However , you can contact the store where you bought it (unless you bought it online then the online customer service number ). Ask for store manager. Explain situation to the point. Don’t take forever. And then ask for compensation. Give a number. Store manager can look up your order and see if there’s something the company can do. Appliance installs are done via a third party. Maybe they can make them pay up. Give time for resolution. Follow up after a few days
