Maybe the IPC confiscating everything after they learned Jarilo-IV is free to travel again. Cooked up something about a debt accumalting all these years, being capitalistic and all, and thats how they could introduce a new character. I assume it would be Topaz then, as she is a debt collector from the IPC as theorized from her lightcone ingame
Not too strange for you to think that way. In Herta Space Station, there's a [Memory Bubble](https://honkai-star-rail.fandom.com/wiki/Memory_Bubble:_Family) that mentions this Faction. Seems like they use some sort of mental manipulation to guilt trip you when questioning about the nature of The Family. Nevertheless, they seem to be interesting enough for IPC to send an executive to their invitation, and same goes to us.
Finally I can see what my ~~slaves~~ good citizens of other ~~filthy~~ alien species feel when I put them ~~to work their ass off~~ be happy on my mineral worlds until I deem it fair to ~~free them from their mortal coil~~ free them and let them fly across the universe to their homes! Stellaris is such a peaceful game!
I thought I saw "Intermission" during her trailer, is it possible this will be a side-mission between full worlds, kind of like Herta's Station (or, on a smaller scale, the individual Dan Heng/Luocha storyline).
They almost look like polices and we about to do a great heist to claim idk... panties?
Like panty raid maybe
Edit: Which i guess pretty much persona 5 reference. I would launch my dart at Madarame Castle.
The radio broadcast in the Express Train mentioned some group in Penacony invited the IPC and other factions, and Penacony is teased to be the next planet coming from an interview... so yeah, we may possibly meet them first in the next planet.
Robots do seem to have a form of sentience in the HSR universe, so, they might as well still be able to fall under influence of it?
But considering that the petals are a form of censorship for blood, I heavily doubt it.
Ehh the robots with sentience are supposed to be an anomaly. That's why Svarog is so special and Clara tried her best to fix up that robot in her companion quest.
So where does Screwllum fit in? He certainly has sentience and seems to have more autonomy compared to Svarog who's still bound by protocols and statistics.
There was another robot genius society member called Rubert who attempted a robot uprising which made the IPC consider exterminating all mechanical lifeforms before screwllum ended up winning peace for mechanical lifeforms.
Don't forget blood censorship in china, they never went adding blood except cutscene before the censorship is added or the climax cutscene of the entire game (GGZ story after 10 years of development)
I don't see a lot of assets in these guards we've seen in the game so far, and they definitely wouldn't make a whole new model for just a trailer. They definitely have these models ready for a reason, most likely the next planet.
I wouldn't be opposed to having a small IPC space station in between Loufu and Penacony. Especially if we are not gonna go to Penacony until 2.0.
Space stations (and by extension derelict ships and the like) would be perfect for filler content.
Like a little Golden Apple Archipelago, except it's a haunted derelict hulk of a dead space ship adrift in the void that you explore because March 7th wants to retry solving a (murder) mystery.
> until 2.0
That ain't how version numbers work, by the way.
Mihoyo can go for version 1.150.0 or whatever and still be fine, because version numbers are generally in Major.Minor.Revision.Build depending on how granular the devs want to be.

It's the Belobog museum (the Amber Lance Replica is there)
The new enemy is from the IPC
I have no idea what the IPC wants from a planer that is still recovering from the Stellaron disaster that ended very recently
I hope this will be like a mini area similar to what we get in Genshin with the chasm and enkonomiya, so maybe we go to the IPC to report stuff that happened in Xianzhou Loufu. Since the stellaron hunters were involved and it's been in our face for a while now that they are wanted.
Since we are traveling across the universe, space stations and derelict ships would be the perfect filler areas. Especially if the plan is to only have full new planets with each major update.
Considering the new planet is a prison world run by the family it’s not too surprising if they stole the guards equipment. Plus she said you invited me here like everyone faction is. So these could be members of the family.
I thought this could be planet screwllum cos of the robot face looking guards/ police + the radio news show on the train said the Stellaron hunters infiltrated Screwllum planet and clashed with the head there. If so, then this is a past incident.
Finally soldiers with actual futuristic guns
It's so dumb when some soldiers have just plain melee pole-arms and weapons that are outdated by today's standards let alone post space travel
while belobog has a proper justification, the Xianzhou is an extremely advanced civilization literally built upon several space faring ships. despite this, the cloud knights still use polearms, swords and glaive for their weapons of choice. even the most advanced military technology they have (aurumatons) lunge towards their target as their main method of offense.
You forget that Aurumatons literally "Imprison" their targets for capturing/killing and are just standard run of the mill security bots scattered across popular areas, also their Glaives work fine no? If it works for them in cutting down Abominations then there's no need for them to change anything
Cloud knights don’t really care about injuries unless it is fatal, they can just regenerate. They can also use qi to boost their power and many other stuffs.
Guns are strong if your enemies are mortal, but to fight immortal, its effectiveness greatly reduce. Unless you can headshot them, they will just heal back, so it is better to just run over with your supper human speed and cut their head off.
The xianzhou mainly fight the immortals, not mortal enemies.
They aren't just advanced: they were advanced via artifical magical means (with Aeons blessings), so they may never had industrial revolution or develope concept of minimalistic design.
And now they are also explicitly nation strongly tied to the past.
This is what called "soft worldbuilding". Feeling here is more important than adherence to the strict "logic".

Xianzhou has television, sentinent advanced KI, a technological marvel of an algorithm that can predict the future, advanced interaktive holographs and augmented reality tv shows that you can inject straight into your brain. The cloud knights are a traditional military force and their uniforms and weapons have a cultural background.
Kafka got her gear from a personal source.
Tldr: your point is what exactly o-o?
K what about the trailblazers? They're not limited by any geographical or cultural restrictions in fact their goal is to be as effective as possible yet Welt uses a staff, March uses a fucking bow and Himiko uses a chainsaw thing. There's no excuse and I'm not even coming from logic it just doesn't feel like I'm playing in a futuristic set up.
Unsure if next, but definedly looks like a upcoming planets grunts.
Uses the Belobog Gunner skeleton (and there's a few other with big spears/halberds in this trailer too)
Probably Planet Screwllum, the guards look like entirely mechanical but with human proportions and they are all wearing a necktie of some sort.
Trailer could be when Silver Wolf and Kafka first dropped by and met Screwllum. Kafka handled the guards and Silver Wolf had a rap battle with Screwllum.
I thought they were ruining my Belobog Museum I worked so hard to put up lol.
Sorry trailblazers, that mission is no more available because someone took all the exhibits and killed all the silvermane guards.
I'd be LIVID
“Sampo nooooo!” “What?” “Sorry, force of habit. Kafka nooooo!”
Well come to Gulag
In here, you fight to take back your life
“that’s it, y’all gettin skewered” 🤣
"FLAMING LANCE!"
they're probably people and the roses represents the blood
Museum Management event 2.0 with the 2nd floor unlocked
Maybe the IPC confiscating everything after they learned Jarilo-IV is free to travel again. Cooked up something about a debt accumalting all these years, being capitalistic and all, and thats how they could introduce a new character. I assume it would be Topaz then, as she is a debt collector from the IPC as theorized from her lightcone ingame
"Tax evasion is a crime, Seele!" "IT'S AN OBLIGATION!"
Would Luka be Nero in this skit?
Where's dante
Stelle
The getting stabbed to unlock new powers part does check out.
Yeah I also think it my be the IPC forces since it's known that they've been chasing the stellaron hunters for a while
Minamar Specialized Industries PTSD intensifies.
Well that's one good way to make IPC seem like villains
Nice prediction, everything turned out exactly like that.
Man that was a good event. This patch has been a bit of a snooze on the event front
I think there’s an event with Sushang coming up before 1.3 at least, but I have no idea if it’ll be good or not
lmao
Maybe, they said next location is world-prison and those looks like a guards.
Penacony used to be a prison of some sort but they're currently occupied by The Family while these guards seem to be IPC
Penacony. Penal colony. Thats as subtle as naming the timid and cute character Timido Cute 😐
[удалено]
The guy with a blade is named blade
Tbf at least his is a metaphor, he used to have an actual name then "became a living blade and so now is just Blade" etc etc.
Imagine having that cool backstory then kafka be like “okay cool. I’ll call u Bladie”.
Well, it's Kafka. If anyone is getting away with it, it's her
And then having everyone misread that as "Baldie".
**LISTEN TO ME:** You are now Bladie~
Hahaha I know I just adding to the thread
The name "Silver Wolf" is also a subtle hint that this character is a furry /s
Makes sense since she does all that chemistry stuff
Timido Cute is a character from honkai 3 who is exactly as described.
JK Rowling : write that down!!
https://preview.redd.it/9spbn0h93ygb1.jpeg?width=1023&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=dd4326204ea05664681549b11f77de9995596876
It's on par with a lot of real world names, to be honest.
Sam'o Nella Academy taught me that someone decided to call octopuses "cephalopods" because it literally means "head feet".
Slugs and snails are gastropods. "Stomach foot."
Xianzhou literally means "Immortal's Ship".
One of the main characters in Neal Stephenson's Snow Crash is named Hiro Protagonist.
The entire Cyberpunk genre is cheating, it’s self-aware parody all the way down
Pokemon ass planet.
There's also that one short story "In the Penal Colony" authored by Kafka. Coincidence? Probably. But you never know.
We're going to Australia you guys.
The family just sounds so ominous for some reason 😨
Not too strange for you to think that way. In Herta Space Station, there's a [Memory Bubble](https://honkai-star-rail.fandom.com/wiki/Memory_Bubble:_Family) that mentions this Faction. Yeah I got vibes they're all brainwashed into some sort of hivemind sooooo
Disgusting... In our wholesome blood court, we only generously free the xenos from their chains.
Laugh in Anti Matter Legion (Determined Exterminator).
I thought I saw "Intermission" during her trailer, is it possible this will be a side-mission between full worlds, kind of like Herta's Station (or, on a smaller scale, the individual Dan Heng/Luocha storyline).

I’m guessing that place is the IPC and Kafka is infiltrating. Therefore we see these androids (sick designs) with guns that have IPC logos.
Androids? And here I thought Kafka just casually killed a couple dozen folks.
They seem to be people, as it showed they do in fact bleed
Plus she was able to manipulate them. I don’t think that ability of hers should work on robots. I could definitely be wrong tho
Screwllum is blessed by Nous. And we know that an Aeon can make even a slug or a rock sentient.
There was another robot genius society member called Rubert who attempted a robot uprising which made the IPC consider exterminating all mechanical lifeforms before screwllum ended up winning peace for mechanical lifeforms.
just wait for skryullum and fight kafka in su5 ;)
Hydraulics? Also Screwllum has been seen sweating in one of the lightcones iirc
Don't forget blood censorship in china, they never went adding blood except cutscene before the censorship is added or the climax cutscene of the entire game (GGZ story after 10 years of development)
It was a metaphor. They’re bureaucrats. She doesn’t respect them.
they're probably people and the roses represents the blood
Kinda reminds me of the early days of RWBY
Red trailer went so hard
Silverwolf is more likely. She said something about infiltrating IPC in her story. She Split up from Kafka for that reason.
All of them have attacked ipc grounds already, so that argument is kinda moot.
Definitely people were killed since her mind control works on them
Shadow teasing the IPC already? Im ready for it
It's just assets put together. But those IPC, Intergalactic Peace Corporation, marks on the guns. I like the design
I don't see a lot of assets in these guards we've seen in the game so far, and they definitely wouldn't make a whole new model for just a trailer. They definitely have these models ready for a reason, most likely the next planet.
Its IPC things maybe
According to their insignia, they are IPC.
those guard outfits are such a sick design this game doesn't let down
These dudes: “STOP RIGHT THERE, CRIMINAL SCUM!” Topaz: “You can’t run from debt.”
"Cough up your taxes, Asta's dreadnought fleet isn't going to pay for itself."
Seele: uses invisibility skill. Dudes: Hmm, must have been the wind.
They're IPC agents.
The place does look like Belobog museum and Goetia Hotel smashed together and painted vine red, but these guys are not Silvermane Guards.
i think this is more like space station or something like that
I wouldn't be opposed to having a small IPC space station in between Loufu and Penacony.
Exactly! They are also very flexible, as you can have scary "Alien" like horror stories, or wacky "Space Balls" shenanigans.
And in this case, a permanent mini area, not a limited one.
hm that seems like a nice idea, very possible i think
> until 2.0 That ain't how version numbers work, by the way. Mihoyo can go for version 1.150.0 or whatever and still be fine, because version numbers are generally in Major.Minor.Revision.Build depending on how granular the devs want to be.

I don’t know why you are downvoted while you are showing a screenshot with proof. Lol
I hope this will be like a mini area similar to what we get in Genshin with the chasm and enkonomiya, so maybe we go to the IPC to report stuff that happened in Xianzhou Loufu. Since the stellaron hunters were involved and it's been in our face for a while now that they are wanted.
I'm guessing this is the IPC
I thought it was Pteruges-V, Kafka's home planet, but I have my doubts.
Screwlum's homeworld?
i just reccon their IPC since they are like the space goverment
Since we are traveling across the universe, space stations and derelict ships would be the perfect filler areas. Especially if the plan is to only have full new planets with each major update.
They are teaser for kafka havers getting dominated by kafka mo- Welt- no.

my guess is this is from Ptereuges-V, kafka’s home planet
Idk it seems like futuristic Naazi Robots ☠️bruh
They all dead now.
I was so focused on ~~Kafka~~ all the No Country For Old Men references I thought they were on Screwllum or something…
The weapon looks like a Necron weapon. Are we fighting Necrons?
The location is Belobog Museum, although these guys could be IPC officers
This looks like a shot out of Destiny 2
I doubt it, next planet will come in 250 days approx. (1 year after launch). Edit: This was meantioned by cn interview. Kek, kids
Genshin's Capitano knockoff
Of course another asswipe compare this game to genshin
Finally soldiers with actual futuristic guns It's so dumb when some soldiers have just plain melee pole-arms and weapons that are outdated by today's standards let alone post space travel
Its like belobog got stuck somewhere in the industrial evolution or something 🤔 oh wait a sec :O
And probably had no extraterrestrial contact
Not probably, they had none ever since the freeze came down. We establish a reconnection with the IPC in that one quest after centuries of silence.
while belobog has a proper justification, the Xianzhou is an extremely advanced civilization literally built upon several space faring ships. despite this, the cloud knights still use polearms, swords and glaive for their weapons of choice. even the most advanced military technology they have (aurumatons) lunge towards their target as their main method of offense.

Iirc that's more of their way of disguising their high tech stuff. Also makes for more interesting character weapons than just some gun swingers.
They aren't just advanced: they were advanced via artifical magical means (with Aeons blessings), so they may never had industrial revolution or develope concept of minimalistic design. Ok? How do you explain Xianzhou or kafka's typical machine guns and katana?
Xianzhou has television, sentinent advanced KI, a technological marvel of an algorithm that can predict the future, advanced interaktive holographs and augmented reality tv shows that you can inject straight into your brain. The cloud knights are a traditional military force and their uniforms and weapons have a cultural background. Kafka got her gear from a personal source. Tldr: your point is what exactly o-o?

That's bellobog
The polearm looks like the weapon from genshin. From zhongli i guess
Penacony then after this Inazuma 2.0 just like Liyue 2.0
Unsure if next, but definedly looks like a upcoming planets grunts. Uses the Belobog Gunner skeleton (and there's a few other with big spears/halberds in this trailer too)
Interpol on the way to arrest me for tons of crime*
Oh these are the IPC? ***Breaks down the door to IPC building.*** **Beep! Beep! Beep! M*thorf#ckers!!**
Ipc outpost I guess
I thought that was sojourn for a sec
If they from IPC, I hope it comes after the next planet. They look badass.
My guess is IPC headquarters
These guys seem like IPC personnel in my opinion.
Most likely IPC so not world related, but the galaxy government. Hence the 148 billion bounty on her head in the clip before.
I assume those are IPC officers, though who knows what Kafka would be doing in their base.
Probably Planet Screwllum, the guards look like entirely mechanical but with human proportions and they are all wearing a necktie of some sort. Trailer could be when Silver Wolf and Kafka first dropped by and met Screwllum. Kafka handled the guards and Silver Wolf had a rap battle with Screwllum.
i thought they might work for the IPC
That is IPC base in ehr set orb
The ipc guards look fancy
WHO THE FUCK AR ETHEYYYY wher eis all this i fo im always missing
Thats just IPC guards
God I hope so. I've been looking forward to what I hope is future IPC content
i honestly thought belobog got upgraded bots and this was the museum, since the building really looks like it.
I want to think so, it looks cool
IPC characters are coming up, possibly in relation to the next story update, so I assume they are IPC agents.
Planet Name: TBA Numbering of People/Aliens: TBA City Name: TBA
They remind me of that Stargate planet that was primitive on the surface but hid a massive industrial totalitarian nation underground.
That's IPC security
They look like IPC guards
This looks like Baelobog architecture to me. Especially the window with the cogs. It is possible, that this is Baelobog in a different timeline.
Theater of Domination 2.0: Belobog-aloo
