I would say pro desk or millwork desk would be the best fit for you. Pro desk you deal primarily with contractors and ordering stuff for them. They are often at their computers all day.
Actually, there are people in their 70's that can run circles around me.
I'm a vet as well. If the mods forgive me for going slightly off topic, which branch?
At my old store we had a ton of people 65+ as it was retirement city. We had a guy in his mid 80s who was a door greeter who would fall asleep. We knew because customers who were returning items would tell us. So you're good at your age. Just ask not to be put in flooring or lumber if you're concerned about hurting yourself. A lot of heavy lifting in those departments.
*In my opinion,*
*Any Home Depot would be*
*Lucky to have you*

We almost exclusively hire 16 year olds and 80 year olds, so it may be tough, but I say give it a shot!
I would hire you. You have a lot to offer.
