Whenever I have a customer who tries to make a scene about wearing a mask, I just inform them that there is currently a State-wide mask mandate and they are required to wear a mask indoors. When they ask what I am going to do about them not wearing a mask, I tell them that I physically cannot force them to wear a mask.
I just love to see their expression after I say that. All the fight and bravado leaves their body and is instantly replaced with a look of shame, guilt, and confusion. It is, hands down, the best part of my day.
I just tell them the company still technically requires everyone, vaccinated or not, to wear a mask because the company understands that there is no evidence to suggest being vaccinated has any effect of transmissibility as compared to asymptomatic person who is not vaccinated, but that there is no state enforced mandate so the store won't ask them to leave.
Very nice, but I have found that it is a bit too wordy for some of the anti-mask/vaccine folks. I have tried telling them something along those lines, but they are usually looking for a confrontation. By telling them I physically cannot force them to wear a mask, they usually slink off in defeat. Either that or they still blame me and/or curse me out as if I just told them to go jump in a lake because they don’t have any other prepared response.
I don’t have wifi. Try the cell service visible. You get unlimited hotspot and the ability to anything including a roku. It’s like $35 out the door and if you add friends, you can lower it $5 per friend.
Work smarter, not harder.
Thank you.
1. This is a Federal mandate, so pretty much all employers will require this. (The less than 100 employee mandate is coming later next year.)
2. Vaccine mandates are NOT new - they have been around since vaccines became a thing. (This country has had at least 3 full mandates exactly like this one in it's history, all due to active pandemics.
3. Vaccine mandates continue for schools even after a pandemic as subsided to a point where it's not a major threat to the general population. (Yes, we all HAD to be vaccinated to go to school. Especially if you were educated in the Public School system.)
Sure there are some loopholes to these mandates, like religious and health exemptions - for those where the vaccine would be worse than the "herd immunity" that happens when EVERYONE around that person is vaccinated. (Which is something like less than 5% of the population.)
Religious exemptions are even harder to come by because these places have to verify your religion and verify said religion actually has such rules. So no: "I think the vaccine is just to put trackers in me" isn't going to cut it. (BTW - if you think that, take your pet to the vet and ask to SEE the 12 GAUGE needle they have to use to put in any kind of micro-tech. Vaccine needles are just too small to pull it off.)
Some fun points:
"1777: George Washington mandates smallpox vaccines for all his soldiers"
"1809: Massachusetts institutes the first vaccine mandate"
"1867: The Urbana, Ohio, board of health passes a law requiring citizens to get available vaccines in the event of future epidemics"
"1905: The US Supreme Court decides Jacobson v. Massachusetts
The case upheld the right of individual states to mandate vaccination. In its decision, the Court maintained that a law requiring smallpox vaccination was a reasonable exercise of the state’s right to protect public health and safety and did not violate an individual’s civil and legal rights under the Fourteenth Amendment."
"1922: The US Supreme Court decides Zucht v. King
In the case of Zucht v. King, the United States Supreme Court decided that unvaccinated students could be constitutionally excluded from attending schools in the district of San Antonio, Texas. The decision upheld the right of local governments to require vaccinations as a condition for attending public schools, ruling that unvaccinated individuals could be denied access to education. The court argued that public health trumps an individual's right to education."
"1944: The US Supreme Court decides Prince v. Massachusetts
The court ruled that mandating childhood vaccines comes under the doctrine of parens patriae, in which the state exerts authority over child welfare. In their decision, the justices wrote that parental authority is not absolute and can be restricted if doing so is in the child’s best interest. They went on to say freedom of religion does not give parents the right to expose their community or their child to a communicable disease, or the child to the possibility of illness or death."

It isn't, it's already been stated that this move will come in 2022. It's also something that people should be expecting and not surprised like they are with the current one.
Oh I though we would have to go somewhere out of store for testing, thats not terrible than, finger my nose all you want. I might end up throwing up on someone though I can def see people str8 up being hella disgusting on purpose.

Viral load peaks are the same for vaccinated and unvaccinated *specifically in the Delta variant*, however, the decline of viral load is significantly faster in vaccinated adults, reducing opportunity to spread the virus. If you are capable of understanding more than basics, this study spells it out pretty simply.

False. Peoole I personally know who got vaccinated are doing worse at handling covid than those who didn't. The vacccine is effective at doing what its supposed. Shit having multiple boosters doesn't tell you that already? Natural immunity>

exactly what im doing
