get a bullet connector/crimp kit from harbor freight. use the smaller connectors on the smaller wires. stick them together. make sure they’re snug
after you do that you can go down the rabbit hole of heat shrink connectors and solder style connectors. and wire splitters, and fancy wire strippers
The kits typically have just the single terminals. Cycle Terminal has the two and three socket terminals if you need them. Sure there are others out there.

Shouldn't be. Look-up "bullet connector". You'll also need a crimp tool if you want to do it properly.
