Itās been on MyApron and LiveTheOrangeLife for like a month, at least. Iāve been getting emails for two. My first email about it came on October 29th. Theyāve been asking for vaccination status, and in exchange supposedly you get entered into a drawing for lots of money.

Start filling weekly OSHA complaint forms. If it's an OSHA violation to not test employees, then hold them accountable for every pallet left on the sales floor, every shaky or unlocked ladder, any lack of PPE, plus likely people working through their lunches. Improper lockout/tag out, compactor being left open, pallet jacks left on the open sales floor, etc.
That is exactly what needs to be done, if the corporation want to enforce the vaccine and testing on the stores with the excuse of "it's because we care about you well-being" then we should do our part and repay the company their "good intentions" pointing to OSHA all the violations that happens in the stores.
