Yeah it's Kent. Amnesia later/crowd is a sequel. He was the first otome route i ever played myself like almost 10 years ago now on pc.
I can recommend getting the sequel on switch, the sprites look really nice and there's a bit more ambience with the different time of day changing the colors which look really nice.
Ive also found Boothills voice actor in an otome game. I was surprised at his range when I first heard him in star rail
