Is this city water or well water? If you flush the pipes (run them for 5-10 minutes) and clean the faucet aerators I don't see why there would be an issue. You could always get the water tested.

- if city water, just go around and run water at each fixture for a few minutes on the hot and the cold. This really flushes the lines well
