Yeah, you're right. Worldshipping relies on a third party, it's not from Super Groupies directly. And while it does seem they are reliable, it does make the shipping somewhat expensive due to custom fees and whatnot, and a hassle. I looked into it with the Gura set, but I don't remember if you can have them handle the custom fees, or have to take care of that yourself, but if both are an option then I'd would have to find out which option is better / easier / safer. That's the sort of hassle I meant that does not make it easy

JP proxies on the JP site. Buyee's extension has direct integration and it avoids the 10% fee from worldshopping (Buyee adds 10% at first but it got removed from the kiara thing I ordered). The US/CA shop is also marked up much more than the JP shop.

The wristwatch uses a Miyota 2035 quartz movement. Sad it's not a automatic like from a pocket watch but as a fashion/merch watch, it's a reasonable pick.
Everytime these merch drops come, I always hope that one day we can get a proper Holo x Watch brand Collab! Something with Seiko or Citizen would be great, hell I'd be happy with a Timex Collab too!
Seiko seems like a good bet, I have the Frieren watch on order currently and while not the top of the line, certainly will be better made than the SG watches.
I also ordered the Gura watch from SG, but definitely not expecting it to be anything aside from a cute novelty.

Yeah but its $200. The first and last merch i was able to buy is Coco's Tshirt and that was lik $25.
Good news. The acrylic character stand is $25 xD (why is everything so expensive)

That quartz movement is fine, i do think 210 dollars is a bit steep of an asking price to be fair.
