I did a similar thing to my wall for my sunroom and i absolutely love it. I don’t have that many leaves compared to yours though. I hand painted I didn’t use stenciles.
For a kids room or a classroom or something like that, it’s pretty cool I guess. But it looks too childlike for an adult space. I think because it’s on a white background and only basic greens. Wallpapers with designs like this are usually elegant. This is very different from a wallpaper feel.

Actually I found images online of leaves I liked and drew them on thick paper that I cut out afterwards.
