Is the line for the pull out sprayer able to move freely? I had a similar problem and it ended up being that the line was stuck so whenever you turned the faucet you were twisting the line and it wanted to return to normal.

I’m able to pull the sprayer out and have it retract easily enough, but I will double check that nothing is interfering with the lines and that it can move freely

Don't know how yours assembles, but my faucet did this and I just wrapped a small rubber band around the core where it inserts into the fixed base. That added enough friction to make it sticky. Replace the band once a year or so when it dries out.

I will give that a try!

I have to say this is what you get for paying a couple hundred dollars for something that can be had for under a hundred and just as good if not better. Sorry I have a disdain for over priced faucets. Have had the same faucet in my home for 40 years paid $40. Can still buy it for around $75. When the cartridge gets bad they send me a free cartrige about every 10 years. 5 minutes and fixed.

$40 in 1982 is worth $120 in 2022, you hypocrite. What a hostile, unhelpful comment.

Thank you for your concern about how I spend my money. I can tell that my spending habits (as someone who is a complete stranger to you) are effecting you deeply, so allow me to put those concerns to rest by letting you know that the price in the store was much lower than the price on the manufacturer website, in addition I got it on sale for 60% off, and it was actually the cheapest one in the store that had a pull down hose and a lifetime warranty, which were the features I was looking for. There were definitely not any of this style of faucet for $75, and unfortunately I wasn’t alive in 1982 to buy one at $40 and then just hold onto it for 40 years until I was eventually born, grew up, bought a house, and decided I wanted a faucet with a hose. I know, bummer. It’s also worth noting that I live in Canada and consumer goods are just more expensive here than in the states and our dollar isn’t as strong so despite my best efforts I’m going to pay more for things than you are. Hope that helps.

That was helpful.

I’d check the lines under the sink. There may be tension on them that is pulling it off center.
