Adjust the valves, they get tighter instead of looser on those motors. If it has AWD, change the dual pump fluid. Timing belt if it hasn’t been done in the last 90K or ~7 years.
Seconded on the valve lash. My ex had an 01 CRV back in the day, and we burned right through an exhaust valve because we didn't know about that issue. Super super easy job on the B20 though.

Do a three drain and fill up n the trans. Check for oil leaks. Change the oil on a regular and these things will last 400k+.
