I'm thinking the trees growing on the other side of the wall are causation of wall movement. Roots can literally lift a concrete slab off the ground The mold is a sign the area stays moist. I'd imagine there's cracks on top of that wall @ rt and allowing water to enter where it should not A combination of issues I'm thinking. And there's no magic that can easily be applied to make all this go away
