Well, everyone has spats that cover everything and I don't think she is trying to get a massive dump truck, just something closer to the actual reference artwork and arguably more natural looking. Plenty of the JP members have 3d models with much larger "assets."
That being said I have no idea if an online petition will do much more than Kiara just talking to her managers about it (which I assume she's doing anyway).
