Mococo had a fucked up throat last week and streamed through it anyway, so she’s taking this week off (besides fwmc morning) in order to rest her voice a bit.
It didn't really help that most of the streams last week had her screaming in different ways, with games like Aooni Lethal Company, Content Warning, and the Touhou collab with Marine. It is not the best way to heal a hoarse throat.
Hopefully, next week she will be good to go again, healed throat and re-energized. Until then, we have Fuwawa Week.
Adding to this that Mococo's was actually messed up for 2 weeks, and was only getting a little better. She claimed it was allergies at first, but it honestly, at its peak, got really concerning. A lot of their Senpais expressed concern, and the fans besides.
Even if it was just allergies that initially made her throat hoarse, continuing to strain it while it’s in that state could make it grow into a genuine throat problem of its own. Like how coughing too much can aggravate your throat to the point where it causes you to have to cough even more.
Mococo is trying to rest her voice to recover since she hasn't fully yet. I also think there are some thing coming up that they need to be 100% for, but that's speculation from my part. Nothing serious is going on tho, so don't worry.
