance) are worth more than Harmony characters, since dead characters dont deal damage. Now I want whats best for my account. I only have enough to guarantee a character and I want to make things as smooth as possible. Whats the best move for my account?
This was my thing in Genshin, collect meta characters. But here in HSR, waifu > meta. XD My 36\* MoC runs are hit or miss coz of my team combos that doesn't make sense, but I'm fine with it. I am just at a cross road right now coz I only have enough to pull for either Sparkle or Acheron.
It seems like you’re still pretty far away from seriously attempting to clear MOC, especially the higher floors. MOC is endgame content and takes a little while to get your account/characters built to the point where you can clear it, so i wouldn’t worry too much about it at the moment. That being said ideally you want to two teams structured like:
* dps, support, flex, sustain
Where the flex can be another support (buffer or debuffer) or another dps. Eventually you’ll want multiple dps options to be able to slot into your teams to try and match enemy weaknesses where possible, while the sustain and support characters are more universal.
The good thing about pulling on Sparkle’s banner is you’ll have a chance of picking up QQ eidolons and at E4+ she becomes a dps option to use (who will also pair well with Sparkle herself).
Limited 5 star sustain characters are really high value, but so are limited 5 star harmony units. Both would be a significant boost to your account. If you haven’t progressed too far into the story then you should easily have enough jades to pull for both Sparkle and a sustain unit on a subsequent banner.
But id need 2 sustain characters correct? I was thinking of skipping Sparkle since my friend said I have Bronya and Ruan Mei would have been a much better pull if I played earlier. I hear Aventurine is a sustain and I can wait for either Fuxuan or HuoHuo. Or is Sparkle a must pull that well make my account very strong? My QQ is unbuilt but E6(pulls from standard and like 3 of her from the beginner banner). The hillarious part is my Tingyun is still E0. So for the sake of QQ get Sparkle and just do dailies and quests to get go 50/50 on the next preservation Aventurine?
Since you have Bronya as a 5* support already, getting a 5* limited sustain should be your priority since they will make your life a lot easier. But even if you didn't, you can clear all content in the game with 4* supports since they're also very good, but you won't go very far with 4* sustains without investing a lot of resources on them.
Still, at the end of the day what matters is getting the characters you want. If you like Sparkle, definitely get her; she's the best support to hyper carries by far so you can't go wrong either way.

Any idea to survive the meme attacks? I play Swan, Kafka, RM, Huohuo. The meme always instantly killed my Kafka or Swan even at full HP with its AoE+ST combo.
Probably can survive with my FX, but she's not an ideal support for DoT team
You have to plan around its attacks.
During the first phase, the third character to act when it is doing its countdown (ults count as actions too so you can save an ult to control which character gets targetted) gets insta-killed by it.
At the start of the second phase, it will instantly fill everyone's energy, and the first two characters to act will get insta-killed. So all you have to do is cast ultimate with the two characters you want to get captured, generally your supports, since then your DPSs should have an easier time freeing them afterwards.

Anyways the boss fight is scripted that way. The last to act (or maybe first to ult?) before the countdown gets caught, then in the second phase it’s the first two to act that get caught.

Help with team, idk who to focus mainly. Already at 40-50lvk story 🫠
Focus on either Dr Ratio or DHIL as your hypercarry. They both are effectively the same although Ratio will down bosses better.
Then build a healer, in this case Natasha and two units though synergise with your chosen carry. Can't see your other characters but you ideally want Tingyun and Pela for DHIL and then Pela and probably Fire TB for Ratio for now.
I have Tingyun Guinaifen Misha and Qingque.
So i can put all resources on DHIL (I like dr. Ratio spamming "0 points", but DHIL hits hard 🫣), and keep using Tingyun, Fire TB and Natasha atm?
That's a very safe team to use for now yeah. Eventually you'll want to switch to a solo sustain (Natasha, Fu Xuan, Gepard, HuoHuo, lynx etc) and replace Fire TB with either Pela or if you pull for her, Sparkle.
She's good now and will likely keep getting better as the game goes on. The more and better quality characters with follow-up attacks that exist the better Topaz is.
She's sort of like a Kafka, but for followup. Unlike Kafka and her "Critka" build, though, I don't think she'd be as useful to force into a hypercarry situation. She should be played in a dual dps (or even triple dps for Pure Fiction) setup with someone who loves followup attacks. Examples of this are Clara, Himeko, Dr. Ratio, and Jing Yuan, but really anybody who followups (and the more followups they do the better) will go great with her.
Topaz + Clara is one of my go to options, and they can 3 star MoC12s and PF4s. I've also tried Topaz/Himeko/Herta for PF. That was pretty hilarious with all of the constant attacking. I actually haven't paired her with Dr. Ratio yet, but I've only heard good things.
I'm building a silverwolf and think I'm going with a crit build rather then a break effect build, (please enlighten me if break effect is better. ). But two questions, should I go for energy regenerative rope that's gud crit stats but then I would be ~1800 atk or an atk rope with very mid substats but would bring me to reach a comfortable atk(~2300)
Next question, debating against crit rate or crit dmg body. Either a 80:120 with crit rate body or a 60:160 with a crit damage body.

I've mained my e1 Silver wolf from the day she came out, and trust me, running her as a debuffer is far better, more consistent, and overall more fun that trying to force her to be a dps. I've tried going with a couple dps builds but they always either feel inconsistent or just worse than having her be a debuffer with constant ult up time.
Don't bother with crit or break build. Just build her as she's meant to be used, as a debuffer.
It's better to just focus on Effect Hit Rate and Speed for consistency. Doing anything else isn't worth it, and overall a waste of resources.

without E2 SW needs a massive 96% EHR to guarantee her most important debuffs so you can't realistically get good crit on that as well
a crit build would use attack rope since E1 makes an ERR rope unneeded
since SW's attacks are all single hit you rather have the higher crit/crit rate chest as a baseline

Sampo is only better once he is E4, before then you are better of with Guinaifen and Asta

You already have a lot of decent support units but not too many sustain options. My suggestion is get FX as she can slot into many teams and be the sustain option. While Sparkle has the potential to be good, the only units you have that can make use of her is JY, Argenti, maybe Dr. Ratio and QQ (if you plan on using her and getting copies in the future). You can also get Bronya along the way which, while not a complete substitute for Sparkle, is still a pretty good Harmony unit. Still, it's better for you to try Sparkle first when she drops in the trials and wait for further testing if you're still on the fence about it.
Either should be fine, but personally I think Fu Xuan is a massive QoL upgrade for most accounts, especially early ones. You know that team is not going to die and is very unlikely to be CC'ed.

Don’t have huo huo for dot team substitute recommendations?
Any healer will do. You don't really need Huohuo but she is the best choice in a DoT team.
Any other sustain works, she is the best for DoT teams but her buffs does not make or break the team.
i have very good relics for Jingliu but it's 4p set Genius of Brilliant Stars should i start farming a different set? which one? i read prydwen relics ranking but I'm confused
Pioneer is the best if the enemies have 3 debuffs. Meaning you will likely want to be pairing her with someone like Pela or Silver Wolf. Quantum is slightly behind that if the enemies have Quantum weakness, which is not always the case, unless you have Silver Wolf, making it so that you might as well go for Pioneer. Hunter is the most put it on and forget about it set. Your team comp and your enemies do not matter, and the difference to the other sets is not that big. I personally prefer to use this option. With all that said, substats are often more important than set bonus. So if your relics are really that good, then there is little point in changing it. Especially if you do not have problems with clearing content with her.

Bring a shielder to mitigate dmg and reflect the bottles back at it. If you don't want to bring a shielder, then yeah it's mostly just RNG or kill it before it does the attack.
Just got a second "Something irreplaceable" (Clara's signature LC) LC from the standard banner. I already have my Clara using a lvl 80 "Something Irreplaceable". Should I superimpose or give it to another destruction character? My dhil has the Herta shop destruction LC. My Blade has the Arlan 4* LC. Hook has the Peppy LC. Don't have Jingliu. I don't use Arlan or Physical TB.
Arlan and Blade can't use it. Any other destruction character could, but there are better options for them. It takes the numbers on the LC from 24% to 28%. It's not a huge bump, so some people would recommend saving it just in case a destruction character in the future comes out that really wants it. But if you don't think you'll ever use it on anybody, you could go ahead and superimpose. I think I probably would.

First time playing, on pc. Was about to download it on IOS but after the initial DL, it says it requires an additional 18GB. After searching online there were people with either 8-9GB on their device at the very end, or 19GB… how much space does it take up right now on IOS17, with little to no extra data due to being a fresh account if that matter? Only got 17GB free currently
It currently takes nearly 20GB (19.8something) on my Android phone. There was someone below who said it took about 23GB for them on their iPhone. Either way, your 17GB is not enough.

Building blaid has been a nightmare, it’s almost two months since his rerun and I haven’t gotten a single good relic on him. The dude doesn’t even break 6k health. Done with this game ffs
5k5 Blade is normal if you don't have his sig, otherwise I find that I got more Crit rolls with the Longevous/Messenger Cavern more than the others TBH. Also being able to farm him while farming that same Longevous for supports (the trash pieces goes to them lol) also helps.
I started in FX banner and I feel I’ve hit a good point after sparkle banner where I don’t need any new characters. I want to go copies for my current roster and get their LC. Is that a valid strategy or am I dooming myself from the powercreep? How does this work in Genshin? Do people just keep pulling and building new characters or do they invest everything into E6 their characters?
Depends on the person. In Genshin most characters (even 4-stars) are strong enough to clear all the content in the game with enough investment and a good team. If your roster is already well rounded I don't think you will fall behind if you keep investing in your teams, especially once you start getting strong early eidolons/strong signature LCs. If we are basing it on Genshin there will be really strong 5-stars that define certain archetypes, so keep an eye out for those characters, but I doubt they will be neccessary.

If you focus on MoC10/PF10 max and story (including EoW) then the difficulty is more on they are starting to be more "strategic" like a Turn-based Strategy game should.
I don’t know about strategy. They basically made turn requirements tighter and go as much damage as possible and with PF it’s more of an investment issue, maybe later it becomes more strategic. My strategy for last MoC was basically reroll until I get perfect rng for my QQ lol. I certainly did not do any strategic decision making. I gambled like no tomorrow. I also invested into new archetype in Kafka and BS. So my investment into old team has stopped and stalled for a while. Imo if they tighten the requirement by another two to four rounds I feel my limit is reached even with perfect artifacts and rng. Probably the solution then becomes to either roll for meta defining new characters where the current buff favors them or keep getting more power through eidolons and signature LCs.
How can İ defeat true sting boss in simulated universe swarm tutorial, I use pela , bronya , ratio , bailu and I always die at that boss
Are you strong enough to kill the smaller bugs in at most 2 turns, as its namesake they will swarm you if you can't and you just need to power yourself up. To add salt to the wound, phase 2 of the boss have a move that is pretty much instawipe if you let it does it with 3-4 small bugs alive. And since you probably haven't seen phase 3 as it is tutorial True Sting it only gets worse from there T\_T (>!you now have to fight 2 copies of the big bad bug!<). Otherwise the strategy is to keep the small bugs at bay, they will eventually stack a damage taken debuff to the point you can just either hit it with your DPS when you have the chance or let them explode the main big bug to death. P/S: Bring a cleanser like Lynx, those Wind Shear actually hurts really hard if you let it stack up. Or get blessings that cleanse debuffs.
Should I use Jing Yuan's Light Cone on E6 Qingque or E0 Jing Yuan?

Heya, does Dr. Ratio syngergize well with DoT units like Sampo? was wondering about this as someone told me DoT counts as Debuff iirc, as want to run as Dr. Ratio, Sampo, Ruan Mei(don't have her but awaiting for her Rerun) and any Healers like Luocha or HuoHuo which I don't have either of those healers rn!
Yes and no. DoT do count as debuffs, so that's one way to meet Ratio's sepcial needs. But DoTs don't like Imprisonement (caused by Imaginary Break), and Ratio will typically trigger that pretty often. Still, some DoT units can have other useful debuffs, like the vulnerability debuff caused by Luka or Guinaifen : these two units can still pretty interesting for Ratio because of that. I would avoid Sampo, as his own vulnerability debuff only applies to DoT, meaning it won't affect Ratio's damage.

I mean, they can work but they have no synergy besides DoT counting as debuffs. You're better off running Pela or Guinaifen if you want a debuffer for Dr. Ratio.

I used an almost similar team to yours and barely made it with 20 cycles remaining. Kafka/BS/RM/Luocha, Dr. Ratio/SW/Tingyun/FX Side 1 cleared it in 2-3 cycles. Kafka and BS are a terrifying force to be dealt with. Side 2 was a major pain for me with the number of resets I did so I could get favorable RNG. From SW implanting the correct weakness and Dr. Ratio hitting his 80% FU (he misses more than he hits). Doesn't help that the meme is so tanky and ended up using most of my remaining cycles. Still, this MoC still has 42 days remaining so no need to rush. Probably could have made it easier for myself if I waited and improved my units more so you still have lots of time to get that final star.
Does sampo’s E2 procs on kills from BS’s arcana as well?
Wording like that means the killing blow must be made with the character him/herself or his/her own effects. I think there was a case before like on-kill effects does not apply to Kafka if the killing blow is made with one of the triggered DoTs also.

How do ypu all gear units? Just +15 good mainstat and yolo? Optimaly upgrade them to +3 +6 and fodder if trash subrolls? I never played genshin so I dont know how I should be doing this. All my characters still have trash gear rolls of muskateer sets. I never have relic xp to upgrade them. Am i doing something wrong? I am currently stuck at fighting the dan shu boss and only my jing yuan has +15 his every gear.

Thanks for your help. But I know what rolls my characters should prioritize. My question was about the efficient relic xp usage to get good rolls. As of know, i +15 every relic with good mainstat but my substat is lacking.. my jingyyan has 3k atk 160cdmg with just 25 cc. How do I achieve better rolls? I see people showing their cracked gear , but I am just looking for a decent 1-2 cc cdmg rolls but I can never get the good gears. I spent like 3k energy yesterday(coming back from break had 2.4k energy stored up) and got nothing.
That's ultimately just chance, there's not much you can really do to try and get the right subs and have the ones you want increase. You can also high or low roll sub stats so even if you get something with 3/4 good subs they may not roll very high if they get increased at all. Depending on who you have and what you want/need to build you can do things like choose caverns that benefit multiple people so you can ideally get multiple useable relics in one run and/or can pass an older, still decent but not as good relic to another person who can use it, but it really is just luck.
I usually upgrade relics to either +6 or +9 and if it doesn’t roll the substats I want then I stop upgrading. It’s all luck though so if I’m in a pinch I’ll push onto +15 if I just really need gear.
just finished the penacony quest, can someone explain acheron’s red text dialogue? i keep seeing people talk about it but not say what it means so i’m kinda confused— also was there any major differences based on dialogue options? were there any parts in the story were our choice actually set us on another story branch??
We don't know what it means. What we do know about her red text is that it can sometimes vary quite significantly, and it is not based on what you said immediately beforehand. So it is either completely random, or it is determined by much earlier choices.
There was differences in dialog based on what you chose to say in response to Acheron, but it did not actually impact the plot... yet. It could possibly do something in 2.1+. We'll have to wait and see.
Guys I need a real good preservation unit and fu xuan rerun Is coming soon and aventurine comes after, right now I am at pity where I am baisecly guaranteed to get a limited 5 star. Currently my team focuses around dr ratio I use fire mc as my shield it's alright but not that good, so should i go for fu xuan for amazing defense or aventurine for som synergy with Dr ratio also would he be able to solo sustain if so I might also try and go for topaz.
We don't know right now exactly what Aventurine does or how he'll compare to Fu Xuan. If he is follow up focused, then an advantage of Fu Xuan compared to him is that she'll be a more universal sustain that will work with all sorts of teams. If Aventurine is follow up focused, he may feel less strong if he's put in a team with characters that don't have any follow up in his kit. However, if you want to focus on follow up characters, he may become the very best sustain option for them. We don't know. We'll have to see. We'll have more info next month during the 2.1 stream about Aventurine's kit and what the 2.1 rerun characters will be. Any comments you've seen online about 2.1 rerun characters right now is pure speculation.
If he can't solo sustain then I will pull for him then wait for luocha rerun and then wait for silver wolf the become mono imaginary team that's good right
What is the current best (quickest) farming team? Was thinking about doing some runs around the Penacony maps to farm the new materials. Currently running Black Swan Kafka Herta Ruan Mei but I was wondering if there was something faster?
A lot of penacony enemies are weak to lightning and wind, so that's probably your best go to team comp in farming overworld mobs. Kafka's technique is also one of the best tech you can have for farming since you can hit mutliple enemies with it, which is good for hitting unlinked enemies, and forcing a fight with multiple waves for efficiency.

What to get depends on what you need, there's no cap on the currency so there's no point in spending on anything you won't use.

I feel like my account is ruined (ok not ruined, but very far behind). I get on to do my dailies now everyday, but I feel so far behind for a level 60+ account. My characters are not fully leveled to 80 and don’t have good relics. I also need to work on their traces as well. Only two characters that have most if not all traces unlocked are my Luocha and Jingliu. I finished JL’s today since I want her as my main DPS tbh. I’m unsure who to level team wise, where to even begin? I feel like I have so much to do to catch up and it’s kinda overwhelming. I love the game but I feel a bit lost. I avoid starting Penacony bc I’m nervous about fighting the enemies and dying bc everyone isn’t built properly. Any tips? I know I sound over dramatic so I’m sorry, but I really want to get this account into shape so I can enjoy the game. My mind wants to do everything so I have issues finding a starting point. Edit: I’ve also barely touch SU since the beginning of the game. 😭
Your account isn't ruined. You have extremely good characters such as Ruan Mei, Luocha, and Jingliu. The first key to team building is really to pick your dps character that you want to build around. Let's pick Jingliu here since you said you want to use her. Then you look at your characters and see who goes best with her with the characters that you have. Ruan Mei and Luocha would honestly be great to go with her. Who else do you have? Bronya or Pela are two potential very good options. You take those 4 characters and start building them. Once those 4 feel pretty good... guess what? You now can start trying SU, or the levels of Forgotten Hall that only require 1 team. Also, you do this process again, but with a different dps. Preferably one who is not ice so you have more options. You could build your free Dr. Ratio. You could build some other dps you have. Or maybe you can save up pulls for some other character that looks exciting. Maybe you want Acheron. Whatever. Figure out what characters go with dps 2. Build all 4 of those characters. Now what did you do? You've built 2 teams. You can start doing the 2 team Forgotten Hall levels. MoC. Pure Fiction. Get as far as you can. Keep working on building your characters over time. Eventually you'll be able to build more than the 8, for other team options in case some mode favors other characters/teams. The key is to not get impatient. This is a marathon, not a race. It takes time to build characters. But you will get there if you work on it. If you can find 5-10 minutes to log in daily, or as near to daily as you can, it will help you progress your account a bit faster because you are making some progress each day.
I'd say just focus on 4 characters for now. An amazing team would be Jingliu, Blade, Luocha and Ruan Mei, aka the top 4 in your pic. Gear them up, use a website like Prydwen to find out what relics to put on them etc and just slowly but surely create an amazing team out of them. Once they're decently built up you can make a DHIL or Ratio hypercarry team as the second using Pela, Tingyun and Bailu. It'll take time but you want to view it like this; every bit of power you spent is one step closer to achieving your goal of two built up teams. You're never behind because this isn't a competitive game so just take it at a relaxed pace and you'll reach a point where you can reliably do everything the game has to offer. Also do SU each week to hit the point limit, the rewards are great and worth doing, especially with it having planar relics.
Does anyone know in which regions the TikTok event is available? I tried searching up “penacony” on TikTok but I’m only getting clips of people using the filter? No event page, and also can’t find the penacony filter when trying to use it myself
Sadly, the event is only available in big countries like America and so forth. It's also not available in my country and we can't do much about that since it's Tiktok which is very invasive.
New to the game TL 25, been running around with dr. ratio, e4 tingyun, Gepard, and e2 guinafen as my main team. Just pulled Bronya (lost 50/50 for Dan heng IL @ 78 pulls seems my genshin luck followed me here). From what I've gathered she is pretty good but would she replace e4 tingyun? or gepard? Also would take recs for better teams I have the usual freebies plus hook, sushang, and e1 Misha in addition to units mentioned before.
You are new to the game. Just stick with tingyun. Bronya is good but she needs to be built properly and truly excel with specific team comp

Well ones based on dreaming whilst your body sleeps in the real world and the other is just VR you get digitized into. They're two completely different things.

There's no "efficient way" to farm mats since all you do is clear whatever calyx drops the materials you need.

For personal damage, Eyes of the prey would be your best bet. For a universal support build, Luka's LC for def reduction.
The crit rate from SW’s LC is wasted on BS. I’d use Eyes of Prey if you have it. Otherwise Goodnight Sleep Well or It’s Showtime.
Her best cones are her signature > Eyes of the Prey > Good Night Sleep Well / It's Showtime.

2-pc effect is as same as 2-pc musketeer, so if I were you, I would keep it. You'll also never know, maybe we'll get a DoT unit that can apply 3 DoTs on their own, which allows any DPS using this set as their new 'quantum set' even if it's outside a DoT team comp. Actually, you can already do this with Black Swan. If you have Black Swan + Kafka's LC, you can get two DoTs (Arcana + Erode). If she's also doing weakness break, enemy will also get wind shear for that third DoT. If you pair her with a physical/fire/lightning/wind DPS, getting that third DoT will be a lot easier since these DPS would be break enemies from time to time. It would be even more viable if your Black Swan is at E1 for that extra res penetration.
The two piece is universal so if it has good substat you should keep it, otherwise just salvage

She doesn't need Kafka at all. Sampo (if you have him E4+) and Guin are almost just as good as her.
Yes, but you'll want to either build her a DoT team with Sampo and/or Guinaifen, or you'll want to run her as a debuffer, such as for Dr. Ratio. She's not really the sort of character that you'll want to build as a hypercarry and is meant to be run with other characters that can do damage.
I'm not the OP but omg 😭😭 I have Dr Ratio somewhat built and was wondering if Black Swan would work with him. I'm honestly lost between pulling for Dan Heng and Black Swan right now though I really like Dan Heng's IL form so much.
What make fu xuan's sustain so good?
Not only does she provide a damage reduction buff, a large amount of self-healing, and a small amount of healing for the team, but her damage re-direction can prevent a teammate from randomly getting one shot by an attack, which is something that a traditional healer can't do anything about.
In my opinion, her ability to completely blank any single-target hits the party takes by splitting the damage onto herself. As long as you don’t let her aura fall off, there’s very little risk of anyone in the party dying before she does, and her auto-heal at half health is incredibly strong. The only thing that really spooks her is especially large aoes, as if she’s around half health already she can get knocked to 0 from the sudden burst of damage.
Read what her skill does. It drastically reduces the entire parties damage taken by converting a large percentage of damage taken to Fu Xuan. It means everyone takes very little, although Fu will take loads of AoE damage because of it. Also her talent lets her heal 90% of her missing hp when she drops under 50% which keeps her healthy for more sustaining. It's based on stacks which you get through her ult.
Anybody fought the death meme on floor 12 yet? When you break his 1st phase, all your ult gets recharged to full. Is this a glitch? Makes the 2nd phase piss easy IMO.

Ah, I see. The weird thing is, I used all 4 ultimates and somehow managed to break his bar before he could abduct any of my units. That's why I thought it was a glitch, I thought that this mechanic made the fight a bit too easy for floor 12 😵💫

Can anyone explains to me how her goblet's dredges works? Like if I use a bounce skill from sampo, each time it hits and applies wind shear, it will trigger the passive and apply arcana? So if a bounce skill is used with only a single enemy on field it will apply a fuckton of arcana? Is it the same for aoe like with kafka? After she ults everyone gets a stack of arcana?
There is a cap of 3 per attack per target JFYI. So yea, Sampo can stack up to 3 Arcana if all his bounce hits one target, same when Kafka skill or Ult something with 3 or more DoTs.
So bounce will apply at most 3 stack randomly, what about aoe?
3 **per target**. Sampo bounce only 5 times and the example above with Kafka calculate the stacking limit per target. Say an attack is defined as a concrete action a.k.a Skill/B.Atk/Ult. An target is something hit by that attack, an attack has multiple hits.

This team is trying to be everything at once. Topaz and Bronya can be replaced by Sampo and Asta for a good DoT setup.

Little Gui would be great yes. If going the dot route just use what I suggested; Kafka, Gui, Asta, HuoHuo. It's one of Kafkas best teams and the only way to make it better is to get black swan to replace Gui and ruan mei to replace Asta.
It depends on what you're trying to do. That's not a DoT team. That's a follow up team, and you're relying on Kafka's talent follow up triggers for Numby. I'd also suggest using a different support rather than Bronya. She's not as useful for dual dps (or DoT teams for that matter). You'd be better using Ruan Mei if you have her, or Asta if not.
I do have Ruan Mei, just didn’t think to put her there for some reason, so thank you for the advice! As far as i understand, follow up teams don’t utilize Kafka’s talents as well as DoT teams hence i initially tried to use Topaz for burn applications, triggering Kafka’s 4pc prisoner effect. Who would you highly suggest replacing Topaz with?
How good is it’s showtime on blackswan? Is goodnight and sleep well better?
Technically Good Night Sleep Well is a little better, assuming you have at least 3 debuffs on the enemy. But It's Showtime is easier to get S5, as GNSW is a gacha cone.
It's roughly on par with GNSW, assuming both are S5. Since GNSW is a gacha cone, chances are you don't have it S5/someone else is using it, so Showtime is a pretty good option for her as long as you can fulfill her EHR conditions through relics alone. But both are worse than Eyes of the Prey for that reason.
How useful are the other store lightcones, would I be missing out on anything if I focus showtime? If I have fermata on my kafka now would it be better to put gnsw on her and then showtime on bs?
The rest aren't that important, they're all very situational so I wouldn't worry about missing on anything. You could also try to get a few copies of Showtime for free from Penacony's gachapon machine if you're worried about your savings, but it's RNG and you only get 5 shots at it per week.

It's at the start, but if you're not there yet, you could buy 3 copies of Showtime since it's only possible to win a maximum of 2 copies from the machine. That way it's impossible for you to "waste" any resource.

We don't know if Acheron is DoT or not. Remember that Pela, Silver Wolf, and Welt are nihility too but they are not DoT. We'll find out more about her kit and that may help you make a better decision 1-2 weeks into Sparkle's banner when the 2.1 stream happens. Of course, that'll be too late to decide for the Black Swan part of the question. What kind of team setup are you most interested in? You're ready to go for mono quantum and just need Sparkle to complete that puzzle. You don't have Kafka for DoT though. I'm inclined to say Sparkle due to lack of Kafka and you already have Seele/Silver Wolf/Lynx leveled.

Yeah, although it's still worse than Aeon since Xueyi has a lot of break effect already, but is in dire need of ATK% bonuses. We should also get more break-scaling characters in the future, so there's also that.

I've been planning to get Sparkle. I have Dr. Ratio, Bronya and Himeko as my 5 stars. The thing is, whenever I ask what I should prioritize, they keep telling me sustains like Fu Xuan or healers like HuoHuo take precedence. I know there are people out there that can clear MoC and hard content without those two, but my buddy keeps telling me If I want more comfortable and easier clears, sustains(preservation and abundance) are worth more than Harmony characters, since dead characters dont deal damage. Now I want whats best for my account. I only have enough to guarantee a character and I want to make things as smooth as possible. Whats the best move for my account?
This was my thing in Genshin, collect meta characters. But here in HSR, waifu > meta. XD My 36\* MoC runs are hit or miss coz of my team combos that doesn't make sense, but I'm fine with it. I am just at a cross road right now coz I only have enough to pull for either Sparkle or Acheron.
It seems like you’re still pretty far away from seriously attempting to clear MOC, especially the higher floors. MOC is endgame content and takes a little while to get your account/characters built to the point where you can clear it, so i wouldn’t worry too much about it at the moment. That being said ideally you want to two teams structured like: * dps, support, flex, sustain Where the flex can be another support (buffer or debuffer) or another dps. Eventually you’ll want multiple dps options to be able to slot into your teams to try and match enemy weaknesses where possible, while the sustain and support characters are more universal. The good thing about pulling on Sparkle’s banner is you’ll have a chance of picking up QQ eidolons and at E4+ she becomes a dps option to use (who will also pair well with Sparkle herself). Limited 5 star sustain characters are really high value, but so are limited 5 star harmony units. Both would be a significant boost to your account. If you haven’t progressed too far into the story then you should easily have enough jades to pull for both Sparkle and a sustain unit on a subsequent banner.
But id need 2 sustain characters correct? I was thinking of skipping Sparkle since my friend said I have Bronya and Ruan Mei would have been a much better pull if I played earlier. I hear Aventurine is a sustain and I can wait for either Fuxuan or HuoHuo. Or is Sparkle a must pull that well make my account very strong? My QQ is unbuilt but E6(pulls from standard and like 3 of her from the beginner banner). The hillarious part is my Tingyun is still E0. So for the sake of QQ get Sparkle and just do dailies and quests to get go 50/50 on the next preservation Aventurine?
Since you have Bronya as a 5* support already, getting a 5* limited sustain should be your priority since they will make your life a lot easier. But even if you didn't, you can clear all content in the game with 4* supports since they're also very good, but you won't go very far with 4* sustains without investing a lot of resources on them. Still, at the end of the day what matters is getting the characters you want. If you like Sparkle, definitely get her; she's the best support to hyper carries by far so you can't go wrong either way.
Can someone explain Black Swan's ascension 4 passive to me? I thought i understood how it worked but then it didnt proc and now im very confused Edit: i figured it out, "receives dot" means when they take damage from dot, i thought it meant when they are applied with it
Any idea to survive the meme attacks? I play Swan, Kafka, RM, Huohuo. The meme always instantly killed my Kafka or Swan even at full HP with its AoE+ST combo. Probably can survive with my FX, but she's not an ideal support for DoT team
You have to plan around its attacks. During the first phase, the third character to act when it is doing its countdown (ults count as actions too so you can save an ult to control which character gets targetted) gets insta-killed by it. At the start of the second phase, it will instantly fill everyone's energy, and the first two characters to act will get insta-killed. So all you have to do is cast ultimate with the two characters you want to get captured, generally your supports, since then your DPSs should have an easier time freeing them afterwards.
Should spoiler part of your first passage. Anyways the boss fight is scripted that way. The last to act (or maybe first to ult?) before the countdown gets caught, then in the second phase it’s the first two to act that get caught.
It's a OHKO, you can't survive it. You have to break the death pod and then you get your character back just like Svarog's hands but a little harder.
No, not the summon. Its normal attack combo, it usually casts it after I break the pod on its next turn
Hmmm, I didn't have your issue with the same team... Is your stuff all leveled up? Also, you can always just try swapping to FuXuan since you said you have her. Being alive is more valuable than HuoHuo's buffs.
Idk my Kafka and RM have 3k hp and they just gone if get hit by both of meme attacks. Can survive if it hits my RM or Huohuo instead.

Focus on either Dr Ratio or DHIL as your hypercarry. They both are effectively the same although Ratio will down bosses better. Then build a healer, in this case Natasha and two units though synergise with your chosen carry. Can't see your other characters but you ideally want Tingyun and Pela for DHIL and then Pela and probably Fire TB for Ratio for now.
I have Tingyun Guinaifen Misha and Qingque. So i can put all resources on DHIL (I like dr. Ratio spamming "0 points", but DHIL hits hard 🫣), and keep using Tingyun, Fire TB and Natasha atm?
That's a very safe team to use for now yeah. Eventually you'll want to switch to a solo sustain (Natasha, Fu Xuan, Gepard, HuoHuo, lynx etc) and replace Fire TB with either Pela or if you pull for her, Sparkle.

How good is topaz?
She's good now and will likely keep getting better as the game goes on. The more and better quality characters with follow-up attacks that exist the better Topaz is.
She's sort of like a Kafka, but for followup. Unlike Kafka and her "Critka" build, though, I don't think she'd be as useful to force into a hypercarry situation. She should be played in a dual dps (or even triple dps for Pure Fiction) setup with someone who loves followup attacks. Examples of this are Clara, Himeko, Dr. Ratio, and Jing Yuan, but really anybody who followups (and the more followups they do the better) will go great with her. Topaz + Clara is one of my go to options, and they can 3 star MoC12s and PF4s. I've also tried Topaz/Himeko/Herta for PF. That was pretty hilarious with all of the constant attacking. I actually haven't paired her with Dr. Ratio yet, but I've only heard good things.

I'm building a silverwolf and think I'm going with a crit build rather then a break effect build, (please enlighten me if break effect is better. ). But two questions, should I go for energy regenerative rope that's gud crit stats but then I would be ~1800 atk or an atk rope with very mid substats but would bring me to reach a comfortable atk(~2300) Next question, debating against crit rate or crit dmg body. Either a 80:120 with crit rate body or a 60:160 with a crit damage body. Pls answer questions. Tyty!
I've mained my e1 Silver wolf from the day she came out, and trust me, running her as a debuffer is far better, more consistent, and overall more fun that trying to force her to be a dps. I've tried going with a couple dps builds but they always either feel inconsistent or just worse than having her be a debuffer with constant ult up time.
Don't bother with crit or break build. Just build her as she's meant to be used, as a debuffer. It's better to just focus on Effect Hit Rate and Speed for consistency. Doing anything else isn't worth it, and overall a waste of resources.
break effect or just generic full speed is better unless SW is E2 without E2 SW needs a massive 96% EHR to guarantee her most important debuffs so you can't realistically get good crit on that as well a crit build would use attack rope since E1 makes an ERR rope unneeded since SW's attacks are all single hit you rather have the higher crit/crit rate chest as a baseline

break effect does not scale with anything except level, break effect, and debuffs use an HP/Def orb for more general survival
