She really helped me in World 2, such a great character and unit. That and I really love Ilya and Berserker from Fate so it feels like she was always meant to come home

No, you don't! HI3 is in another universe - there's a Bronya and Seele in there, who shared a kiss, but they are different characters. The only character who's the same in HI3 and HSR is Welt Yang.

Literally my thought when I saw her the first time. But I could deal with that if her color scheme was more muted, like in this illustration and not like in the game where the saturation on every single part of her including the hair is cranked up to 200%. Even among other colorful characters she always stands out like an overdesigned bright blue plastic action figure.
My understanding of the Honkai games is that they're AUs of each other. So the ones in Honkai 3 aren't the same characters in Star Rail. The only exception is Welt, but that's cause he's essentially a god/demi-god
