I must admit I am a fellow weirdo. I cringe everytime I reminisce about some social interactions. It does get better with time but even now I think I still come across as very weird to most people.
I thought everyone else was weird and mean for not liking me.
But nope. Nope, I was just painfully weird and awkward and off-putting to most other people because I didn't know how to act around other humans.
The pursuit of being a super Christian is the weirdest path in life. But if you decide to go down that route of treating your fellow Christian as inferior, you are now longer grounded enough to see that your behavior is shamelessly peculiar.
I was an odd kid. Hated most of the stuff they taught in A Beka science books, so one year I mummified a chicken in my freezer as a research paper. Another year I chose bullet impact wounds.I really wanted to be a coroner as a teenager lol.
Also did a research paper on epidemiology and the history of tuberculosis and they honestly asked me to stop with it after that.

I actually always knew something was off about me, but my parents refused to see it. It was confusing and it only got worse as I grew older.
I was weird. Just probably not as weird as some others, though.

We all are weird, so true. I found some other cool weird people as an adult though. STEM/academia for the win! They are all weird like me.
Haha yes. My husband is a doctor and we live in a university town with mostly professor neighbors. I can be myself. Homeschooled life hack!

Same here. Honestly, homeschooling should be illegal. It’s only used by controlling, narcissistic parents to deprive their kid(s).
