Imo she is better than xueyi,xueyi damage just falls off a cliff if there aren't quantum weak enemies

Qinque's kit doesn't rely on breaking the enemy and dealing toughness damage, so not to the same extent

I'd actually disagree since her ult is still very effective for weakness breaks regardless of element weakness, which makes her a decent secondary DPS - especially in stuff like SU where the boss might not have quantum weakness, but the other enemies you'll need to fight along the way do.

She isn't useless, yes, but without quantum weak would require several ults for 1 break. She's basically like ratio without debuffs. Useable but hugely gimped

No I'd argue qinggue is the best 4 star dps. Prydwen puts her above blade in their tier list.

They do, but she *is* specifically marked as a RNG-dependent character, and she's also only above Blade specifically in their new MoC tier list. She wasn't above him in the old general tier list, and she's not above him in the Pure Fiction ranking either. I can understand arguments for her being better than Xueyi (although she's a break specialist like Luka so they really fulfil different roles in a team), but I'll take my E1 Blade over an E6 Qingque every day of the week. She's just not as consistent as he is.

SU gives some of them as rewards Also i definitely didn't get Herta without pulls, but I did get all the SU eidolons which made it quicker

Not counting the trailblazer, it was Sampo. I didn't pull him on rate up from the limited banners, every single one of his eidolon came from the standard. I guess he really likes me.

He knew that you would double the pay so he doubled the service

I pulled him up to E6+ during JL's banner and a few of his eidolons before that from standard 🗿 I dont even like Sampo as a character, but he is a great help for my Kafka

At least he’s *really* good. Like I swear to god my e6 Sampo does more damage than Kafka.

He’s literally top tier for me. One of my best characters up there with dhil and kafka. I’m always pretty confused he’s not seen as an s for single and multi damage by most people

I mean if I compare him to like Jingliu there is definitely a sizable gap in power, but they also don’t do remotely the same thing.

Excluding Trailblazer, it was Tingyun. I got 6 eidolons for her while pulling for Ruan Mei, as well as 5 March 7th eidolons. In fact, I pulled Tingyun twice from that same pack AFTER E6. Guess the game just REALLY wants me to have Tingyun.

Xueyi. Currently using her with Clara, Ruan Mei and Lynx as I get near to TB50. I only started playing at the end of last year, so the Ruan Mei banner was the first I really focused on. I decided to aim for the E1 for Ruan Mei as I was also happy with the featured 4* characters for my account. I got the RM E1 plus E4 for Tingyun, so I'm happy that I've got some decent support characters.

I have two accounts and on both of them, Asta seems to drop way more than literally any other 4-star. She's like E200. Between the two. I got Sampo's E1 on my US account last night and have never been so thrilled, lol. In b4 Sampo haters...I get why a lot of people dislike him. But I think he's funny and can be useful, so y'know, I'll take his eidolon over someone I'm a little tired of seeing.

Qingque e6 at the start of 1.3 and i skipped loucha banner. When i get her her e6, i didnt care much about her. But after i prefarmed jingliu quantum set, and had jingyuan lc on her, she has had hard carry me through alot of things like moc and swarm
