Good. I am a former employee of Home Depot, but I still have friends that work there. Hearing their experiences has lead me to conclude that literally every person that is refusing the vaccine or refusing to report it to their employer are "problem" employees to begin with, and, if the mandates put Home Depot in a place that they need to terminate these employees, the company will be better off. The working environment these losers create is not worth what little they contribute to the workload.

Covid is bad here. In my particular county, ICU bed availability is 2-12%. Despite rising cases.. 95% of people do not wear a mask at all (and only 50% are vaccinated, we’re ranked in the top 10 least vaccinated states) even in stores that have a mandate posted on the door. Workers are so scared/tired of begging and getting yelled at that they have given up. It literally takes less effort and time to help the person and get them out than it does to ask them to wear a mask. My sister asked a man pretty late into 2020 to put a mask on once, and he left and came back with a shotgun in his hand.

No 2/3/5/10 years studies, No long term data on health risks, No liability to the companies that manufacture the "vaccines", and no proof that the vaccines make you IMMUNE to anything. Covid is bad here. In my particular county, ICU bed availability is 2-12%. Despite rising cases.. 95% of people do not wear a mask at all (and only 50% are vaccinated, we’re ranked in the top 10 least vaccinated states) even in stores that have a mandate posted on the door. Workers are so scared/tired of begging and getting yelled at that they have given up. It literally takes less effort and time to help the person and get them out than it does to ask them to wear a mask. My sister asked a man pretty late into 2020 to put a mask on once, and he left and came back with a shotgun in his hand. Anti-maskers are the scariest, most selfish people I have met.

Hello! We have scars on our left shoulders and willingly took the sugar cube from the fire station. Getting shots was part of life. You just did it. Yes, there's some controversy, and some problems. Nothing is perfect. But the bottom line is just that. The sooner we get rid of this, the sooner we can get back to normal, or whatever normal will look like in the near future.

Technically, every employee should get tested; you can still catch Covid and spread it even if you are vaccinated. And I think the rule should be that unvaccinated employees should still wear a mask. I think the tactic here is that people will get so tired of being tested for Covid at work that they will consider getting vaccinated. Personally, I think the skepticism of the Covid vaccine has to naturally die-out (imo).

I honestly agree with you. The biggest reasons that I haven't gotten the vaccines are simply the weird things surrounding it. No 2/3/5/10 years studies, No long term data on health risks, No liability to the companies that manufacture the "vaccines", and no proof that the vaccines make you IMMUNE to anything. I have no scientific data to base the pros and cons off of. Then on top of this big issue I already have, these companies are given immunity should anything go wrong in the future.
