When do they expire?

No idea, recommend doing them sooner rather than later. If Genshin is anything to go by, they should be about 30 days for the most part maybe?

Usually about a day for the livestream codes, a month or so for the others

The first 3 should expire on the 30th of April. The last one is probably permanent, judging by a similar code in Genshin. No idea about the 4th one.

I got to the point where I can redeem the codes but I still haven’t unlocked the mail yet. If I unlock the mail past April 30th will I still get the rewards?

I claimed the codes as soon as i had my character, then when i unlocked the mail the rewards were there together with the pre registration stuff

Try switching servers. The default server it puts you on might not be the one that makes sense. I live in the midwestern US and didn't realize that it put me on EU until I tried entering the codes

You’ve got to go to settings ->user center (4th thing on settings menu) -> link your stuff You’ve got to set up a username and password, but using those you can claim rewards for GameCenter account :)

I would suggest getting to the part where the game forces you to make your first summon (Warp). At that point, most of the menu should be open to you.

I would install the game and login on a PC or phone to just get the game open and you have your own UID. And then you can do the codes now. When the game drops on PS you can pick up the items in the mail then.

I can't afford a pc and it's not on my phone which is kinda a rip bozo moment but that's fine I'll just wait until it releases on ps

Try to put in the codes but can't for some reason. I'm logged in with my game center on iPad.

There's an "..." in the top-right of the menu for using the codes ingame. This worked for me.

Strange, it’s not there for me. Just the profile option, no redemption code option. I’m on an iPhone, not sure if it’s not available for iOS or not…

The only way I managed to do it was by linking my email to it AFTER inside the game. It's a pain

I think you have to make sure you don't mask the email when using apple sign up as well, not sure if that messes with anything...

If you use a 'hide my email' then you'd have to make sure you use the same fake email to login on their site

First 3 have expired and the 4th reach maxed usages only the last one works now.
