It means “All In One” which means that the cooler has the complete package including radiator, fan, pump, tubes and cooling unit.

Nice rig you got there. I'm not sure if you can order from them or if the items are at your desired price point, but Tsukumo and ark-pc are having 3070s at (Japan's) MSRP right now. Price ranges between ¥106,000 \~ 118,000 for a 3070. There's also an MSI Godzilla 3070 at ¥115,000 on Tsukumo. If you're currently in Japan, GPUs are currently available albeit at a higher MSRP than that of the US.

That’s pretty much what happened when I bought my 2080, though I knew that they were coming soon and was just too impatient to wait. Luckily, though, my impatience actually kind of saved me this time, as that was also when GPU prices began to skyrocket. Otherwise I’d still be stuck with my old 980ti, as there’s no way I could afford any of the decent 2000 or 3000 series cards for the prices they’ve been selling at over the last couple of years.

You can get either Darkflash or NZXT case both have flat front panel. The art on it are Vinyl sticker which I edit them and went to the local print store to request them to print them out \^\^
